Shelves are literally empty. And all of the products that are supposed to be on the shelves are in boxes all over the floor. In fact its so cluttered you cant even walk through. Employees are rude. Gas pumps always broken. Literal hypodermic needles in the parking lot. Staff CONSTANTLY on cigarette breaks. NO INVENTORY, NOT SAFE.

I went in to purchase ciggerrettes. The clerk was friendly and gave me the correct change. It akways makes me happy to get correct change!

6/20: Fabulous carwash. More water and soap than the average auto carwash. It is gentle, slow and easy (except for the wheel washer) which is better on your cars finish and cleans better. Also the washer/dryer moves and not your car. So, it doesnt drag your car through by one wheel like others do. Ive tried the $12 wash, which also cleans your wheels, and the $15 wash which cleans wheels and sprays wax on your car. They have cheaper washes but they dont scrub your wheels the way the other two do.If youre a fan of the Circle K carwash on Kipling at W 38th Ave, youre out of luck. A truck crashed into it last night and smashed part of it to pieces. No telling how long it will be out of service. There are three orange cones there now blocking the entrance.

You got two guys in the store both doors are locked and they don’t care that they had customers outside waiting. They ignored the phone when I tried to call.

This is the only store in the Denver Meteo area that is ALWAYS out of Marlboro Lights. Literally the most smoked cigarette on the market. In the mornings theres an armed guard hanging out, who looks like he might be a tweaker. Long lines, slow, lazy clerks, doors often locked, gas pumps leaking. I love having them in my neighborhood, (Im being facetious.) Would be nice if they closed down and let a 7 Eleven move in. This place is a public health hazard. I hope someone in local government reads this. Were beyond Circle K being involved.

If I could give no stars I would. This gas station is constantly out of stock. And when I mean out of stock Im not just talking about my favorite drink. Regularly more then 3 of the coolers are 100% empty, the shelves looks like theyve been looted and the store is stacked with boxed goods that the employees never get around to stocking. The gas pumps are often out of order or leaking. I hate this place and go out of my way to go to another gas station even though its less then 2 minutes from my house.

This place deserves zero stars. Be careful. Homeless people shower in the bathroom and hang out for hours. The doors are typically locked after 10pm even though its a 24 hour business. The new manager is always on his personal phone when dealing with customers. Soda machines out of ice, CO2, or soda. Stocking isnt something that gets done. Just pure laziness all around. Everytime its always a problem.

Stop for coffee before work around 3:30am. No joke, there was 4 people hanging out outside of the store and 2 inside. Seemed they were all friends, Im not an expert but, lots of tweeker type behaviors.1 person emptying their backpack, maybe homework?3 people just standing outside.2 people in the store pretending to work there and telling loud jokes. Also, a van with open doors.Might feel sketchy to some. Lost customers ?

This place use to b a fav. But Cathy being th new ASSISTANT Manager, is beyond rude, disrespectful and has absolutely NO customer service skills. And yet, someone thought she would make a good manager...I will be boycotting this gas station as long as she works there. Not just myself, but people, if u dont like being talked down to, dont go here. There are plenty of BETTER gas stations near by.. matter of fact, right across th street is a much better gas station. And the employees know customer service..I dont want a response. Dont ask for more details. Just know u lost a good loyal customer. And any others I can convince to go else where. If she doesnt like her job( Cathy) Im avail. I have management experience and yes it is for and within convientant stores or customer service. Not that I want a job or need one. But someone needs to teach your managers better customer service skills.

Popped by late on Saturday. Lights were on, doors were locked, despite being open 24/7. Was a real bummer since I walked there. Wont make that mistake again. Never going here again.

They dont have enough people working each shift so they have to lock doors to go to the restrooms. and they can not keep up with cleaning and stocking. But are friendly

The employees would not help me purchase an item. They said it was possible but they didn’t know how do there was nothing to be done. It was so ridiculous that I almost didn’t believe it was happening. My advice is to just keep driving to the next place...

Its 9:55pm on Tuesday June 30th. The doors are locked and nobody seems to be working or visible inside the store. However, this a 24hr gas station...

Waited inside for almost 10 minutes while the employee was smoking a cigarette, we made direct eye contact, there was several people in the store waiting, some of them out their items back on the empty shelves and left

I was in this store and a customer was paying for his items. He clearly had an accent and said something he was doing (I think it was lottery) wasnt the same as what he was used to, the manager said, big broad woman with dry grayish hair said if you dont like it go back to where you came from! I said that was inappropriate. She quickly replied well its true this foreigner can go back to his country. By the way, she wasnt even taking care of this customer. Bottom line was she was proud of her comment and stood behind it. I said I was going to report this to Circle K and she said go right ahead. We, the customers pay this biased womans salary. Wow! Ive never experienced this.

The cashier was talking on her cell phone (and using foul language) while tending to mine and other customers sales, which I found incredibly rude, unprofessional, and offensive. The customer before me actually hesitated to ask for service, appearing as if she was afraid to interrupt the cashiers conversation. Ridiculous standards in customer service here.

Every single time I come here for coffee there is no vanilla creamer.

Nice staff that are always friendly & helpful. Convenient place to get gas & anything else you might need.

This lady named penny over charges for my drinks and snacks and i always come here for my snacks and drinks with my friends most likely wont shop here again
