VeriTread LLC, is an amazing brokerage to haul loads for. We had a mishap between the shipper and receiver, unbeknownst to the broker our load was cancelled after being loaded. The broker and office manager we worked with were courteous, apologetic and diligent when it came to communication and payment for TONU. We have had some run ins with other brokers before, VeriTread helped restore my faith in brokers humanity! We would be delighted to haul for them anytime.

Pulled a load on Tuesday, received payment on Thursday. Load was supposed to be legal dimensions and ended up being oversized. They covered the cost of the permits with zero argument. Easy people to deal with and prompt payment. Thats all I can ask for.

Transporter jacked up price after the bid was accepted! I accepted a bid from HMH LOGISTICS LLC DAVE MATHIS through VeriTread. A couple of days later I was contacted stating that it would be about $800 dollars more due to the truck being delivered was too tall. I felt pressured to go ahead as I needed to pickup within the deadline. Delivery was fast but I feel scammed!

I used Veritread to book a delivery driver, the driver overloaded his truck with my 20,000lb tractor. Then when attempting to get up a small hill in a residential neighborhood, his truck failed… He had made 2 attempts, on the 3rd attempt the truck gave out, and the trailer pulled the truck backward down the hill flipping the tractor over, and spinning the pick up truck 2 times. (see photo) Fortunately no one was killed, as this a busy corner often with families and children playing.Veritread failed to verify insurance, as the driver was not insured to drive that truck, and they also failed to verify the safety of the situation, as his truck should not have been pulling that much weight.As we investigate what happened, we found out Veritread is a small unprofessional group. they have few employees, they are simply a middle man who takes a fee and makes false claims about verifying insurance, as they do not do the due diligence to verify the drivers as they say, it seems easy for drivers who lack experience to take jobs they should not be taking, putting equipment and lives at risk.I’m posting this to help other avoid these situations, make sure and use a professional heavy equipment freight company. Do not make the mistake I did by assuming a middleman such as Veritread is verifying insurance and driver competence.Update 60 days later: The driver does not have cargo insurance, Veritread is claiming they are not responsible, we are suing both Veritread and the driver to get the equipment covered.

Buggy software that limits transporters the ability to get get proper information to accurately quote on shipments.I feel bad for the shippers who rely upon this site to get quotes and that it fails horribly. Hopefully there is a competitor who fixes this. I would switch in a heartbeat.

We have been using VeriTread for over 3 years. VeriTread is the best platform to receive bids on your freight costs. With other platforms we used in the past, we were harassed by brokers and carriers calling and leaving endless junk mail. As the user, you can make judgments on the carriers profile, and select the right carrier to handle your freight. We will always use VeriTread. I would give them 10 stars if i could!

I love this site! VeriTread makes scheduling a transportation load so easy. A friend of mine turned me on to the site and now I use VeriTread for all my hauling. Not only is it more efficient, I have cut my shipping costs too. Highly recommend it.

We moved an excavator for a broker that booked a load from Veritread and were never paid. Looks like they are flooded with horrible brokers feeding off there website.

The trucking industry has always been a headache for my business. Unreliable truck drivers and brokers that quote a cheap price but dont come through with a truck. VeriTread takes all of the guess work out of the equation and we as a user get to choose the right trucking outfit for our needs. It really is a great platform and Brian Ratkovic has always gone above and beyond to help me with my account if I ever needed it. Great experience and highly recommended.

For ease of use this is the way to go for not only heavy haul transport but also for Vehicles. I had a 1964 Falcon Sprint transported from out West to the East Coast. Transport was timely and estimates were accurate. I received bids for this transport VERY quickly and was able to arrange transport with all the paper work seemlessly. I will definitely use Veritread exclusively.
