Jennifer was great !! She is very sterin on keeping things on track but they did a great job with our pool I was very happy with them. Tim the owner was on the property every time something was done to make sure it was done correctly I appreciated that. I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you .

Shopped around a bit and decided to go with Caribbean Pools. They were almost 1/3 the price of two other companies in town. We absolutely love our pool!

Well after they have broken my sprinkler again and parked there truck in my yard under my trees drove thru my yard took a skid loader to the corner of my yard dumped concrete in my yard on my sprinklers and I’m not the one getting the pool but have ring cameras and guess who caught all this I expect you t fix my yard and irrigation and fence it wasn’t great but it mine and not the neighbors

I would strongly advise anyone not to use Caribbean Pools! We were very specific about the shape of pool we wanted... RECTANGLE... and on the day they were here to dig the pool they realized our underground utilities were in the way. Not only do I think they should’ve known this prior to the piece of machinery being on sight, but they drew an outline of a free form pool in the dirt and sent it to us (while we were at work). The last thing I wanted was a free form pool. 😡Their customer service was mediocre at best.

On the very first day of construction when their crew arrived to start digging, Tim stated they would not be able to do the design that we had planned. Understand we and Caribbean Pools worked on this design for weeks. He said there is a possibility of an Electrical line going through back yard . Sure enough it was but my problem is that this should have been addressed way before start of construction. We now had to go with a design on the fly that we did not want but at this point it was no turning back. In all honesty I think it was done on purpose on their part.$250 charge for repairing/moving sewer line - Tim did not communicate that to me.$400 for ordering brick pavers - Tim did not communicate that to me.Broke cable line not once not twice but three times and the exact same cable line.(Sub contractors) - removed any and all items in their work space (which is understandable) but never moved items back into its original place. It seemed everyday I would continuously come home with just random stuff left in my yard and garage.Numerous other situations that they did not handle or communicate with professionalism. The company they used for the installing the brick pavers is the only reason I give them 1 star. They did an excellent job on the pavers even though they broke/chipped a corner of our home with their equipment.The finished product looks great but would not recommend using them because of the lack of professionalism and customer service.

This is a followup to my initial review. It has been an additional 30 days with sevetal addtional emails and still no response. Nothing. Stay away!!!My pool light stopped working after less than two years and is still under warranty. After one initial email response, nothing further has happened. Ive sent at least five e-mails and left multiple voice mails with no response.This is extremely unprofessional. Buyer beware!!!!

We love our pool! Best price around, good service and got done fast. Couldnt be happier (: I will recommend them to anyone who asks about a pool!

They will give you a good price i will give Caribbean that. But service after the sale for get about it. I had a issue with stones falling off into my pool. It took them 16 weeks to come and repair the stones and that after many calls to ask when they could come and repair their work. Now more stones are falling off and can not get them to even call me back. So you make the call if you are good with what you get from the start go with Caribbbean. But if service after the sale is importance to you well you have to make that call.

I never leave bad reviews and always tip even after bad service. Tim the owner really doesn’t care about his pools or you as a customer if he did he wouldn’t use subcontractors to do his work. The only way you can build a quality product is to do the work yourself and stand behind your work after it’s done. I’ve had 9 led lights installed in my pool in three years ( yes I know He didn’t make them but the staff and owner really didn’t care if I had light in my pool or not). When our pool was constructed it leaked water it took multiple trips to figure what the problem was.( they forgot to put drain plug in in return line). That was a simple mistake but he never was to blame multiple trips with a 1500 dollar pump running dry. His response just shrugged his shoulders. The tile work with one dollop of “mud” sound hollow and a few are now cracking. Price isn’t everything quality and integrity are. I called and left multiple requests that my gfi breaker on pool pump tripped from day one. Never to be resolved because I indicated when led lights cycled pump would trip, response from owner shrug shoulders. Turns out factory led lights need transformer filter to avoid this. On the subject oh transformers they were wired for incorrect voltage/amperage. Maybe this is now the reason my pool is black again no lights this will be twelve.

Cant even make it to my house!Scheduled an appointment for yesterday, 7/5/2016. No one showed up, no one called. On 7/6/2016 I sent an email (their own online submission form) asking what happened - no one responded, emailed me or called me back.I guess they dont need any more business. My new pool will be built by a deserving company. I have been in sales for over 30 years - this does not happen!Not doing business with Caribbean Pools!

Ive worked with this company on a professional level numerous times coordinating fence installations/pool installations and they are extremely easy to work with and professional. I would highly recommend them!

All to often we forget to recognize companies that go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly. Let me take time to thank Caribbean Pools. We wanted to resurface our pool and upgrade our deck with pavers. We did our research and interviewed numerous pool contractors. After reviewing quotes and interviewing, we made the decision to select Caribbean Pools and couldnt be happier. The owner actually came out and viewed our project and made some great suggestions. Our project was completed ahead of time, not easy in rainy Florida. We were informed as to when workers would be on site and kept up to date with the progress of our project. Timing was critical since we wanted to use our new pool area for a graduation party.With any project you would expect some problems. To our delight, we had no issues. After a couple of weeks, we noticed an area of constantly wet pavers by our spa. We called Caribbean Pools and a technician wassent out to inspect. A small leak in a pipe was discovered but this leak had nothing to do with Caribbean Pools. This company went above and beyond by fixing the problem and did not bill us for the repair.We know there are many pool contractors and people working out of their garages but please consider using a tried and true local company with deep roots in Polk County. We did and couldnt be more pleased.

Caribbean Pools has been nothing but helpful through this entire process. Couldnt be happier with all the work. Would recommend Caribbean Pools to everyone!.

I love the pool, but the service afterward really sucks. I have cracks on my deck 2 1/2 years later and I have been calling for almost 2 months and still no one has come to check it out.
