Ran my car through the wash here for the first time today. Keith was very friendly, explained the packages, and got right to it. I was in and out in 5 mins and my car looked almost brand new! Definitely loved the hand dry at the end and bonus points for the free air freshener! I will be coming back!

My car was beyond dirty when I decided to run to this car wash on my break. Very easy to find and friendly staff. Got in very fast and even got a full description of what kind of wash was available since it was my first time at this location . I used to get my car washed every week and anybody with a lip above their back window knows about the line of dirt that doesnt get hit in any automatic car wash. Completely different story here. Before you go through the car wash they actually spray EVERY hard to get spot and hand wiped under the lip for a good clean!! On a side note I have a broken lock on my window wiper and they took their time to try and put it down for me. Attention to detail and care for their customers. My car came out sparkling! Definitely found my new to go spot. Thank you so much!!

I go here every time I was my car. The wash is fabulous, and the guys are always super nice. They towel dry as you come out of the wash as well.

Its wonderful to have found such a thorough and kind crew for car washes in the area! My car gets covered with stuck-on gunk from birds and trees, but I dont take it to get washed much because I dont want to waste money on the drive-thru washes that never measure up to what I need. However, the staff at Madison Ave Car Wash sprays off the car before the wash even begins and towel dries away any left over pieces. If I had known they were this good, I would have started coming sooner! This is my new go-to place.

In 25 years of living in Lakewood, we have never taken our car anywhere else to be washed. These people are fantastic. If you get The Works, the rain will just slide right off the windshield almost making the wipers unnecessary. It’s a great feature!

Keith and his employees are awesome! Ive used this Car wash since moving to Cleveland/Lakewood over 5 years ago and Ive always been happy with the services. I worked at a carwash exactly like this when I was in Highschool. Brings back memories! I will ONLY go to Keith and crew for detailing and wash services from now on!

Hand drying is the only way to prevent water spots. They do a good job at a fair price.

Fast service and reasonable price. I never wait more than a few minutes to enter wash and they do take credit card. Kind workers, overall good experience.

Ive tried to make an appointment with these folks all Summer to vacuum and wipe down the interior and was finally given a date, only to have it rescinded at the last minute. I dont need to beg a business to take my money!

Never had a problem here. Fast, efficient, and clean. A little on the pricier side (about $10 for a general wash), but they save you time by hand drying your car after you’re out of the wash.

Went here today and the people were nice and the wash was great. There was a bit of a line, but it went by super fast so I was out in ten minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These guys are great, well accommodating and really provide an excellent clean for the price. I also have a small roof rack that everyone else avoids, but they run it with no problem. Car looks amazing!!

Used to prefer bee clean but now Ill stick with this place. The people working there really care about the job theyre doing. You could tell even the guy spraying took care to get in the wheel wells and hit every part of the cars body. Keep up the good work.

This is my first carwash for my new 2019 Honda Civic. I brought the highest package (the $18). The wash was horrible. I went home to see water spots and streams of water going down my door. I had to take a towel myself and wipe off the streak marks. They rushed, it took them no more than 1-2 minutes to wipe everything down. I trusted there eyes and instincts, clearly I was wrong. I will not be back. Don’t waste your money !

I don’t get car washes often, but my car was so filthy after recent winter storm and I had to because I couldn’t see out my side windows. First time coming here and they were absolutely spectacular! Staff was super professional and friendly. It was also very inexpensive and quick (only 3 minutes) My Chevy Cruze came out looking brand new. I highly recommend this place

Im VERY wary of where I take my car. This place has good equipment that doesnt scratch, good staff and a great price.I would recommend just getting the basic easy option with the undercarriage cleaning. The wax and wheel shine will quickly wear off at any mechanical car wash.

Did a decent job at getting my truck clean. But did have some nooks that was missed, as well as my rims were not totally clean. But you could only see this if your up close, and the truck is not moving.

These guys hand dry after you went through the automated wash. Different level packages with wax and wheel washing. Not a bad place to go for a car wash on the near west side of town.
