Very rude!!! I went in with my daughterFor a mani and pedi They charged me $47 each .... Did not even take the dead skin off of our feet only a Scrub brush....lacked in Cuticle repair until I said somethingAnd then wanted to charge me 15 dollorsfor gel. Also Talking poorly about the customers laughing......Whoever can say that these people are great have clearly never been anywhere else but Lakeville ma 🤦✌ never again

Clean shop and friendly staff. When you make an appointment you are seen at that time. The owner is a stickler on this. They do a great job when I need a fill, new set or a pedicure. Also they have the latest color nail polishes.

First time going in today I was so impressed! Extremely clean, tons of colors. I came in for gel manicure and pedicure. I was so indecisive with picking my color and went back and forth with my color 4 times and Kelly who took care of me was so patient and awesome! Prices are awesome as well! I will be going back! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and wouldn’t think about ever going anywhere else. The staff is amazing and always makes you feel welcome. The owner, Li, clearly takes pride in her salon because it’s always very clean. I strongly encourage making an appointment though as they’re always very busy.

Im giving this place 2 stars strictly for the staff because they are very friendly. Other than that, Ive been there twice, felt completely rushed both times, and my nails smudged within the hour the second time. I feel as though they book too many appointments and rush through to get them all done. I booked a pedicure appointment and waited for 20 minutes upon arrival only to be given a 15 minute pedicure and then was told to go sit at drying station across the room (I had to turn on the dryer myself). Very disappointed in the service, especially when I can get much better service for the same price elsewhere. I will not be coming back here.

This place is always packed. It says walk-ins welcome but I dont recommend it. Ive been turned away twice that way. Ive booked an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early only to wait more than an hour past my scheduled time, when I said something they offered to reschedule me for another day, only to tell me that they were booked solid for at least the next week. I left and went elsewhere.Ive heard theyre the best around but I have yet to see anything to prove that.

Nina is a great girl and gives a great pedicure.

I do not recommend going to this place when it is busy, They rush and do not do a good job...My nails are bumpy and rough on the top and the egdes are sharp and rough from her cutting them. Just because Im 13 does not mean i dont want them done nicely!

I hate writing bad reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I feel it is my moral obligation to warn others. I went to Crystal Day spa to get my nails done with the dip powder. I chose CDS based on the numerous postive review across FB and Google. First, I made an appointment, because I knew they were busy. I walked in the door about five minutes before my scheduled appointment. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. They rushed the removal of my old nails..when he could have let them soak longer. He was using a drill to file off the remaining material, all of a sudden it burned...he had knicked my skin and also put a tiny hole through the nail all the way to the skin. I didnt have a chance to see the real damage until later, because he sprinkled a white powder on it and told me that it was a small scratch...later that night one nail cracked straight across at the stress point..and two others started to come off within a day. I didnt even bother going back..I bought acetone and soaked them off. The hole in my pinky still hasnt healed all the way.... Here is some pictures of the damage..I had to remove the nail to get the pictures. I removed the nail to see why my pinky hurt so bad.
