Good place for checking my pool water and getting supplies. Pool care items are well priced, though pool toys can be overpriced for me.

Theyve got everything for your pool here. The prices are competitive with Walmart for the products I need and they offer free water analysis service. I really like their bulk pool shock product, look for the yellow jugs.

Wow, just Wow! I usually go to your competitor Pinch A Penny and now I remember why. My son usually picks up my chlorine and he goes to Leslies so I thought I will just go there today. When I went in, a male employee was helping someone at the counter, but usually most places at least acknowledge you with at least a Ill be right with you or Welcome to _____. Nope, nothing, a minute or 2 after waiting, a female employee comes from the back, walks up picks up my empty jugs of chlorine and says nothing to me, absolutely nothing. She goes to the back fills my jugs and I also tell her I need acid, she places it on the cart pushes it to the front and takes my money. Still no friendly conversation other than to ask my name, for what I am not even sure. But here is the real kicker for me and the reason I am writing this long review. By this time all the other customers are gone and there are 2 employees in the front of the store and NEITHER of them ask me if I need any help. They start chatting between themselves, I might as well have been invisible. I push the cart to the door, open it while trying to get the cart through, take the now filled (heavier) jugs to my car, load them and the box with 2 gallons of acid in it. Push the cart back inside. NEITHER EMPLOYEE OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE! Obviously I can pick up the jugs, thats not the point. The point is CUSTOMER SERVICE, which this Leslies doesnt have!

Nice store. Friendly employees. They help wirh what you need. If questions about pool they will help out as much as they can. Added: Went in Sunday to refill chlorine and (he) employee was not friendly at all. No hello, good morning. All he said was, the price I had to pay. No Thank you or nothing! That is very rude to customers paying his pay check. He shouldnt be working in the public.

Quick good service. Water teasted and was ollk, just need cleafier to get pool back from alige bloom.

This place was horrible!!! We went there to buy a robotic cleaner and couldn’t get anyone to help us. He kept helping everyone who came in after us even after acknowledging us. Started with the one person he was helping when we walked in and he helped 3 people that came in after us before we gave up!!! I will never go back now!!!
