My only complaint is that one person told me that I could get a specific design and then when I sat down the nail tech said I was unable to get that design. Other than that, they did a great job and I will definitely go back regularly.

I have been going to Heidi now for years. My fingernails are exceptionally thin, and yet she takes the extra time to ensure that my professional nail care there keeps that in mind.Recently while at the Minneapolis Airport Post Office, the lady behind complemented me on my nails. I was quick to tell her about Heidis Nail Salon and proud to know a dependable source.I would guess that nail care is a very competitive niche. After trying many nail salons south of the river, right now, I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Heidi and the staff create a pleasant atmosphere of light talk and personal interactions. You can tell that the staff really enjoys working together and have a team approach. It’s often rich with fun conversation “with a friend” while getting service.The Tropical Bliss Pedicure is my favorite when it comes to pedicures. This last time I added the hot stone treatment and found that it truly lived up to its description: “Stones provide great heat retaining and energizing properties.” The lady explained the process, scrubs and scents throughout the treatment.Heidi has also been extensively trained in eye lashes and permanent makeup. While I have yet to try it, I am impressed with her professionalism and efforts to stay fully versed in her niche.

The lady at spot 7 was rude, incredibly slow, annoyed I was there and did not take kindly when I asked for her to make my nails shorter or more round. She did my nails how she wanted them and they look terrible. I have not been there since February and that experience was not favorable either. I will not be back, they used to be a great shop but that is no longer the case.

They were quick, clean, talkative, and gave me a long massage! The price was decent.

The “good” techs are only reserved for the higher paying customers.My friend and I came in for her bridal pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures we’ve had. Mine wasn’t anything to write home and my heel suffered from too much filing. My friend however, had raw, red toes afterwards. The tech was apologetic but when I called to speak with the owner, she gave me bullish*t excuses and refused anything other than my friend coming back, which we will never do.

Always the professionals. Clean n safe environment. Glad to be their client always treated very well.

My neighbor and I visited Heidi Nails about a month ago. I had never had a pedicure before, my neighbor highly recommended this place. My neighbor was lucky, and had a nice lady work on her feet. The person that worked on mine was harsh/rough. When she pumiced my heels, she took a 1/2 chunk out of my skin, then tried to hide the fact I was bleeding (changed her gloves). When she was working on my toenails, she was clipping them too short- scolding me that I had cut them wrong. I couldnt wait to get out of the chair. It took 3 weeks for my feet to heel, and I was worried about an infection on the back of my heel- where the chunk of skin came off. I would never go back to this establishment, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Find a nicer place. If possible, I would have chosen zero stars.

I had a pedicure about a month ago and decided to try Heidi Nail for the first time.The person who did my nails asked if I wanted gel. I said no - I’ve never had it and I never want to try it.Fast forward to today when I decided to take the polish off. It’s absolutely gel and will not come off.Zero chance I’ll head to Heidi Nail to have it removed and zero chance I’ll return for a pedicure again.

This was my first time at this shop and it did not disappoint. The ambience and staff were amazing. Thanks so much everyone, I will definitely be back.

Came in with a appointment. Never been here. Told me to write on sheet sat down. Waited, waited more. Others were taken back that came in after me. A nail tech sat in the back for awhile. I left. No customer service. Go to D nails they were fabulous.

The gal that did my nails did an excellent job, and was very friendly. However, the wait time was 30 minutes plus and after I had been seated for a pedicure i then sat there for awhile and a women who had came in after me had been started for her own pedicure before I was.. I got a regular nail polish, and as I was waiting for my friend to be done at the nail drying station the man said your nails are definitely dry now and before I could finish telling him I was waiting for my friend he very rudely cut me off uhuh sure..

I always get great results when I go to Heidis. I’ve been a customer for years and keep going back because I know I’ll walk out looking great.

Love the ladies that work here. The atmosphere is lively with laughter & chatter between the customers & employees. Their work is excellent quality and techniques and styles are the newest. I have a ton of nail shops by where I live in South Minneapolis, but I drive out to Lakeville cause excellent nail shops are very rare.

I came here specifically for pink/white ombre nails for my wedding and got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Heidi!

The guy is so incredibly rude. Barking orders at me the second I walked in. I had called ahead and they said “come in!” I was there within five minutes, easily 15 people in there so why say come in? I signed up on the sheet and then sat down, wasn’t given a wait time, nothing...I stayed for 30 minutes then decided to leave because I clearly wasn’t going to be getting in for a while. Don’t waste your time here.

Heidi just earned a customer for life. Even while short-staffed, she squeezed me in for a manicure/pedicure. She was doing my nails while another tech did my pedicure just so Id have time for both. My nails turned out great! Ill definitely be back.

