I went here three times. The first time was great, but it’s not like that anymore. Here’s my set. I asked her to remove the paint on my skin and she said she could not. The girl next to me was mad about how lumpy their sets are. They’re honestly just rushed. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere that will make them look nice.

These guys are great. If you dont have an appointment theres a chance you will have to wait long but its worth the wait or just call in and make an appointment. My sister law and I have been going here for years now. They offer free drinks and is always great to us. My gel polish always lasts over a month on my nails with no chipping and my toes last even longer than my hand polish does. They are great. I would much rather spend my money here than elsewhere. Theyre quality and work is much better than a lot of the places around today. Plus they give you a 10 punch card and the 10th one being discounted/free. I have not seen any other business offer that anymore these days.

Nail techs were rude and rushed my nails, first nail tech had comprehension issues, due to not having the ombré color I needed. Instead she got frustrated and didn’t want to finish so another tech stepped In. This tech was rushing and filed my nails sloppy and did not shape my nails with drill when the powder was applied and stated they had a different technique, when asked to even the thickness. I asked for the owners info and she said different names, when I asked her to write it down for me she stated “I don’t know how to write” I am new to this state and in search of a new nail home,This will not be my new nail home!

The young lady that did my nails took her time and did an amazing job. She hand drew the design off a picture I had on my phone

Pictures before pandemic were the reason I went. Although they do not do or are as talented as the Pictures online they still did great. My Mom and I also tried out their foot spa and it was great. I recommend them if you want to save money & looking for simplicity with style. #excusemymanlylookinghand 🥴💅

The quality of the nails is not good ! I haven’t even had my nails for 2 weeks and they keep breaking & I’m literally not doing anything! I’ve had to come to this place 3 times already and they charged me each when it’s clearly because the quality sucks ! I would not recommend any one coming here !

Good work. Very high priced. $55 TO Take off $5, and $45 for new set, $5 for 2 hearts . Charged me $60, went back after i sat and thought about it and and the lady added it up to $50, but another lady came up and said $5 more cuz my nails were medium length, which is considered long. So i ended up getting $5 back. Its very rare that Ill make a review.

Nails were done in a timely manner. Staff is extremely welcoming. Nails look amazing! Happy with the end result.

Its alright Ive been going a while but over time the lady was really rude about her card which over 50 times Ive never used but she always says bring them in so I actually had 3 I found and when I told her she did not seem happy to add that ONE stamp knowing duh I come ALL the time!! Then she waxed eyebrow and waxed one spot 2 times which I had a big scab on my left eye it hurt mind u when she did it I told her and said OooWweee which she laughed said sorry like wow my business seemed to decline

Theyre really rushed even if you make an appointment, they also place fake nails pretty far from cuticle so they wont last long youll need a fill in less than a week. Smh never coming here for my nails again, pedicures are fine 4/5.

It wasnt very clean and I have problems with walking. My left foot is really sore from the pumice stone. The worker did too much. I have a big red spot. Very painful. Will be seeing a podiatrist soon if it doesnt get better.

Took my mother in to get a mani and a pedi and wind up getting one myself. They do a very nice job on men and women. I will return there with my mother again.

They did such fast and efficient work! I got acrylics and it literally only took the gal 20 minutes from start to finish and my nails are absolutely stunning! I got acrylics. The price is a little high... but absolutely worth it!!!

I made an appt. I was offered a drink, bottled water, soda. I felt comfortable not rushed. For pedi, tools were unwrapped, so clean. I paid $5 extra for cats eye polish design for fingers. Very happy.

I am very disappointed with service. I had an appointment with Lee and I expected her to complete my services...instead she rushed through my service so she could jump on the next walk in. When I first came to this establishment two people worked on me Lee being one of them she was very attentive and took her time. I am very unhappy with her work and my design is trash. Will be looking for an place as my dollars have no value here.

Pictures should speak for themselves, i did not get even close to what i asked for and she glued my skin to my fingers. She diddnt bother to remove lumps of the acrylic from under the nails and the edges. Glue left all over my skin.it definitely was not worth the money at all and ill now have to get them fixxed.

Omg. this place is a little gem. Called ahead and got an appointment same day. Did a wonderful job first time. And when 1 nail cracked the second day I came back and they squeezed me in before close. They not only fixed the one I broke but also strengthened the whole rest of the set. I will be back here. So excited. To have found a great place with friendly employees so close to my home. I love my nails.

They were in a rush doing the pedicure they didnt even let my feet soak at all. Once my feet hit the water she took then right out and started working on them. Not happy at all!

