My aunt and mom used to go together before my aunt passed unexpectedly this winter. When they found out about my aunt’s passing, they sent a huge bouquet of flowers to my mother. Beyond just the caring for their clients they are very sweet and professional.

They do an excellent job. I have never been able to grow and keep my nails. They are slowing helping me.

Great service! I would def recommend! Everyone is so nice and very pleasant! I struggle with allergies and being at nail salons, they were accommodating!

I think this is the best nail shop around. Everyone is really nice. It is super clean and safe for Covid protocols. You have to wash your hands before you can even choose a nail color. Also, there is Plexiglass between you and the technician during both manicures and pedicures. Also, I love the dip nails; the manicures last at least 3 weeks.

Nice chairs, great service, leg massage was top notch. mani looked great for more than a week and my pedi looks great as time passes too. The decor is sparkling, staffers were friendly 💖. Pleasant trip to get my nails done with mom.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute which was great! Moon was really nice, friendly, and answered all my questions. A little miscommunication about the service I wanted and was not shown prices at the beginning but overall great experience. Very clean, everyone is welcoming. Would come back again! Be prepared so spend $$$ however. Got a gel mani.

Ann and Hailey are the best! The shop is beautiful and clean. Very friendly atmosphere. Been their customer for years.

Called made appointment got me in same day at the time I requested. They were running a little behind and Hailey called and asked if I could come in 15 minutes later, I thought that was so courteous and kind so I didnt have to sit there and wait. Great job on my nails they were done exactly how I wanted them to be done. 😀 definitely will go back!

Fanci Nails is wonderful! My friend and I were both very happy with the way our nails turned out. My nails in particular were absolutely beautiful and flawless. The staff were very kind and respectful. They did not do our nails as though it was just a job to be done, but instead they really took their time to create beautiful pieces of art. Haylee is an incredibly talented nail artist. She spent hours making sure my acrylic nails were perfect, and in the end they definitely were! If you want acrylics or gel, Fanci is the place to come. We had a great experience. All in all, Fanci is the best!

LOVE. THIS. NAIL. SALON. They are clean, friendly, and professional. I would suggest making an appointment first - they make you feel like royalty and pay attention to detail. If you are one for designs, they can do it. If you like nudes and neutrals, they can do it. If you are just feeling bright ol’ colors, they do it. I’ve gotten my nails done with other nail techs over the US, and no salon has given me first class service like Fanci Nails - I would buy a plane ticket just to come get my nails done here. When I am in town, I make sure to stop by Fanci. Please do yourself a favor and at least try this place once!

I made an appointment for a pink and white fill in. Super nice on the phone! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and waited maybe 2 minutes. This place is beautiful and super clean. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes and am very pleased with my nails! I will be a returning customer for sure.

What can I say? You Fanci nails always does an amazing job. Im always greeted with a smile and i feel so welcomed. Everyone is so nice and i feel so relaxed when im getting my pedicure and Fill done. Thank you guys for being awesome ! Keep up the amazing work!

I have been here about 5 times. They are very nice people, however, today I went in for a pedicure and the final look was horrific. The paint was wavy and smudged. I asked them to take it off.. I had paid while I was waiting for my toes to dry, so unfortunately I paid for plain toes and didn’t receive a refund. I don’t recommend going here.

Worst experience ever

I enjoy the kindness we receive at Kims spa & nails, they do not rush you out, like other places I have gone to. Also we bring my 3 year old niece as she loves her nails done (polished) and the kindness and services are above and beyond! Thats why they get a 5 star rating!

Awful experience! The gel polish I got on my toe nails have a sock mark in them. I expect gel polish to be dry when I leave. So, either the polish wasnt gel or wasnt applied properly. Either way, I am very disappointed! I will not be back.

Very quick to help walk ins. Did not charge me an arm and a leg to fix a nail and file and shape the remaining ones. Highly recommend.

Haley did an exceptional job of both fingers and toes. She is very meticulous in her work. Best mani/pedi I have ever gotten.

I DO NOT recommend this place because:1. I came with my little one and the first thing we noticed was the cigarette smoke. We dont smoke in our family and currently smoking is not allowed anywhere inside, in special places only. So I was shocked. Its disgusting. (Especially for kids). I assume they smoke the cigarettes due to their religion but I think they could have found a substitute for cigarettes.2. If you have had your gel pedicure/manicure done before you probably know that its a pain in the .. to remove the gel. Usually they abrade the top coat with a file or some other tools, then soak in a special gel polish remover, after 7-10 minutes its peeling itself. But not in this place. Here they simply use nippers for cuticle and peel it off together with your nails. Thats what happened to me. She pulled the gel and as my nail had a crack she pulled my nail too. Its painful, the nail is broken, its not hygienic, It HURTS!!! And its not right! Are you guys trying to save some money not using a remover or you simply do not know how it should be done ?! Its so unprofessional!

I used to drive sometimes a half an hour depending upon where I was working that day to come to kims. I adored them. They changed ownership and everything has changed. Within a week of having acrylics, three of them have cracked. I never had that problem with the previous owner. So disappointed and looking for a new place to go.

I have been looking for a nail salon that will do what I ask (I literally pull up Pinterest and show Heidi pictures of nails I like..the shape, length etc), and she has not let me down at all!!! Kims spa and nails is by far the best! Since I started going to this salon, my nails have never looked better!! This place is absolutely amazing and I will always be a customer!! If you are looking to have the most beautiful hands, you should definitely go to Kims spa and nails in Lakeville I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!(and take it from me, I am so picky...)

Made an appointment at 5pm for a manicure, they took two other customers for other services before someone came over to me an hour later to start my manicure. And to be honest the service wasn’t all that great when they got to me. Very disappointed as this was a regular place for us and will not be coming back.

Clean,professional, and they really take the time to give you a good pedicure. Will definitely be coming back.

Just got my nails done, i got a gel manicure like i always do but i decided to try a new place and came here. Ill never be back again. The lady who did my nails didnt say one word to me. Even when i tried to chat she just didnt respond. She filed my nails to some weird shape that i did not want, and last but not least she did an awful paint job and added an extra layer of polish just to the tips and now my nails look like bubbles and they dont even look close to the color i picked out. Extremely disappointed.

They truly did an amazing job. i’ll always come here to get my nails done.
