First off the nasty lady who answers the phone should be happy she has employment. Poor attitude from the start. The technician that came to service looked like a drug rehab failure. Run away from this trainwreck

Weve had our ups and downs with this place. The pool guys do a great job, the only problem is the office staff they are hard to get a hold of. But the pool guy is great!

I had Fun State Pool Service for 20 years. They were very good and dependable through the years.

Michael came out to inspect a pool during a home inspection. He was very professional and explained every detail of his assessment to me so I understood. I even had a few questions the next day and was able to call and discuss them with him. He told me about various other services offered as well and I felt this is the total package with honest service. Would definitely recommend Fun State!

HoribHor working for them cheated me out of $$110 so I quit than Mike Owens refused to pay me my last pay check trucks are dangerous once got into an accident and still had to work workmens comp never called me he filed my pay to the IRS but pocket my money once had to drive a truck with no brakes currently talking to the department of labor

Great service! I can rely on them to take great care of cleaning the pool, filter and maintaing the pool chemicals! Such a relief to have this taken care of so we can spend more time enjoying the pool! I was concerned at first about having someone over because I have 3 dogs, but all the cleaners are so wonderful with them!

Avoid! Had them come out to do a free estimate on our pool. They said the only issue was with the pump lid. Without my consent, they took the liberty to replace the lid ($50) and charge labor ($85). Takes 1 minute to change the lid, and found it on Amazon for $22. Shady business, highly recommend that you avoid them.

Found a pool leak behind our pool fountain - These guys were here in two days; Derek explained the leak & necessary repairs to my wife and fixed immediately. Charges were reasonable & in order. A class, reliable operation. Refreshing to see this A+ level of pool contractor still exists! Thank you!

Best experience ever! Between all the heavy rains and 2 busy work schedules our pool looked like a biology experiment - complete with black algae. We were told by other experts we would likely have spend apporx $5K to get the pool resurfaced. I called Fun State, explained the situation and Mike (service manager) sent out Reggie (chems and stain expert). A week later our pool looks like it WAS resurfaced! But it only cost $265. We are SO grateful to Mike, Reggie and the office manager, Bertie. They are honest, fun folks who have earned our business for life!

It is a great company for building a swiming pool for your family. They not only built a fabuous swimming pool, but also provide georgeous service after my family took over the pool like education on how to maintain the pool and how to keep good quality of the water in pool. I had so many questions and problems with the new swimming pool, but they are patients to me no matter what kinds of situation.
