Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. My new car got severely damaged in the car wash because the attendee failed to operate the car wash correctly. My roof top tent, roof rack, and the top of my car is damaged to the tune of $8,000. The owner/manager Laura has been incredibly unhelpful and is not taking care of the matter like she should and is not holding accountability for her negligent employees. I have been through this car wash many times before with the same roof top tent and roof rack but I assure I will NOT BE BACK.

Love the free vacuums, but I got the $12 car wash and the back of my car was still covered in dirt when I finished. Rest of the car looked great though!

Five stars because theyre such a friendly staff. Tim has a great attitude. Its nice to always see Tim smile while hes doing his job. Hes very attentive to his customers needs and to his job duties. I appreciate his time and efforts. I hope his attitude doesnt go unnoticed and he moves up.

My husband and I have been going to Bucky’s for about a year now. There is usually no wait time. The staff is kind and professional always. They have great options for monthly or yearly memberships or if you just want to come in. Always clean and tons of vacuums. When calling management for assistance Laura always calls back right away and is very helpful. Unfortuanely, were not on this side of town anymore but will try to go to Bucky’s when we’re close by.

What a fun, and quick experience! This was my second time, and it will NOT be my last!Ordering your wash is quick & easy with the self-serve screens.They do a great job of directing you to drive your car on the car wash tracks. They also do a nice job with the pre-soak (most places don’t even care much about this step).The wash machine has the best kind of car srubbers & best smelling soap. The tire shine was AMAZING too.Today, I received a free mini car wash detailing kit. Super cute, perfect for what I needed!!!Thanks Bucky for treating your community right! Keep it up!

Buckys was a pleasant experience. If you get their $14 package they wil give you a goodie bag with an air freshener and some other assorted items. It is a cool touch! Definitely coming back.

So Im really bad at washing my car, but Buckys gets it almost disturbingly clean every time. After weeks of snow and living on a dirt road my car was gleaming for a few days until the next snow. I drive the extra 10 minutes to Buckys because in comparison to other car wash places the facilities are impeccable and the vacuums actually work.

We had some problems with bugs/grime not coming off of our car after a couple trips through the wash. Laura was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy, and our car was fully cleaned. Thank you very much for your courteous and professional service.

If you like to wash and care for your car. I suggest a membership. The staff is really nice and my truck looks new all the time.

The quality has steadily declined. Bouncing through the wash too fast. Lots of soap and water left. The air spray off has almost no pressure now. Cant blow beads of water off any glass.For $10 more a month, the Octopussy up the street will vacuum, do windows and wipe down the interior. Buckys is not a deal!

Bucks is accepting cash only and because I didnt have cash they gave me a free car wash instead always great friendly people. I appreciate everything from your loyal customer

Decent price for a basic car wash. Had some dried sap that didn’t come off. Totally understandable. The heat of the water from the car wash loosened it and I was able to scrape it off myself.

Love this place able to do your vacuuming and rugs also just love going through their wash and the staff is awesome

Great place to get a good carwash and use free vacuums.

My car had gotten pretty dirty from the fires. This was a quick alternative to Octopus for washing off the outside. Going to use them when I dont need the full cleaning. $7.00 easier on the pocketbook. Yes my car, white, got clean. There was a couple small pitch spots neither service would have gotten that i removed myself with a cloth.

Its still fairly new. I watched it being built. Didnt seem like it would ever get finished. But it did and its a great wash. They keep the supplies full and the air hoses blowing. Maintaining a clean environment seems to be a priority here. They empty the trash cans and sweep their lot. The prices are competitive and reasonable. Did I mention, your vehicle comes out clean. Two in the air for Buckys Car Wash in Lakewood. 👍👍

Buckys Car Wash is a great place. Tim has helped me several times making sure that I get a quality wash from helping me spray down my rubber mats to scrubbing egg off my car before it went through the wash. He really is a resource that will keep me coming back in the future.

We paid for an entire year. Each start of the month we pay $10 and they put a sticker on your car 🚗 when you make the contract. Ten bucks a months and you can wash your car up to 2 times a day!

Left noticeable soap residual streaks on the right side of my car directly under the rear view mirror. Got it off myself. Would have been a nice wash otherwise.

