I did not go here BUT....I was looking for a salon that was open on Monday and This seemed to be the only one open. The owner answered and informed me that she does nails and eyelash extensions only but she was unable to add that detail online. As such she apologized for the consultation. I explained my problem to her (my daughter swam all weekend without brushing out her very long hair and now it’s in a ginormous knot!!) and she was able to highly recommend another salon. But she warned me that they are closed Mondays, too. She went on to say that she had gone to cosmetology school and then gave me a DIY tip. She told me about a product I could use which is sold right at CVS and told me how to go about getting the knot out. We will be heading to CVS now and then following her advice. Fingers crossed!!!! But anyway I give 5 Stars for great customer service and being able to recommend a hair salon. If I need a manicure or eyelash extensions then I will certainly be going here first to give it a try.