Every time I come her they always have amazing services, this time after I got my full set, I went to my car and it wouldn’t start and I went inside and each person was willing to help and the kind gentleman moved another car to pull his up to help me, this place is amazing and I would recommend this to ANYONE who is looking for ANY wax services or ANY nail, hand & feet services💅🏼😊 I am so happy for this place and they blow any other nail spa out of the water, they have complimentary drinks, and they care about your safety and health, music playing constantly on the big TVs all the time, a very comfortable place to be. Had appointment at 330 got my toes done and still waiting at 4:32 seem like the over booked or took to many walk in what is the point of making a appointment then your waiting a hr after the time with no one to telling me whats going rude much? This isnt the first time this has happened

I came in had a pedicure, it was good overall but the massages were on shin only not entire leg, to include the calf. Water was too ho,. Then I got a wax. Never again! Eyebrows mishaped, too much off one side, not enough off another. Too too much sideburn on one side, sort on one side long on the other. Got frustrated when I mentioned wanting it even and ended up with wax on my hair and lost that. Wax also landed on my lashes and in my eye. I still cant get it out. If I pull it will take my lashes with it. Worse is that my eyesight is now blurry and I cant see well out of my left eye. It keeps watering but wont clear the wax from my eye.Did not prime the face for waxing, did not do a good job. My daughter left without getting her manicure or brows done after informing she wanted them done. They did other ladies that walked in instead. So we left. We had already done our pedi but the skipped her manicure.

I never get them short this this was my 1st time getting them short & I love them they look so pretty, I got my toes done as well

Just moved here from Compton California and tried them. I really like them. Especially with free to choose beverages they have. Even a nice glass of wine while being pampered. I had 2 glasses😋😁

I had appointment before I arrived. The girl that did my pedicure was too good.But the one who did the nails, seemed liked the owner, she was not professional.She took a walking and was working on me n her at same time.It took 2 hours to complete my nails and at end the shape of my nails is not even.When I showed her, her answer You should have seen earlierHow can i come to know when the nails are not painted yet.Anyone looking at them can see the uneven shape.Even the place was dirty.no sanitation of tools and one customer was without mask and owner had no problems with her .Will not go again or refer anyone.

Ladies are very friendly. Love how they offer you drinks and love watching the music videos. It can be very busy. My only negative comment will probably be dedicating someone to be the cashier and organizer. Place needs a wipe down and organization during the day. Love the punch cards too.

Usually dont do reviews but this place was so great! I have bad luck with nail techs not doing the shape i ask for, making my cuticles bleed, drilling over my nail too much where it hurts, etc so i never get my nails done... but i decided to give this place a try and it was the exact opposite! the lady was so gentle, did the perfect shape, and this beautiful pink + white ombre 💖 i took my boyfriend with me and they offered us complimentary drinks as well. I also came in at 1 and scheduled an appointment at 2 and was taken in right away! i will definitely be coming back now. Thanks so much!

I need to get my acrylic nails taken off because they were starting to grow out and come off my natural nail. So rather than pull them off myself at home and possibly damage my natural nail underneath I decided to go to the salon. My normal salon is closed today so I decided to go down the street to this place after seeing the good reviews. Knowing that this removal should have been easy and painless.... OR so I thought! The young nail tec proceeded to strip the top shiny coat with the filet which is normal. HOWEVER after that she grabbed the nail clippers and clipped the ends of my acrylics and proceeded to peel off the top from my natural nail with another false nail. She told me to let her know if I was in pain and I told her several times that what she was doing hurt me! I could literally feel every bit of the nail being peeled off and even started to bleed and she said nothing. Why in the world you would peel an acrylic nail off without using acetone or anything else to soften it up baffles me. Knowing my nails were now compromised I asked to have a basic gel manicure done to try and salvage my nails. The second lady was much more kind and gentle and did a good job with the butchered nails I now currently have. My clear cost still shows the damage done by the other tec, I cannot have any color to cover up this damage either as I am in the military and am not allowed to have color so now I get to wait a couple weeks for my nails to heal enough to get them done correctly by my normal salon. I will never be coming back and hope that others see this post and see what damage they did to my nails so they won’t go through the same painful process!

