I will forever go to this car wash! The vacuums are so powerful. With a 5 year old on the autism spectrum and 2 teenagers and their friends, my car gets a lot of dirt and crumbs. I usually have to scrub my floor with the vacuum and it takes me 30-45 minutes(sometimes longer!). But 15 minutes and I was done with floors and seats and the middle console.Love it!

Like one of my ex’s, It is expensive and doesn’t do much.The cheapest wash is now $10 and the whole lower half of my truck was still dirty. New vacuum are nice but was is not great. (Most expensive is $30)

It so easy to get in and out of this car wash. They have a place you can soak the love bugs off with a scrub pad and cleaning solution. Free vacuum to use as long as you want.

I think it is a fantastic car wash, so much that I signed up for the monthly subscription! Only downfall is the vacuums need a little improvement. Once they upgrade those, I would totally give a 5 star review :)

The remodeling so its a mess and no vacuums its a problem

The wash power is kinda weak. On top of that the sticker the give you is hard to come off when replacing it. Worker was rude about where the sticker should go even though the customer should be right when they are the ones paying for and its going on the customers car

Ok car was did the job... just wished the staff did a little scrubbing on those hard to reach places pr to the car going in. Such as license plate and wheels.

Had a wash there despite being warned about this place.. the brushes broke the cover off my side mirror n my 3rd brake light.. I filed a complaint after which I got the rules around for 2 months only to be told my truck was too old (older than ten yrs) n had over 100k miles so they wouldnt replace it.. also I paid for the premium wash n still had to go home n wash my wheels n certain parts of the vehicle. Total RIP off n no integrity.. none of my vehicles will ever go there again

Their facility always did a good job of keeping my car clean and polished. I was quite pleased with their service. Additionally, after I moved away, I neglected to immediately cancel my membership. They were thoughtful enough that when I called to cancel, their system showed I hadnt been there for 3 months, so they actually refunded all 3 months that I didnt use without me even asking!!!Thats real dedication and customer focused service.Thank you!

Having to pre wash my car before going through the car wash . Whats the point of a car wash if I have to pre wash the dirt off myself.

Recently changed to Clean Machine. Doesnt have a mirror anymore, makes it difficult to line up at the beginning of the wash. I miss Bay Breeze.

Not badd but the machines need to learn how to wash better for the back of the vehicles they need to do some adjustment...

Joey was very friendly and helpful. Great employee. Good carwash. You cant beat the value of the monthly memberships. They work at all Bay breeze locations despite what the website says which is awesome. Free vacuums. I wish the vacuums were a little more powerful, but they are adequate. They do get the hair and sand after a few swipes.

BEWARE! This wash put some bad scratches in the paint of my $100k BMW 650i. Ive been using this wash for all my family vehicles in the past with no issues, but this last time I came out with this nasty scratches in my paint. After I got back to them and spoke to the manager - of course they said they had nothing to do with it, stating if it would be them that my whole car suppose to look like that. - Yeah sure....They sure lost me as a customer and I hope they loose all of you that read this review, other way you playing a gamble: a some what a clean car (yeah - your car will not be spot-less after their wash) or $1000s of dollars in repairs.

I am very satisfied with every experience Ive had here. Customer service is a very important part of their business and they nailed it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Overall my experience gets better every time and this was a quick and affordable way to take care of my car! Definitely will be returning.

This is a fine car wash, but it has a few small issues. Its not powerful enough to get the bugs off of the hood (they have a bug station where you can get out and scrub them off yourself, but to me that kind of defeats the purpose of going to a car wash), and the vacuums only have one nozzle option. I have been to other similar car washes (for similar price) where the attendants scrub the front for you, and the vacuums have multiple options for the nozzle.

Vacuum had no suction. Terrible employee attitude. As to use restroom and he said that only employees were allowed to use it no customers.

The rudest employees I have ever run across. They have no manners at all. Just like the just got out of prison.

Great car wash, offers multiple versions and options for a car wash, wax, tire shining. Etc. Also has free vaccums when exiting wash. Pay with card at a machine and you are directed onto a belt that carries your car through the wash.

