Scratches all down the top of both sides of the car. If you care about your car dont go here. They arent gonna help fix it either. You can see a couple other reviews stating that their car was scratched too. They arent lying.

Great car wash if you run out of elbow grease. This will get most of the dirt off the car. Nice prewash is given before your car enters a water and light show that kept both me and my infant entertained. Cheaper than going all the way to Cedar Point for the same amount of thrills!

This place is great, and calm with cars. we trust it to take our antique Jaguar and Packard through. it is the only place we trust them at. great service, and they get the job done.

Impressed with the fact that 2 guys spray down your car at this time of the year and then let you go through it. Entry could be bigger seems like its a cramped spot.

Nice staff. Usually no problems here. But today my car still had dirt on it after I went through the car wash. I returned thinking I could go through again at no cost. Nope. Was told there is no guarantee $5 wash would completely clean my car. Was unable to back up due to line behind me so had to pay $5 to go through again.

Definitely one of the better automatic car washes in the area. I like how you can just put your car in neutral and everything is done for you including the drying. No need to try and time it correctly to get your entire car dry. They also have free vacuums.

I took one star away because theyre a bit pricey. Your better off paying monthly as you can get your car washed twice a day. My granddaughter loves it!

Their wheel tracks at the Lakewood location scratched brand new wheels on my vehicle. They told me they don’t take responsibility for it and I have to contact my insurance. Save your money and hand wash or go to a car wash that uses a conveyer type track to prevent damage to vehicle.

I went in for a car wash yesterday. I got stuck on the belt, (my own stupidity for putting my car in Park in stead of Neutral) and thought I broke it. A very fine gentleman by the name of Vinny instructed me to put the car in neutral instead of park. Wish I would of read the sign prior. I went through the wash and my car was squeaky clean! If only it hadnt of rained later that day, my car would of remained as clean as it had been after I left the wash!

I love this convenient drive thru. Five bucks for a basic wash (higher prices for additional service) and free car vacuums available. Can get crowded on sunny winter days.

I almost never give bad reviews, but I guess this warrants one. I went through Bee Clean Car Wash on Saturday before they closed. Took my car home and parked it for the night. Noticed Sunday when I went for brunch scratches and swirls all down the one side of the car. So I called. No answer. Okay, lets try their websites message feature. No reply. No one ever answers the phone, and apparently ignoring problems is their solution to damaging my car that is less than 30 days old. Lesson learned, Bee Clean Car Wash will damage your car and do their best to avoid you afterwards. If youre reading this because you had a similar situation, then just know Lakewood Small Claims Court has sided with the plaintiff (you) in the vast majority of cases when you showed you with evidence. A few times the owner couldnt even be bothered to show up to defend himself.

Absolutely love getting my car washed here. Every other time or so I get the more expensive option $10 but if your car isnt super dirty the $5 wash is fine! I love that they always have attendants here so they dont run out of things like soap - unlike the laser washes that so many times are out of soap and theres no one to talk to. Also love the self serve vacuum that is included in the wash.

Seriously, you will get what you pay for... they only spray on soap and rince it off.... when you get out i promise that you will notice that your car is still dirty... Ill stick to the giant eagle wash....ill pay the extra 10 buck to actually have a clean car... this place is a joke.

A decent wash for $5. Workers are always efficient and move the vehicles through very quickly. The vacuums are just OK but are complimentary.

We just went here and it was the quickest wash with so many options. They even yelled that we got the top package and then we just sit in the car while the carwash takes place. Very good experience I highly recommend.

Paid for the higher end wash on my 2 week old F-150 and the wash ripped the back off of my mirror. Was never told to push them in beforehand or take any precaution. There is a sign that is out of the way when you pull in that I was made aware of after the fact stating theyre not liable for damage to my vehicle. Long haired male employee offered no help and told me that the mirror backing must have been broken because he knows the heavy spinning material smacking against it couldnt have done that.

Went to this place since it costs about 10 bucks to do your own cleaning. Only one difference.....attention to detail. I felt like I was a piece of meat served raw! $16 and they left the window dirty with a plaster residue that my car ran into on the highway. Last time I go through a take-out car wash....Ill stick to the manual wash; it not only costs less, I get a thorough job done.

The staff is friendly & diligent. I forgot to take my bumper magnets off prior to the wash & lost one. The employees shut down operations to search for it!

5 dollar car wash... They did a good job

If you have a hatchback, the back of your car will not get rinsed off. In the three minutes it took me to get home, the entire back of my car was covered in huge bold streaks of dried soap. I had to redo the back by hand, which is fun in the snow.

Right around $4 for a car wash that lasts about 3 minutes works for me. It actually does a pretty solid job. They have vacuum stands that cost a bit more than normal, but for a car wash theres no better deal in the Lakewood area.

Best car wash deals in cleveland if you only want the outside done. No detailing here, but only $35 a month for the best package which kewps my car in beautiful condition. Personally i dont take my beamer anywhere else

I live right next door to Bee Clean Auto Wash and I also Drive for Uber and Lyft during the evening and during the day I am a Real Estate Agent so its pretty important for me to keep my car looking as good as possible because you only get one chance at making that first impression. I have been signed up for the $29 unlimited monthly washes for over a year and usually every morning Bee Clean comes before even my coffee.

Simply called and asked who I could speak to about supporting the local high school programs (didnt even say what it was yet), wasnt expecting them to scoff and hang up ... saying no thanks wouldve sufficed. Going elsewhere from now on.

This is an awesome place. I cant imagine what the whiners are going on about. For five bucks, you can get your car clean, and can use the vacuums for free. Maybe not the fanciest place, but for the price, it cant be beat.

Paid the extra 5 for the extra special car wash and there was nothing special about it. If you go, i would just do the 5 dollar one but dont expect your car to look great, just better then before.

The worst. Dont even sign up for their monthly unlimited car washes, they continually charge your without permission. I even went to the better business bureau about their dishonestly. Thankfully my credit card company thunderstorms us, but they would not even respond.

They just installed new equipment. First time going through with the new equipment my rear wiper arm was torn off. Not only do they claim no responsibility theyre barely apologetic! They claim my car is old and the wiper blade was defective because of age! I WAS a regular user of this car wash because of the price but it cost me $35 and a day of my time to fix my car. Its just not worth the cost of this service to risk more damage to my car.

Dont sign up for the monthly car wash plan. I had lots of trouble with repeat charges and charging me for the more expensive plan when I requested the cheaper. I was not credited when I called to correct, eventhough not my error.

This is one of those, if i could give negative stars I would. So the confirmation is correct, rated WORST carwash in Lakewood! Not just by me, but by City of Lakewood Officials as well. I had small claims court on 3/28/2016 @ 1500 Hours. I was called by Magistrate Dowling and noted that Bee Clean, nor Kody Kocias from Bee Clean was present. This is unusual for them not to show up, but this is a very, very reoccurring issue theyre having with them and mentioned the city is looking into action.I explained my case, presented evidence, briefs and professional opinion letters. Come to find out, they did not show up because I was so thorough, had a law school background that they knew it was a losing battle.In Magistrate Dowlings ruling in concludes Defendant (Bee Clean/Kurt Kocias) negligently caused damage to plaintiffs vehicle and breached the duty to preform the wash in a workmanlike manner. The Magistrate recommends a judgement for the plaintiff and against Bee Clean/Kody in the amount of $575.75, plus interest at the statutory rate per annum from the date of judgement, plus court costs.Under advice by the City of Lakewood, and myself...stay away from this two bit place. They damage vehicles and wont take responsibility. I also filed a lien against their property and next is doing bank attachments to their accounts.