It would be nice if they had drying rags available by the vaccums

This place is amazing! I went to get my car washed, and I was all worried that it was going to be sketchy, but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised! I loved all the wash options, the free vacuums that you can access on both sides of the car, and there was ample room to be able to get my car super clean. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I will be back for sure!!!

Wow, where do I even begin? Bobby was extremely helpful and caring when it came to my vehicle and time here at Bucky’s. He was extremely considerate, accommodating and overall wonderful! 11/10 - somebody give this man a raise or a promotion!!! The car wash is very efficient, I don’t have to go back and re-wash any parts of my car especially the wheels. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I am an Uber driver, so I personally am taking advantage of the $40 monthly car wash, what a great value.

Not a good place for brand new cars, wash your decent, but if you have nice rims do not go. The wheel clean/dressing dress is harsh, took my 2 week old car and it left tire dressing all over the bottom of my car/rims, it discolored my metal, scuffed up my black gloss rims so bad that its gonna cost me 300 to have them repaired and re ceramic coated(this are stock wheels). All this after the attendant said I was all good and it wouldn’t do any damage to my car. The brush in the car dressings were to abrasive

BUCKYS IS A CLEAN FACILITY WIRH A GREAT LAYOUT. FREE VACUUMS. CAN BE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT YOUR CAR WILL COME OUT SHINING. THEY OFFER MONTHLY SERVICE PACKAGES WHICH IS NICE. THEY EPLOY YOUNG ENERGETIC STAFF THAT ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS.

Great car wash... the brushes are a bit...harsh...make sure your side mirrors are folded in, but car will be clean.

I recently purchased an unlimited membership. Yesterday it snowed so today (a Thursday) I made a visit with my dirty car at 3:45 PM. To my surprise they were closed. Very inconvenient given that it just snowed and everyones cars are dirty. If you offer unlimited memberships you should never be closed during business hours.Update - Owner Laura reached out via phone and this Google review (nice and timely response). According to her voicemail they close when it below 20 degrees to protect their equipment. Being from the Midwest I still dont understand this. I have been in many car washes when its below 20 and they simply close the doors when each car enters to keep the cold out.Update - Visited 3/14/19 at 3:26 PM and my car read temp of 37 degrees. It was not snowing or raining. Closed for no reason.

1$ a day for the Monthly pass is one of my few indulgences this year. Does require a second pass sometimes and often leaves soap residues.

Im in home sales, so I do a lot of driving. I have the unlimited car wash package, which is great. I always arrive at a customers home in a clean vehicle. And it is conveniently located.

This was the least professional car was experience I have ever had. We arrived, and when in line for the car wash a few things were going on:1. There was no attendant. Even though the sign said honk for the attendant, we did so and no one came .2. The attendant had left a phone plugged in to a speaker playing music far too loud .3. The wash stopped while we were in the middle of the wash, and didnt start for another 30 seconds.4. The wash broke our back wiper.Edit: Laura, the manager, did reach out to apologise and make the situation better. She was very understanding.

Terrible. Everything about it. The girl there was rude and on the phone the whole time. They don’t have tire shine because “it squirts everywhere”. I had to run my car through twice. Doesn’t clean the wheels and I get a laundry list of excuses for everything yet I’ve never had any issues anywhere else. Would definitely not return. Not worth the $20.

We come here at at least twice a month. The vacuums are always working perfectly and the staff is very helpful. Staff member Will was very helpful with our questions about a membership.

First and foremost Buckys is easily my favorite car wash for many reasons one being the quality another the pricing also how they are conscious of being eco-friendly as much as possible but the reason why Im really writing this review is because as Im writing this i am having one of the worst days Ive had in my life, everything going wrong. YET the manager *TIM* (this was on a Sunday) saw I was not in the happiest mood when I went to redeem my groupon with him and when the barcode reader for the prepaid cards wasnt working when I was in line a guy (didnt get his name but was working under Tim) came over to help and was extremely kind as well, but when he couldnt fix it Tim came out apologizing and when I said dont worry thats just my luck he said well its your lucky day now and gave me a free wash. I am now a Buckys fan for life and will probably sign up for a monthly membership (which tim also explained to me in detail) just because of his customer service alone. Tim deserves praise and a raise because he is AMAZING. Good people. Will definitely be back. Thank you Buckys and thank you Tim! Love.

