Wish I could give it A BIG FAT ZEROOOO! Since thats how much respect the managers have for their employees. Seriously somebody needs to shut this place down, they treat the workers like disposable trash cans. How can these managers even consider themselves human!? Im a pretty laid back person and Im usually super agreeable, but THIS... PLACE... NEEDS... TO... BE... OUT... OF... COMMISSION!

At first I worked nights and the work was highly physical, but with 7 hours and half hour for lunch, barley covered a full time job. Once I switched to days it was a completely different atmosphere and was offered a lead position due to my drive. Expected to work 12-15 hours in 40 degrees, with a half hour break and always running on emergency, it shows the lack of involved leadership. You can go from 730 am to 6 pm without a break. Training is non-existent and if you want know what to do, you ask a disgruntled person. Everyone is out for themselves, no cohesion between team members. Management simply expects people to not last and takes no part in ownership of the problem. When I said I was done, there was no question of why, just punch out. Only take this job if you are in desperate need!!!! Dont even think of stopping to warm up, you will be told to work through the breaks.You will be abused without a second thought.

Terrible terrible company to drive 4. All the managers have not clue of whats happening, young wannabees, and head manager is just as clueless. then they micro manager there drivers. dive 1mph over limit? write up. 5mph under limit? ur questioned bout distracted driving, rite up. in cab cameras always recording u. bugs + mold in trucks barely wash once a month. they promise u $1k a week, but they only let u drive 2 days a week, then ur open the other 3 days for 62 a day so u only get less half weeky and they dont tell u what u doing from the next day. they hire more drivers then they actually need then waste time

Driver that delivered to the 7-11 in st petersburg at 1:45 am, on 34th st s and 54th ave south. Rude, almost hit my car several times while he was trying to back the truck in. Proceeded to give my wife and me nasty looks as though we almost drove the truck into the car. We were inside the 7-11 when he came in with his dolly loaded and proceeded to almost hit me with it. When i said something he just looked at me and kept on talking to the clerk over my head. I am a 60 year old woman and should not have to deal with this type of treatment. I will be visiting my lawyer.

This company has favoritism. If the supervisor is Cuban he’ll only look out for his Cuban people! They pay differently for extra routes to all. Some get called in and get paid $50 and some more! The ones that do the most are always getting the dull end of the log! The place is so unorganized and everyone steals!

Got hired here and unfortunately I hurt my hand. Had to get 6 stitches. Had a doctors note saying I could work. Went everyday for a week but got sent home everyday. Even on the day they said no one could leave there was all kinds of things to do. I got sent home. I waited 3 weeks to get this job and thought they would see I was dedicated. What a joke wouldnt even teach me anything. Damn shame.

Be sure you DOUBLE clarify the hours they need a driver for. I was hired and turned away bc I wasnt available for all routes. Bunch of waste of time.

Horrible place to work. No breaks. Management just throw the regular workers under the bus. James, the randstad hiring manager is very cruel to peaple under him and is not qualified for his position.

This place is a poor excuse of a company, you work as only a temp with no benefits and get treated very poorly. You could be in the hospital and they would still expect you to be at work. Long story short if you get desperate, please dont come here.

As an employee of Genesis, I am disappointed with the lack of structure the company has and the way they pay their employees. There is no overtime even though we work over 70hrs per week in a 5 day work week unless you work 6 days, then you will get overtime for the 6th day. They change schedules daily, never knowing where in the State you will be sent. You have to be in work at least 5 hrs before actually starting to drive to go out and you dont get paid for the time you are there even in company meetings.The routes you are sent on has a certain time frame. If your route is scheduled by them to finish in 8hrs and you take 10hrs because of traffic or any complications you will only get paid for 8hrs regardless of the fact that you were actually at the job for meetings, loading etc at least 2-3hrs prior to going out on the route. Many good drivers, office staff and supervisors have left and this happens on a daily basis. Good luck if you decide to work for Genesis, FL.
