This was for the online software. I received two different refund amounts via the software and when I got a hold of their customer service they stated only online chat could assist with the online service. No problem I contacted the online chat and I feel like theyre just shoving the buck back to the IRS stating that they have no control over the amounts and I felt like I was talking to a wall trying to get them to understand that the IRS didnt give me the amount of their software did

I had an employee by the name of Lisa childs file my taxes. She was smart and polite the entire time. I dont go to tax offices often and im not gonna lie I was nervous about going to a tax office this year to file and Lisa put my fears to rest instantly. I would absolutely go back just for her. Made an appointment for 12pm. They kept me waiting 30 minutes only to tell me it would be a lot longer wait. Guess they lost out on my business. I own a company and pay a lot each year to block to do my taxes. They obviously dont value others time.

They lied to me. At first they said it wasnt gonna cost but then they charged me $89.00. I dont get much back so yes im complaining. You would be better off using turbo tax. I dont like seeing people get ripped off.