Had an apt and Nina rushed through the entire thing. It only took her not even an hour to fix multiple nails and do a gel fill. Which normally takes 1 1/2 at the least. I showed her which shape i wanted, a picture & also confirmed that it was NOT like the coffin. She assured me and proceeded to give me coffin shaped nails. I told her it wasn’t right and she told me next time she will do it. then gave me mostly what i wanted on my left hand. At this point i have two completely different looking sets, nails with lumps and ridges & some thick nails and some thin. Since we cannot fix the wrong ones, we end up shaping them to all look like the wrong ones just to get it over with. I frequently go here and get exactly what i like. When showing a picture, one would assume they know what i want, but if that wasn’t enough - i also confirmed i didn’t want the coffin shape and that this was slightly different just being longer and not so curbed - but did it anyway. While brushing down my nails & during the whole apt she was yanking my hands and pulling my fingers. I ALWAYS get my nails done, so i know exactly how it should be. you shouldn’t rush through a customer just to get another. She then rushed through painting my nails and made them very uneven towards the cuticles. She even didn’t sand my nails down enough and i still have paint from my last nails. This could’ve been a bad / busy day with homecoming or whatever but at least let me know you’ll be rushing through me ! i gladly would’ve rescheduled or gone elsewhere.

I received a gorgeous hair style from these guys.They also did my nails and they are fun to have around. They really know what theyre doing!

Heidis Salon is an EXCELLENT place to relax. Staff speaks mostly Hmong, owners Heidi and Matt speak English. CASH is highly recommended, rather than credit card, and you can only use coupons when paying in CASH. Salon was updated earlier this year with cleaner atmosphere. There are bowl liners for each pefi given.

Phong did an amazing job on my toes and Jenny did an amazing job on my nails!!! I will be back even though I live in Prior Lake!

The sign says they accept walk ins and I signed my name on the sign in sheet. I was told the wait was about 30 minutes. An hour later and nothing. I walked out the door without a notice. Very poor customer service for someone that didnt even receive a service. It makes me question what low quality service I would have received if I would have stayed. Luckily, there are other salons in the area. Thanks for making my choice easy for me.

Terrible experience. They made me bleed while filing my nails and again when they were waxing my brows. They lie about pricing and every time Ive been there they have charged me extra. Once it was because my nails were too long. They provide bad service and then blame the customer, not acceptable. If I could I would rate 0 out of 5 stars

Ive been using Heidis for the past 3 years, its close to my house. I always have to wait even with an appointment made 2 weeks ago, while walk ins het helped. Found Ds Nails on 160th, get you in on time.

I used to go to this salon regularly a couple of years ago but their prices have become ridiculous. They offer you a pedicure package for a ridiculous price then an additional $20 on top of that price just to get gel nail polish. I also got a gel manicure that same day and just two days later I had the paint lifting on my thumb nail, I got that fixed for no charge but not even a week later another finger has lifted and chipped. These should last 2-3 weeks and I can’t even go a couple days without it being ruined. What upsets me the most is when I went in to get my first nail fixed the lady told me that I needed to figure out who did my nails & they had to fix it.. I ended up sitting there for 15 mins because I literally sat there because it shouldn’t be my job to know who did my nails.. while she sat and stared at me from the back. Thankfully someone must of said something and the nice lady who did them before took me back. I sadly won’t be returning because of your ridiculous prices and poor quality and specially because of your poor customer service as I returned.

They tried charging me more then what the prices were listed. BY A LOT!!! I thought maybe the girl was just bad at math but when my sister went they did the same to her!! And they file off way too much. My heals hurt and cracked for weeks later.SCAMMERS!!

The lady was rude. And she used her drill and cut my cuticle down. She kept slipping up and kept cutting the sides of my nails. Worst salon I’ve ever been to.

First of all, I loved that I could book an appt online! The salon is decorated beautifully, its definitely a step up from other nail places Ive been. I was in my chair for my pedicure within 5 mins after I arrived and only had to wait another 10 mins before a nail tech started my service. Ive waited much longer elsewhere. My nail tech was very attentive and did a great job. I will absolutely be going back.

My lady was very rude and I was uncomfortable the entire time. I kept stating I wanted gel powder because it was cheaper and she kept trying to talk me up the entire time and in the end gave me what I didnt want and I ended up spending more. she kept yanking me around and twisting me and when Id look at what she was doing she kept telling me dont look at your nails. watch tv in a very rude manner. she also made a phone call at the beginning while trying to file my nails!it was also uncomfortably quiet when we walked in and sat and waited, to the point where we almost went somewhere else.Ive gotten my nails done many times at many different places and this was by the far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Worst nail salon that I have ever been to its beautifully decorated but its a rip off the fake nails ruin my nails and terrible customer service my nails are shredding off and every single one is bleeding.

Not very friendly or helpful. I bought my daughters friend a gift certificate. Made a reservation for them and they made the girls wait and did not tell them what was going on. I was embarrassed.

Very bad service, maybe just that lady. But I wont go back again.
