I usually go to the shur clean on base, but when I’m on Bridgeport I go here, I go to shur kleen due to they brush before the car wash to get a good car wash that’s what they do. Well last time I went to this location I had to go back now this time even worse… this place GARBGE!!!! Like how do you scrub the car go through the car wash and even dry off and still miss this much LOL!!!! And this is there premium wash. Place is a joke. If you have a big car with a trunk lip don’t go here

On Thursday June 10th between 3:45 & 4 pm I went to this car wash to have my vehicle cleaned. Nathan told me there would be a 30 to 40 minutes wait for premium wash to do inside and out, however as you can see by the photos there were no cars in front getting services done. So I asked why so long, he could or would not explain, just kept repeating 30 to 40 minutes wait. I told him your making me go to your competitor, Classy Chassis, he said go then. Meanwhile the other guy had started soaping the passenger side of my truck. I repeated Im going to Classy Chassis, they stopped and rinsed off half of my truck leaving the soap running on the other side. He then had me back up off the rails so I could leave.By these pictures you can see there was not a single vehicle in front of me getting any type of service done.I have been getting my truck serviced once or twice a month for years there. However, if this is how the type of customer service I can expect after the many times I have been there, I will not be returning. I have recommended this place to all my friends on Mcchord and Ft Lewis, I will be sharing my experience with them and recommending they gone elsewhere for a car wash.

Wash was real good except the wheels there was still a lot of dirt on them and I did purchase the extra for the wheels too get cleaned.The rest of the body looked great especially considering the truck was real dirty before the wash.

Have been going here as an alternative to the bear. Cheaper, employees are more attentive, and no charge to use their vacuums when I want to do it myself.A++

Reasonably priced car wash with free vacuums ($3 vacuum if you dont buy a wash)

I have gone here multiple times no issues, but then on 05/09/2020 I went through at 10:30AM they had cars back to back no more than 2 feet from eachother going through wash. I then got home and noticed a crack on windshield passenger side, consistent scratches all down passenger side. Store manager even admitted that their brushes could of done it. The general manager claims that there is no possible way it could be them.. but my insurance inspector even says that the damage looks similar to a black charger they just got done repairing due to a auto carwash... now the store and corporate are dodging my ins. Companies calls... never going there again and highly recommend you think twice yourselves.

Eh car wash. No clear signage, Ive got scratches on my hood I swear werent there before, the only vacuum available was broken, and honestly was overpriced. Ill continue going to my normal favorite car wash and wont be returning.

Getting my car washed at Shur-Kleen was an excellent experience. A full premium outside and inside cleaning was not too expensive and the team did a great job. I waited inside while they cleaned the inside of my car which took about 15-20 minutes. The inside of the establishment isnt the cleanest, nor are the bathrooms; but they are fine for the purpose.

Absolutely terrible!!! the attendance, the employees, overall, awful!!!!!!!! if you need a car wash youre better off going somewhere/heck anyway else!!!

First time I used this place to wash my car. The guy who initially spoke with me was nice enough. He explained the different costs and what they included, and was helpful, and respectful. Going through the wash I could see that it wasnt properly cleaning stuff. My mirror got more or less one side cleaned and the other was left with a layer of dirt caked on it. I also noticed new spots where it looked like my car had been scratched down to the primer which I know werent there before. Later on when I had a chance to look my car over, I found numerous spots where the wash failed to clean leaving dirt patches behind. And the kid who dried my car off was so half hazard about it. Im not particularly happy with the results. Would really like my money back.

Car wash actually does good job, does not scratch paint, the workers that help dry/clean wheels after you have completed driving thru car wash do great job also

Paid for the premium wash and it was far from it. They were busy so ill give them some credit, but the fact that my car was still dirty and my rims which is why I got the premium and they didnt do the hand dry at all.

I loved this car wash. But today got really frustrated. Paid for inside and out cleaning. Paid extra 10$ for the reason I have minivan. And literally just vacuumed floors. Does it really cost extra 30$ to vacuum the mats? Dust was still all over. Seats still crumbs around. Thats not how it should work.

Had to wait a few minutes after I got out of the wash until I was directed where to go to have my car dried. When they were done, my mirrors were still wet as well as my rear windows.

I came in on a Sunday to get the inside of my new car detailed. I was on the phone when I came out to pick-up my car so I did not get the chance to thoroughly inspect it before pulling off. I went over everything with wipes I bought from Walmart and there was STILL dirt on my dash. Dirt in my crevices. I paid $35 for something I could have done myself. Left a voicemail addressing my concerns ON Sunday, its Thursday and Ive still gotten no call back. 3 men working and I got a half done job.****UPDATE: Hunter returned my call today and offered me a free detailing to reconcile the situation****

Not happy with the service at all. I paid to have my inside and outside cleaned. They barely cleaned anything on the inside. I physically had to grab a towel and sprayer to clean my own tires . And wipe down my windows i can not believe the crew was behaving the way they were.. it was a terrible experience. And I wouldnt recommend anyone going there for any of their services........#upset customer

I have been using this car wash for over 4 years. They usually always do an awesome job. They will always be my main car wash even though they are 8 miles out of my way. The mini detail is worth it.

Im always a little hesitant about washes where you have to go through the wash tunnel. I have an audi s3 and recently went to the dealer for a service and wash. My windshield inside was dirtier after I left then when I had arrived. I needed something quick and convinent and found this right off the freeway. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly workers and the car wash did its job. Car was clean and vacuumed. Dont expect an intricate detail job. If you want that kind of service you have to be willing to pay much more. For the price and end result, Im sold.

Came through tonight and needed my car washed and vacuumed bad my two young kids had trashed the inside. It was right at closing and the two guys working happily took care of me and did a great job getting my car clean thanks Corey and Jacob.

Price is what you get. I had to scrub areas the car wash should have gotten after I got the car wash! The vacuum hose was so dirty it left grease streaks on my floor. Although, employees are very pleasant.

Very disappointed! The prices have risen, so much. I am disabled, so I get the works! The interior cleaning was, barely average. It is discouraging, as I tip well; and always had great service, previously. I will be finding a new place, to go.

Today I washed my car and the tire rims were left dirty and the site manager reacted angrily toward me, I almost had to run off the property, I was starting to think that he was gonna call the cops on me because I was asking questions about the tires being left dirty. He said thats what happens when you just pay for just the wash and offered to let me see the brochure explaining why the tires were left dirty. The manager on duty seems to be unhappy with customers. He told me that I could go some place else, as if I didnt know that, as if he didnt realize that I came to him because I left some other company. The Owner needs to go to his company today to check on his business, the manager was angry enough in my opinion to attack me.

This place is terrible. They messed up my brand new rims and didnt care at all. I called their corporate office and they did not return my call even when they said the would. I still have not got a call and I left several messages. I would avoid this place because they do not care about their customers and their property and the wash was not even that good.

Have been going there for about 12-15 yrs. Just kept getting worse and worse. Dirty premises, dirty employees....and my car is never remotely clean anymore. I always tip $5-10 but even that didnt help. Not going to shell out $35-40 per week so I can get a car that is 65% clean.
