Update: I havent visited since before 2018. Also I mentioned it because my front bumber and grill was still dirty. I had just traveled cross country and had bugs stuck on it. It just needed an extra scrub. Still have the bugs on it. But thanks for letting me know.They didnt scrub the front bumper this time. The times I went in the past someone took the time before you went in to do a few scrubs. But the self vacuuming is included so no extra quarters on that

I think Colorado Express Car Wash is the best car wash around. Good prices and quick.The free vacuums are a great perk. I havent seen anywhere else offer that.My cars always come out looking great even when i dont dry them off.Id recommend this car wash for everyone.

I have the $30 a month unlimited package and for the most part I like this place. The downside is they close in the evenings and the wash never gets my cars grill area clean. The other picture shows what I believe is soap or a wax residue that happened one day. I guess they had too much soap or wax programed that day and it left my car looking like that. I was in a hurry so I couldnt go thru again. Usually no line tho and the vacs are hit or miss with suction power. 3 stars is fitting..not sure how long Ill stay here.

Mind-blowing how quick it is! Despite hugely busy day for carwash the conveyor belt design serviced cars so quickly there was no line. Not very good at the crevices but I like it as an option for speed and undercarriage cleaning. $9 includes the basic undercarriage clen. $2 more a la carte for the mag chloride removal.

Good place to get car washed and free vacuum, better than some other places if you dont buy wash cant use vacuum.

Paid $16 for my vehicle to still be dirty and have soap all over the bottoms of the doors and bumpers. After them suggesting a second wash it’s still just as dirty with the same soap still on the bottoms of the doors and bumpers. They claim the water cant reach these spots yet the soap has zero issue. Sunroof is still dirty (as is the entire roof) and the whole back of the car is dirty. Just head across alameda to green mountain car wash and pay less for a better quality touch less wash.

This car wash has thought of everything. A floor mat cleaning station, wet cloths for interior/exterior use, and vacuums with different nozzle shapes. Great one stop car wash.

I always love the quality wash I get for the price along with free vacuum use! However, today I also was impressed by one of the staff. A younger woman with blonde braids who was especially pleasant and helpful as she directed me to guide my car into the the wash. If she was the helpful staff every time, I would come more often! She seemed happy to be there and was very competent and patient. Thanks for the excellent service!

Bad experience.. the side of my was scratched after going through the car wash. The back of my car wasn’t clean at all and still had dirt everywhere (see pic). The vacuums are good which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

The staff is helpful, and the wash itself is great. It easily tackled my car dirt challenges including icky tree sap.

For the price and convenience this is by far an great place all except the fact that you have 2 attendees and yet they cannot even spray down the vehicle entering the tunnel first. By this i mean I have a truck that had the step rails and there is always dirt and mud all over them, yet it would only take a quick spray to clean them up. Instead i have to go throughthe tunnel 3-4 times just to get them semi clean. If not for that then yea i would have given a 5 star review!!!

Went to Colorado Express carwash Lakewood hoping to get this caked on mud off my girl. Their facility did an extremely great job. My truck looks as great as it did the day i bought her. Protech wash twice. Thanks guys for a great was and convenient facility. Yall check em on out!

This is the best car wash in town. Trust me, Im the kind of guy that washes his truck 3 times a week and Ive tried them all. Jake and Mike run around and make sure this place is running at 100% dont waste your time anywhere else. Oh and my truck is black...never an issue with water spots!

I got the basic service. Have you noticed that at some car washes the guys waving you in also use a brush/mop to wipe the back of the car before it goes into the car wash? Well they dont do that here so while the front and sides of my car came out sparkling, the back remained dirty.

This car wash is okay. It seems more hit-or-miss. I got my car washed here a few weeks ago and it did a great job. Today, it seems that the rinse portion of the wash was lacking. There was soap all over the top and rear of my car. Also, several parts of the lower trim of my car did not get cleaned.

Fantastic car wash. The Employees are always so professional and kind. Ive run Into Isabell a few times and shes always given amazing customer service and helped with any issues I have had.