Li & her whole stuff are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! They are extremely respectful, professional, & hard working. They ALWAYS ask is there anything they can get for you (beverages), make sure you are comfortable, & go above & beyond to provide excellent service. If you are looking for a nail shop in the area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND E Z Nails to you & anyone else for that matter!!!!!!!!! Trust me I am extremely big on customer satisfaction, RESPECT, quality of work, etc so if I am giving 5 stars that means EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great nails!! No complaint there. Thats the only reason they even get a star. I had my eye brows waxed and she waxed my eye brow in half leaving it a small line. And i say it because she only did it on one side. So to make the situation worse than 1990s eyebrows, she unevenly waxed the other eyebrow. I literally cried for an entire day and have had to pencil my eyebrows everyday for a week. Absolutely traumatizing.

They did an amazing job doing my nails. The only thing that I didnt approve of was how they asked if I wanted a drink and they offered me ALCOHOL! Seriously? What if I was a minor?

I have crooked nails.

I have done my nails here in past me they were good. This visit I got a nail tech who I felt rushed me thru. She did not soak my hands, didnt remove my clear nail polish even after I mentioned it. She dry scrubbed my foot forgetting to apply callus gel on one. She did not do a good job at cleaning my nails, running under the nail to clean. She did not remove all cuticle. Painted over my skin. Also cut me on my toes then generously applied alcohol. I will not be going back. I wish the service was consistent across all nail techs but sadly not the case.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They charged me $115 for a terrible pain job on my pedicure and a medium full set NO DESIGNS. My nails are so fat and my cuticles are FLOODED IN ACRYLIC. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I went to EZ nails for the first time today. I did the pink and white ambre with coffin shape. They look amazing and the service was fast and friendly.

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for a fee months now and I have to say I absolutely love my nails every time especially this last time was wonderful and I mean the are spectacular!!

DISCRIMINATION AND POOR QUALITY=WASTED MONEY=NOT GOING BACK.About Discrimination: Two weeks ago, I had french gel manicure and regular single color pedicure from Ez Nails. When I was waiting for my turn, I saw staff asking all other customers if they want complimentary drinks and they were served in champagne glasses. However, no one asked me. I waited and waited for staff to ask me if I wanted any, not because I was thirsty but because it was their part of services. Still no one asked me! Then I saw staff asking customers who arrived later than I did and they were served with drinks in champagne glasses. I did not know why I was never asked for drinks from any staff there. I looked around the shop to find out why I was treated different than others. Guess what?! I was the ONLY Asian customer there and all other customers were either white, black or interracial. OMG. So I asked a skinny male staff for a glass of cranberry juice. He did bring me a cup of cranberry juice in a PAPER cup. OMG. I felt immediately humiliated.POOR QUALITY: A few days after GEL french manicure, my nails started to chip. I was very disappointed. I spent lots of $$$.CONCLUSION: I was mistreated and money was wasted for poor quality. Therefore I am not returning to the shop ever again.

Over charged for a Pedicure that was not done correctly.. not the best place for any services

Called ahead to make sure the nail techs had time for myself and my fam. They said they did and we let them know we were otw. I ended having to wait longer than expected. They started someone elses pedicure before mine even though I was there first. After getting my toes done, I was waiting to get my manicure done, the nail tech AGAIN started on someone elses pedicure that had just got there. At that point I let them know I was leaving as I had been there and 2 other people were served before me. Instead of apologizing and saying lets go ahead and get your manicure taken care, she asked if Id come tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY NOT and not ever again. This establishment needs to stop telling so many people they have time when they dont and start putting up a come back later sign when they are overbooked. Worst customer service ever.

So, I recently moved here and was in need of getting a pedicure. The nail salon I had chosen first was too busy so I gave this place a chance. Business was okay and the workers there were nice but, the girl who did my pedicure was a bit rough and was shaky and I have never been more nervous and stressed out with getting my toes done.

Ive never had such horrible service before. This guy did my nails horribly he cut my finger. I didnt want any polish he insisted I get so I finally had my daughter pick a color then he left polish all over my fingers. So I asked how long will it take to dry he said he doesnt know and to turn on my air in my car and put my hands in front of it. Wasted $20 and will never go back.

First time & last time here. Made an appt for a full set and still had to wait... Ive never had a salon do my nail so uneven they look so so terrible service was rushed even though I was the only one in the salon you would imagine that they would do a decent job to keep a new client definitely not the case save your $$ and go elsewhere.

I always go here to get my nails done & i normally love them but i went in a week ago & got my nails done & the lady did horrible i had to go back in & get them fixed & my sister, mom & i went in for mother’s day & they did our brows & toes (done by the same lady that did my nails) & totally messed up . i’m really upset with this lady . i don’t know who she is but she really needs to go .

They rushed my mom and I could tell the lady was getting mad.(Not all of them are like that the rest of them know my mom)
