We had just moved here and saw one of their trucks. I called and left a message, which was returned promptly. David came out the next day, quickly pinpointed the problem, and repaired it. We chose to replace the pool light which he recommended. He and his team did a great job, and went above and beyond to ensure there were no problems. We love our new light and highly recommend them as an honest, fairly priced business you can trust. Thanks again.

Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Super poor work quality. Needless to say, did not work out well for me. John came out, said most leaks are by skimmer. I showed him another area I thought it could be (cracked tile). He said, no thats not it. He dropped some blue liquid in and said, no. He reiterated, its usually by the skimmer. He added sealer around where the plastic meets the concrete (see pictures) and left. I paid $290 for that. Pool still appears to loose water over the next two weeks. I call and leave messages for a month...no response. I let my pool company know (they are who recommended him) and they reach out to him. Three months later he comes out and seems very unhappy to be at my home again. I show him the tile area again. He says, thats not it and seals it anyway and leaves. Well, it wasnt it and my pool still leaks.

We had a leak in our inground pool, slow leak, but scary no doubt. We had our pool resurfaced which it needed badly & though i should have had this done prior, the consensus was pretty much, whatever slow leak there was, seemed to be coming from around the skimmer section & the resurface would clear it up. Long story short and NOBODYS fault as i was told, you may want to get this checked professionally BEFORE the resurface, but at that moment, money was becoming nuts & we decided wed wait in the hopes that the resurface would fix it. Nope.. it didnt. Water level continued to drop, I knew it was the skimmer. Called the people we were going to call to begin with, polk county leak detection, David was awesome, had Shane come out and in 5 minutes knew it was in fact the skimmer. Next week he came back out, it took all day, but it was great to watch! It was quite a mess of digging the skimmer out, and when it came out, there was the problem. The pipe had split almost entirely from the skimmer. Shane spent the entire day doing what they do best. Fixing the problem. That included ripping the front of the skimmers nice new resurfaced area including nice new tiles. For anyone never seeing such work, it could be scary. But we had no doubt in their skills at not only installing new skimmer, a bit of re piping too, but to put everything back, including the paving stones, skimmer inlet resurfaced area, and the tiles. BANG! When he was done, you could barely tell anything had been bashed out, dug out, etc... trust me, it was a grand mess too! But Shane, all I could say is WOW! He took his time in order to get everything back to what it looked like prior which i trusted it would, but couldnt believe at HOW GOOD a job he did! In the end, doing this before or after the resurface, the cost was the same. But the money spent, in no way compares to the money we spent on filling it up almost daily for weeks and months. Stupid me for not doing this prior; lesson learned! DONT WAIT! If you have or think there is a leak, CALL THESE GUYS! They are FAIR, HONEST and this is ALL THEY DO! Thank you David, REALLY thank you SHANE!

David was recommended by a local pool builder. He came out and checked for leaks. David sent Shane out to fix a leak in my plumbing which required cutting thru the deck and coring through the pool. Unless I told you exactly where they did work, you wouldn’t even know. Their prices were good and my pool is no longer leaking! Great company, great prices, great work!! Highly recommended.

Its almost impossible to write this review, and NOT sound like a paid spokesperson, because we have nothing but accolades for Dave and his team. Customer service is almost a lost virtue, so going above and beyond like PCLD did, is almost unheard of. They found the leak almost immediately, rebuilt and repaired, and then professionally handled a few other issues that we werent aware of, and did it all for a FAIR PRICE (another blessing). Dave was courteous, friendly, and competent. We wouldnt hesitate to use them time and time again, and are now on our preferred vendors list. Its so refreshing to find GOOD, KIND, and HONEST people nowadays. Thank you again, for all you do!
