I requested a simple design on my natural nails, they had 3 different people doing my nails, and still didn’t get my nails to look good, the GEL polish started to come off the next day, and looked terrible! My nails were not completely dry even after leaving, I ended up coming back, and they “fixed it” but I literally had lumps in my nails still.. I paid $75 and never recommend them to anyone ever again!

Had a gel pedicure here and my feet have never looked better! If I was ever going to sell feet pics online, now would be the time! LOLBut really, truly excellent service. It was very clean and they followed all sanitation laws (which I am hyper aware of). It was also a very soothing environment with soft spa music playing and several very calming fountains on the walls. Will definitely be going back!

They are always so sweet and do a great job! Ive had several different nail technicians and they have all been friendly. They ask my if my nails are ok along the way too. I highly recommend them and suggest scheduling an appointment vs walking in.

Linh did an incredible job on my full set! I think this is the first time I have gotten my nails done without someone cutting into my nail bed. I will definitely be back! I got a basic gel mani here and I am so impressed! The salon is clean, inviting, and friendly. Instead of sorting through a ton of colors, the colors are presented neatly in a book. I had my manicure done by my manicurists who was friendly and easy to talk to. She did a fantastic job on the nails as well, paying attention to detail. I will be back!

My manicurist is the bomb!!! Going in to here you get that welcoming feeling! They all talk story with you! Not just the person doing your nails. My manicurist is an amazing nail artist and thats the bonus! Talking story with her is the fun part lol! Check them out!

Everyone is amazing. Staff is so wonderful and takes her time to do exactly what I want since I usually find designs off Pinterest. Highly recommended!

Highest quality Ive seen - gel manicures last minimum two weeks, usually more. They are fast and friendly, and extremely accommodating. Once you go here its not likely youll ever go anywhere else. Very highly recommend - quality nail places are hard to find!

I cant even tell you how happy I felt leaving the salon. Ive never been so satisfied with nails ever. I didnt get a chance to get the name of the woman who did my nails. The time and quality they put into your nails is just very satisfying to know that they make sure everything looks nice and clean. I will be coming back for sure.

Cut me so bad with the cuticle clippers. She wasn’t even looking at my nails as she cut it. Also too, the blood wouldn’t stop. I know she was nervous because I started crying but the little nervous laugh was too much for me. I left immediately. I didn’t have her finish. I was given a gift card for my trouble but I would never use it. This was the most painful cut I’ve had from a nail place. And sadly yes, I’ve been cut before.This however was way before Covid-19 so I don’t want anyone to think this happened recently. It was about a year ago but I am just now getting in here to review.

This is the best nail salon place ive ever been! the service was so good and all the staff here is so friendly and accommodating. ive had my manicurist done my nails twice and both came out wonderfully and beyond my expectations. they really took their time to perfect the shape and design to every little detail. will definitely come back soon!!

They charged me $150 for a gel mani/pedi. Which is outrageous!! In addition, why are they making us pay them through Venmo. Are they trying to evade taxes because COVID is making business hard? I feel very screwed over... Please do not go there otherwise you will get ripped off especially during this pandemic.

I decided to give this place a try because it is closer to were I live. I was not impressed with the service. The nail technician was not friendly and looked unhappy. She didn’t engage in any conversation. The polish on my nails looks sloppy. It was a huge difference in quality of service from the salon that I normally go to in Prior Lake. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

Went in a little apprehensive about the negative reviews i saw on here, and was pleasantly surprised. the ladies are very kind, gentle, and good for conversation, they did mine & my friends nails well and made us laugh along the way. they werent too pushy about the upselling, and made sure to clarify with me what i wanted since i was looking to put different designs on each hand. would definitely recommend this place, it seemed to me if you go in with a good attitude they will return the favor to you!

All I can say is this is the great nail shop in Lakeville. Not only is your salon clean but you and your staff are amazing. People, please be more patient as this shop creates masterpieces when doing nails.

I got a simple one color gell manicure... it started to peel the next day. She also didnt change or clean her tools for diffrent clients. 45$ was not something I would pay for that.

