Having been out of town for a while, we havent been here recently. But we wanted some groceries so we visited again. The rotisserie chicken is always excellent and cheaper and larger than most other stores. The large packages and variety of frozen vegetables are great as well. The store wasnt crowded and a checkout lane was immediately available. We went to the human checkout rather than the self checkouts but both were available. Although we didnt shop for these items, as many other stores, Halloween and Christmas things were already out. My wife and I usually enjoy coming back to shop here. I encourage people to do so but one must shop regularly to justify the membership cost.

This place can save time and money by purchasing at bulk rate. By buying gallons instead of pints, or quarts products such as detergent, cooking products, eggs, meats, and produce as well as other sorts of house hold items. Covid protocol are being observed Plexiglas at check out, constantly cleaning, wearing face mask etc. Lots of parking available as well as handicapped spaces and wheel 💺 accessible. Employees ready to assist you in what ever you might need. Whether purchasing sports wear or sports equipment; lawn furniture; recliners; 📺; cell 📞, ect.

Excellent selection. Very clean and spacious bathrooms. They were serving plenty of samples when we went on a Saturday.

I have been a member of SAMS CLUB for the last 10 years. The great thing about shopping here is the fact that I could buy any items in big or small quantities. In fact, I normally buy more of what I LOVE the most, yes, exactly that if you know what I mean!!!!. Sometimes I feel like a little kid grabbing and stocking my shopping car with so many goods that I dont know when to stop. One of the biggest conveniences of having a yearly membership is that if I dont want to shop in person, I could order the supplies on line and the goods are delivered for free. I just love it 💘.. 3 itemsAttendants are anything but attentive.The barely washed primates who go to the fuel station are insufferable. If someone is obviously having issues with the pump, do not harangue them to move. Knot your tongue, and go to one of the other 18 fuel pumps.The wifi/phone signal needs a booster at this location. Scan and go app connection is spotty at best.

I went to make a payment. I had never seen a person as pleasant like one of the ladies that took my payment. She was also a great multi tasker. She was helping a peer with some of the returns while taking customers. Unfortunatelly I didnt see her name tag. She was by far one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with in the entire retail industry. Perhaps, she could be identified by my receipt. She sets an example to what customer service should be about.

Purchased a membership there today and had a great experience. The store is clean and the employees have a wonderful attitude and were very helpful

Lines at the gas station were crazy with people panic buying but the attendants did their best to keep the lines moving and prevent a**holes from cutting in front of people whod been waiting an hour. Yep, an hour. Good job guys!! I appreciate you dealing with customers at their worst.

Clean store. Here in Lakeland, Florida. Friendly folkes. Masks still in place as of today July 6th 2021. All fresh produce looked great no fruit flies. Short selection on breads.

Young lady at liquor store was amazing. She got all my order ready as I went in the store to do my shopping. As I returned to liquors store my order was ready in bags n boxes ready to go. She went above n be on.

Front end manager Betsy has no business working in customer service and having the title front end manager. When you visit a sams club quite often and spend quite a bit of money. And she threatens to pull your club membership which I’ve been a member longer then her employment. All because they change a rule and instead saying next time you have to do this. But No! she gets in your face and stirs up a huge scene to embarrass you! Another employee has to tell her to walk away. I sure hope the upper store management removes her from being on the floor with customers because she is the the absolutely the rudest person. Also the other manager on duty John was no help. Neither are trained to de-escalate a situation and provide excellent customer service will be thinking about renewing my membership and will have no problem driving to Costco or bJs in another town.

Always clean always helpful, always stocked.Walmart could learn a thing or two.

Definitely a smaller Sams. Didnt have several of the items Im used to getting. However, the staff was fairly nice.