Mostly clean truck, but as other have said the back of the truck is still dirty (I’m a member, have just come to expect this), but recently have noticed new scratches after washes. I’m fairly co dude that they are not washing the foam brushes often enough. The scratches are light and buff out, but it’s a little annoying to have to buff out scratches often. I’ll probably cancel my membership since this seems to be a recurring issue.Update after owners response:There is almost never anything in my hitch receiver when I go for a wash, so I know the issue with the back not getting clean has nothing to do with that.As far as the scratches, I had just hand washed, compounded, claybared, polished, and applied a ceramic wax coating to my truck, then went the next day to get it washed after the ceramic cured. I immediately noticed horizontal scratches after that wash as well.The owner has seen plenty of people claiming the same (scratches and backs of vehicles not getting clean) but just blames it on aftermarket accessories, rather than stating that there could be an issue with the way the wash is working. His response is disheartening to me.

Been going here regularly for months. Although its an auto wash the staff members are always more than happy to come out and be of assistance and the customer service is always warm and friendly.So... Great wash, great service, plus affordable means go check em out.

The front desk lady was very unprofessional. She should not work with people.

I would highly caution anyone who has a new vehicle not to go here. The machines will scratch your paint. If like me, you end up filing a claim with the company, they will deny all responsibility, and claim that their machines are simply incapable of scratching vehicles. Furthermore they told me that they would review video footage to see if the scratches were there prior to washing. They refused to share that footage with me. The representative i spoke with, Jason, was utterly rude about the whole ordeal and even hung up on me mid-sentence. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemies, totally deplorable company.

Colorado Express Car Wash is an exceptional car wash! We tried the automatic wash and their services are awesome. The car came out spotless and super clean. Cant ask for anything more. Prices are pretty reasonable so what you get. We definitely will be returning customers. We need to try the vending products also next time.

Fantastic staff who go above and beyond normal customer service to make sure their guests are provided the best services. My emblem feel off while I was washing my car, and they saved it for me when I could return to get it. Strong vacuums, area to clean rubber/carpet mats, car wash actually cleans your car... Visited on Saturday 18 January and for $15 I got a 96% truck wash, the rear was missed somehow. When I got home I re-washed it since it missed several spots. The undercarriage was also not cleaned, or not cleaned well as I got a lot of debris off with just a garden hose.

5/5 Stars - Automated Car Wash & Vacuum Equipment.1/5 Stars - Billing/Financial Department. The system they use for billing customers has major flaws. On two separate occasions, my debit card has been charged at inappropriate times. The first time, my card was charged twice for the monthly membership in the same month. Then my debit card was charged for a monthly membership 13 months after I had cancelled my membership. I have now had to wait 13 days to be reimbursed when this shouldnt have happened to begin with. My financial information was kept on file for over a year after terminating the contract and was charged without my permission. I have been patient, respectful and understanding about the situation but my patience is running thin.I recommend that everyone pays close attention to your statements/transactions when dealing with this company!

I love that they have a person here to direct you into the car wash, its very helpful for our newly licensed teenager! Free vacuums too which is a huge plus for us!

Drive thru car wash is quick and easy. Staff is friendly and free vacs are available. Very little touch up by hand is required after but that will depend on how detailed you want to be. Never a long wait.

Today this place lost my 5 star review and lost my $360 a year. The last few time I have gone my membership has not worked to let me through the gate to get a wash. When I went inside to check on my membership status I found that I had indeed pay my last membership payment of $29. Today my RF sticker was not detected again, so I went inside again. The lady had a poor atitude and did not want to help me. She said she did not know why my RF sticker was not responding and was unwilling to check the sticker and instead handed me a card with a cancelation web address and suggested that I cancel my account. Guess what? I canceled my membership and signed up for Black Diamond car wash on Colfax.

Patrick Craine was super helpful and very professional! He made sure all of my needs were taken care of and even came out to the vacuums after my wash to ensure I was satisfied! I will definitely come back. I may even invest in the monthly membership he also explained to me! I will definitely spread the word! My 2019 Ram looks awesome!!!!

After traveling through Nebraska with a swarm of bugs living on my car grill, Colorado express got my car spotless, even willing to put it through the wash again after not getting everything he first time. Not worth the money . The sales guy at the entrance to the wash will try to scam you into a membership. I asked for the basics six dollar wash and ended up filling out a contract for a $30 membership and I stopped and asked him why I was filling it out and he said because you asked for the membership.I asked my wife if I ask for the membership and she said no you asked for the six dollar wash he just ignored you and charge you for the membership. That was the only experience I had and won’t go back again

This car wash is SO GOOD! My car and truck always look like I took a couple hours washing, waxing and drying them. Patrick Craine is an awesome human being who took the time to help me with my car when it decided to act up right as I was pulling into the wash! Completely patient, kind and helpful. We live in the mountains 3 miles down a dirt road. Our truck gets a little dirtier than these city dwellers. We paid for a car wash and Patrick guaranteed our satisfaction and made sure we didnt leave with a dirty car. The free vacuums are really strong!