Very underwhelming for the price! I got a dip manicure and she literally trimmed my nails, filed and dipped them. No circle trim or oil, no hand massage, nothing. Then when she told me it was $50 I think my mouth dropped open. I’ve always gone to Northfield or Burnsville and it’s $30-35. She insisted on cash then gave me only big bills back like she was expecting a much larger tip. Overall my nails turned out fine but way too overpriced

This has been the best nail experience I have had in a while. They were very respectful and cared about all of my needs. I was indecisive about the color I was going to choose, and they gladly helped me choose. The design on my ring finger nails are AMAZING. I am super happy with my nails, and i think i have found the best nail place in Lakeville.

Every time I have gone Happy, the owner, always does my nails. While he is a good guy as owner he is very busy and tries to do too many jobs at once. Every time my nails are rough and kind of bubbly, very low quality.

This place is GREAT! The staff was so friendly, the actual salon was beautiful and really nice--very up to date. Oh, and my nails...AMAZING! I had the new gel/lacquer treatment and my nail technician was superb--my nails are flawless!

My mother and I have been going there since I was young, however stopped because we moved.. a couple weeks away we went in to get a acrylic pink/white set and acrylic pink/white fill.. a couple days later, my nails cracked.. BUT STILL somehow is still on my finger.. couple more days pass... another nails cracks, same way. I have no way to understand or know why my nails are doing this, they’re never ever done this before and I’ve been doing my nails like this for 5-6 years now?? I currently have 4 cracked nails, but all are remaining on my nails, somehow. This is literally a whole nail ripping waiting to happen. My mom absolutely hates her nails. We will never go back again. I’m very disappointed.. considering how well they used to do. Not sure how they keep their business going. It’s truly sad.

I was immediately rushed as soon as I got in. The nail technician said maybe 2 words to me and continuously pulled on my arms. I went in for a simple acrylic French manicure and the quality was terrible. There were numerous bubbles in all of the nails and imperfections on a few nails like dents and holes. I reached out to them to bring my dissatisfaction to their attention and did not get a response. Will never return.

Terrible. I trusted the good reviews, but I left this place very disappointed. In general they are not customer oriented, theyre unfriendly and impatient.When the lady asked me what pedicure I wanted, I asked which were the options, she answered with the price options, and when I asked about the difference, she said: the more expensive, the better, depends on your budget....When another lady asked if the water was too hot, I said yes, she checked it and said: No, thats okay.The princess chairs were broken, such a bummer for my daughter.I noticed the tools looked dirty as well. I am sorry I visited this place.

Rude, rushed, not pleasant. I am just shocked on how we were treated. Beyond unprofessional! To sit and have your nails be filed and done as fast as possible, so they could get more clients in. My friend got ombré color, and it looks like two separate colors with a harsh line. She grabbed the money out my hand and walked away. Didn’t even say Thank you for the tip!

I was a walk in and asked for acrylics- they easily could have told me they were booked or didn’t have time but instead the guy took me back and took over an hour and a half to do my nails bc he kept getting up and walking away and/or answering the phone. Then he told me it was taking so long bc I was a walk in and he doesn’t usually do nails- so apparently that means it’s my fault? To top it all off, the acrylics were HORRIBLE. I went to Dream Nails the next day to get them fixed (bc I didn’t want to trust Livi Nails with them again) and the technician there was appalled at how poor the airlift was. I will never go to Livi Nails again- it was a terrible experience in every regard

The Male that worked there was very nice and friendly. The woman who completed my gel manicure was rude, and didnt respond when I asked a couple questions. Gel manicure chipped on multiple nails after 2 days. 8 nails chipped and peeling after 7 days. Very disappointed with the service and results. I brought in 6 people for a work event and several of the others had similar results.

Friendly ladies and quality work. Loved how the Clippers and nail tools were in sterile packaging.

I have been going to this Salon since it opened. Happy the owner is amazing, he really tries to fit you in whenever possible. Even when they are booked, he does everything he can to make it work for the customer. I live in Chaska, and have had my nails done from Minnetonka to Lakeville, you do not get the same treatment from the owner and definately not the same beautiful nails. My Nail Tech. is Helen, does the most amazing work, I get compliments nearly everyday on how beautiful my nails are. This is the reason I drive from Chaska, to Lakeville because nobody else can do what she does.other Salon has the same products they use, nor do they have Happy or Helen. :)