Today my visit to the Sams club location was very unpleasant to say the least I pulled in to get gas the line was quiet long I waited a few minutes then decided to get out of my vehicle to see if there were any shorter line to my surprise there were I went back to my truck and proceeded to go to that location I pulled in behind the other truck that was there not long after an employee by the name of SPANIA approached and stated I cannot do what I just did I need to go back around I expressed to her that there no one in front or behind the vehicle thats already at the pump she then proceeded to stand in front my vehicle and stated very loud and clear she will not be selling me any gas this a clear indication that she takes absolute pride in this type of behavior which absolutely inappropriate for thr work place there is so much more that I want to say but itll be better for me to voice those concerns to corporate i just want to let it be know that this employee should be relieved of her duties as a sams club employee i strongly recommend it peoples lifes were in danger all because she does not have the work ethic and customer service skills to deal with people she was very disgraceful and like I said i will reach out to corporate.

Great place for buying low cost bulk food. Great selection in some areas but not in others. Friendly helpful employees and managers. There was a mixup with my dads membership but it was his fault and they took care of it. Not enough handicapped parking for the elderly. My mom struggled but most was her fault as she was too proud to use a motorized cart. She has tried using them twice before but they broke down on her both times. It appears the store does not maintain them very well. It would help to have chairs for the elderly scattered around the store. Staff let me park in front to load her and her groceries.

Womens restroom was a bit dirty but was able to find everything I needed. Was able to get in & out in a timely manner, also.Theyre back to serving some foods so we got a soft pretzel which was great!

An overly aggressive employee attacked me today for taking a seat on one of the display couches while I was waiting on an office chair to be pulled from above an aisle (which I ended up spending $200). I am sick and tired of people thinking they can talk to customers rudely using the Covid excuse for everything. I’m more than happy to comply with the stores precautionary measures. However, employees need to maintain a level of respect and decency towards customers. Be kind for gods sake. I’ll be shopping at the South Lakeland location from now on. Very disappointed

I went on the early senior day. Everything was well stocked and clean. The pharmacy was open early which is why I went. I picked up a few groceries that I needed as I take advantage of pharmacy pickups to do that. I feel safer virus wise to go to a big place where everyone is masked and its a one stop for me. Everyone was happy and helpful.

Fruit and vegetables could be set out when they are fresher and not when they are getting soft and molded, employee’s are friendly for the most part. Store is clean.

Their curbside pickup was amazing, I ordered a big freezer and was happly transported and set up in my car, I was amazed and grateful for that. I will continue using their curbside from now on.

We went to Sams Club to buy a new paper cutter. We bought one good for office or home. It turned out to be just what we needed, cuts 18 sheets at a time also staples, small paper clips, cd, dvd and is quiet. While we were at Sams it was busy but not crowded and I love the scan and go app.

My experiences with Sams Club has always been a good one the only thing I dont like just the fact that disabled people are not people because theyre left out in the parking lot run out of battery life so even though we get started in one before we get halfway through the store we are stranded which forces us to walk behind apart and that is charged when you have back problems

8/6 store is going through a shortage of employees and are blaming it on a system issue, not the 1st time they have pulled this stunt . Really expect more from a place that charges a yearly fee for the privilege to shop .

Sams Club is actually really nice. I love the cafe here and the prices are amazing. BUT now to just EAT at the cafe you must swipe your membership first. Which is a change that I dont think many is too fond of. Other than that, its great.

I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced and ordered. Sams got it there in 1 day instead of 3-5 as anticipated and then squeezed a same day appointment to ensure I got my car fixed as soon as possible. I received OUTSTANDING customer service from DQ in the tire center. Someone give her a raise!

Entrance /Exit door narrow, Service improvement for finding products, isle to narrow to shop, morning and late afternoon shopping like night and day.

I think its one of the better Sams clubs Ive been to they seem to have a lot more in stock and the lines were moving pretty quickly to check out.and the fuel prices were lower than the Sams club about 10 mi away

Prices are fair considered youre purchasing larger quantities than what youd find in regular stores. They also have a hearing aid center which is a newer addition. Its not advertised on the outside of the store.

I have stopped here for a while but it has become more disorganized, and there have been moments where there are no carts 8n the entrance, but what is really a problem is that, each and every cart has something wrong with it...for example, not clean, pulling to the left or right, broken wheels and or difficult to push. Sometimes it feels like it would be better to go to Publix and use those carts. This is a consistent problem.

Conveniently located, always has almost everything we need. Highly recommend this Sams Club location