Patrick Craine was very helpful, I went through the first time but the bugs from our road trip weren’t removed so he helped me wash them off. Then he had me go through the car wash one more time and he added wax for free. I will always come here to wash my car from now on.

We have been members since this wash reopened under the current name. We have seen many upgrades and love most of the employees. We had one very terrible incident with one of the employees, however my favorite is Paul. He is the nicest and has such a great attitude about everything...big or small! I was behind a car that decided to brake during the end of his wash and while my car kept moving, his stopped...the whole car wash shut down and here I sat with soap all over my car! Not to mention I was completely freaked out by the potential of hitting another car inside the wash! Paul was awesome! He came and talked to me, made sure I was okay, put my car through the wash again, talked to the other driver, and checked out my car for any damage. Thankfully there wasn’t any, but I really appreciated his attention to the potential issue.Thank you Paul!!!

Love this car wash does a great job

They do a good job cleaning the car. I always used the protection line of package, but was never even a little bit disappointed.Hopefully they keep their equipment well maintained in the months to come. Sometimes the machines at OTHER places seem to ware-down over time, just don’t want to see that happen here.

Changing my review at first I was pleased but after several months of being a member I just stopped going for several reasons. Multiple times the tag that reads your membership on my windshield wouldnt work. After sitting at the machine for five minutes and pressing the red call button several dozen times finally one of the employees will eventually see you once they are done talking amongst themselves and walk out to help you. Their helping is never any help they make you sit there for another few minutes continuing to try and try to get the thing to read. Then they will open the gate and make you wait another few minutes why they look you up to see if youre a member finally after 10-15 minutes you get your car wash. Of course Im always in a hurry too drives me crazy the lack of respect for my time. Secondly I showed up the last and final time went through the wash and parked at the vacuums. Walk out to vacuum my car seconds after leaving the wash and the vacuums are off I walk over to the office and say yeah guys the vacuums are off. They go yeah we turn them off when we close just come back tomorrow. Meanwhile me and another person are still there after getting a car wash. No I wont come back tomorrow I will never come back. Lack of respect and customer service I can not stand. Thirdly it peeled off part of my clear bra on my Mercedes not a huge deal it was an easy fix but just be warned.

I have nothing but great things to say about this car wash. I originally went there before their recent renovations when it still Bears Express Car Wash and my car was damaged when the spinning brush things got stuck on the rack on my car. Long story short, the owner(s) remained the same when the car wash was renovated and renamed Colorado Express Car wash. They still were more than happy to cover all damages done to my car and were a pleasure to work with. Following this, I took my car back, used the car wash again(after they renovated the whole operation), and everything went great! I highly recommend them.

Told me the reason my plastic door handle wasnt clean was because it was rusted. Not impressed. My car came out covered in dirt spots. The attendants were very rude and refused to even run my car though again. They told me to get off of their property when I told them plastic doesnt rust.

This car was has been the best one so far the gentlemen named adalid attended me with a great smile not only that he offered to help me clean my car this man went above expectations and im definitely coming back here again thanks to this amazing guy!!!!

Wash clubs are a great value. Car always comes out clean unlike others I have tried.

$30/month for unlimited washes ($20/month for basic wash) is a great deal and having the sticker makes it convenient to pass through. The matt cleaning station is super helpful a great benefit to going here, as are the free vacumes. The only thing I wish is that someone would spray the car manually before entering the automated wash, since there is a lot of road grime and snow that collects up and back inside the wheel wells. That stuff melts in my garage and is yucky. Would love to have that removed too, but at least the majority of the road grime does get removed.

Monthly subscription is totally worth it if you go ATL least twice a month. Best vacuums in CO.

Their card reader doesnt work and there was nobody to help for five minutes. Someone finally showed up yelling at me without a mask. I drove away and wont be back.

The watch is better now than before the repairs, but I was disappointed today, as I asked them to spray the bird poo of the fender first, and I was told they cant do that, doesnt make any sense to be told at a car wash, that they cant wash my car.I dont get it, they always used to do it .
