Dont answer the phone when you need them most. Had a driver break down which caused us to be unable to pick up their load, and they submit a freightguard against us. Ridiculous. Said they would only remove the report if we did this load at a later date for the price that they gave us. Straight up extortion.

Very horrible people to work with. Stayed with the load 24hrs after receiver refused to take one pallet out and after this, they refused to pay layover or even detention. No pickup the calls nor emails. Syay away please please, never regret in future, they are not friendly at tall

Originally we had an issue with one of their loads but they were super helpful and got it resolved within few hours. They took care of our driver and we were super pleased with the result. These are brokers everyone should work with because they take care of their carriers always. 🚛🚛 we will def continue doing business with them and giving them great service.

I was told I could pick up at 1230 pm. Upon arrival to the shipper, I was instructed the appointment was for 1 am. They didnt want to pay TONU because I didnt wanna wait 13 hours to pick up the load. I drove 100 empty miles to get there. Avoid these guys like the plague.

Fraudulent broker do not pay money on time very unprofessional our driver got sick and did not pick the load up had 102 fever they posted negative report on our company during covid 19 pandemic people get sick always behind on payments NOT PAYING CARRIERS FRAUDULENT BROKER STAY AWAY!!!

Darren Miller is Very rude and unprofessional. The day of delivery he was the one I emailed about detention., with all brokers paperwork has to be in within 24hrs of delivery or else we will get billed a fee, I asked for detention right after unload never got updated rate con so I billed them on my invoice. They only paid me for load saying I shouldnt submit the invoice without an updated rate con. But I never received it. This is not an honest company. I will be also filing a bbb complaint, because if they did it to me they are also doing it to others

Will never work with this company again!! They dont care about Carriers, all they care for is their customer.

Charlatans of the worst kindWe booked a load and on the way over to it they canceled. Then knowing we were a team they booked with another team for the next day. Dont waste your time here. We just called them back on 05/24 and they have the nerve to black ball US? Good deal almost forgot what charlatans they were.