They keep the area clean and everything works well.

I went two two days ago for the basic wash, which is $10, but your supposed to get a decent wash and tire shine so I was fine with the price. My car was very muddy from going to the mountains so I needed it cleaned pretty bad. The big issue was that they dont spray your car off going into the tunnel so not only did my car not get all the way clean, but most of the dirt was wiped off with the spinning cloths. That scratches paint but I was already on the rollers and I had to go though, however all that dirt stays in the cloths for all the cars that follow. So my car is dirty still and probably slightly scratched, and I paid $10 For it. The tire shine and vacs were good though, they just need to spray off cars.

Your car wash scratched my brand new truck, the whole thing is scratched. Never had I washed it anywhere else perfect shine not a scratch on it. After we took it through your wash there was scratches everywhere, hairline. It will now need a new paint job because it looks like someone washed it washed it with a scouring pad. Only way you will ever get our business back or get this review taken off is paying for a new paint job. Never will we wash any of our cars at your washes again.

Accidentally left a floor mat in the vacuum stall and they held onto it until I could come snag it the next day. Carwash was good too

Being an Uber and Lyft driver for the past 4 years, I’ve held memberships at just about every car wash in Denver at some point, with disappointing or frustrating results. I stumbled upon Bucky’s on Colfax and was blown away with the extraordinary service, clean facilities, and very fair pricing! In fact, I joined their top package (The Tsunami) on my first visit and subsequently canceled my membership at my current place. My passengers are always commentating on how clean my car is and how great it smells! Seriously, this is the best car wash I’ve ever used in Denver!

I love the free vacuums and how good my car looks when I pull out of the car wash. I’m glad I live 5 minutes away from one.

STAY AWAY!! Terrible service, their car wash machine scratched up both of my vehicles. When I asked to cancel my service and get a refund the attendant / owner was rude. She then threatened to call the cops on me because I had an attitude. Had to let her know that having an attitude is not against the law especially when it comes from bad service and your property being damaged from faulty equipment. Dont expect to get a refund if your vehicle gets damaged just expect nothing but terrible service.

Worst Car Wash Customer experience .. came in thinking it was a free vacuum, was about to leave & a women pulled back holding me and my gf hostage, called the cops on us for such thing, like we aren’t adults to come to a solution. Made us feel like criminals .telling us we needed a car wash since we vacuumed .. the sign did say you did, but honestly we are the type of people that didn’t bother to read the rest .. we ended up getting car washes that we did plan to get, I totally get we had to get a wash, which is fine . I understand business . But you just don’t come at people like that, there is other respectful ways to come to a solution, we are easy people to work with but when I encounter ballsy people like them I just can’t . Respect . We planned on coming back before the incident but not anymore, word of mouth . Lost us & potentially more custies .. bad bad service .

Did the $20 wash, which is the highest package, polish/finishing brush didn’t even turn on. Was very unimpressed for the amount. Wheel wells were untouched. Vacuums were unreliable, one worked 3x better than the others. I would have rather have gone to a self service wash for 1/4 the cost.

Definitely not our place :-(. Customer Service was rude. I know this may sound unbelievable but Id never been to an automatic car wash before (other than as a tiny kid). So when I entered the wash and was waiting for the car in front, an attendee came out (male) and became upset with me, all because my car wasnt moving and was in Neutral (if there was a sign I didnt see I apologize). Sure it was a whoopsie moment but I felt degraded and stupid. :*(The only thing I like about Buckys is the auto dryer, man that thing does a great job. The wash is terrible, still had gunk/dirt/grime in between the emblems, fenders, under 3rd brake light, grill, etc. Will NEVER go again. Best place for a wash so far @Autowash be it Northfield or Stapleton, that autowash gets IN BETWEEN THE EMBLEMS. AND ITS 24/7 no matter the weather.Anyway, sorry Buckys for the poor review but, plz all I ask, not that it matters to me anymore, work with the employees on what good customer service means (hopefully it was just the one guy).