I really dont understand how anyone could rate this place 5 stars. Employees or families maybe. I spent $10 on a wash. The bugs were still there. The dirt on the side of the car was still there. The wheels were still dirty. I could have received a better wash driving around in the rain. Dont waste your money at this place unless your car is already clean.

Im not from here, but if this is one of the best car washes it might be time to open competition. A $17 wash did great in the front and rear. Not at all on the sides. Having the tire shine as part of the ultimate wash does not shine your tires. Maybe theres the benefit of the doubt that someone forgot to replace the fluid, I dont know. It did a good job air drying though.

Clean, efficient and the vacuums actually get stuff up and stay on longer than most car washes like this.

My family uses this car wash all the time! Convenient, always clean and well maintained. The staff does a great job of keeping the place neat and organized. The entire process can be done without getting out of your car, with vacuum and bug wash station as an option. The pay machine has a video explaining the process which is a nice touch.

This has to be one of the best car washes in the area. I purchased the VIP so alls I have to do is pull into wash every time I go. The was is good and gets my truck really clean

After paying for a deluxe car wash. My rims were still dirty. Maybe Bay Breeze should have a prep area for rims like the bug area. I would also like to see an area for air for the tires. To be offer along with the vacuum service..

This is the best car wash in Lakeland. $4 for an Express car wash with free vacuums available. The only other thing I could ask for is free air but Wawa is literally less than 2 miles down the road. Not to mention the guys up there are friendly and very funny. If you need a wash, stop here.

I dont generally write bad reviews! But it was awful! My car looked like it still needed washed after it was washed. What a waste of $7! On a positive note, at least I only spent $7 instead of the higher packages! Next time I will go to the car wash just a bit South of this one.

I typically like to wash my vehicle at home by hand, but we just moved into a new place and I decided to check these guys out. Nothing extraordinary, but we had a great experience. The prices are fair and I received the results I was looking for, a clean car. The payment machine did however not give change. I told the smassociaye working and they gave me my change. He stated, it didnt give you your change? I simply gave him the receipt showing I was owed a dollar. The payment screen stated to get with the associates to get my change. So I am assuming it is supposed to give you change. If it doesnt just let the associate on duty know. They clearly have no issue getting g your change for you.

I paid for the best car wash they offer. It was $17 and change. Got the worse car wash ever. Dirt around license plates and in all the recessed areas of the vehicle. Went to the manager and was given less than half the amount I paid. He said tires were shined and there was a nano seal or something applied to car he was charging me for! Nano seal to seal in dirt?! Will never return there! Horrible car wash!!!

The basic wash is just that. I got the $7 wash and still went through a second time. It gets the dirt and you are out quickly. 100% auto wash, self scrub (bugs) 100 self vacuum.The self vacuum is included. It doesnt remove tree sap or love bugs.

Great car wash. Dont even have to get out of the car except to use the vacuum. Prices are moderate and is easily accessible.

Simple car wash that does a great job. Free vacuum that was perfect for cleaning the inside after the car wash.

Staff is great. Facility is always kept up. Love the bug station to scrub the front of my car before i enter the wash. My mid size SUV gets plenty clean through the wash, although here lately Ive noticed the soap not being washed off all the way on the top side above my windows. The vacums are really strong too. THE ONLY 1 COMPLAINT I have is that they dont allow enough space between cars. It took my daughter 6 months to get her front bumper fixed because the lady in front of her put her car in park and her insurance or the car wash insurance did not want to pay to get her bumper fixed. Ultimately after 6 months the ladies insurance did pay. A person behind you can also hit the gas and bump into you. There needs to be a certain amount of space between the cars to allow the track to stop in time. Lesson learned and something to keep in mind when going there.

People that work here always seem to be in a bad mood. I dont know if they are because i usually dont have to speak to them, however perception is reality. Besides that its pretty convenient to be able to swing by a few times a week after work. They also havefrew vacuums with your wash.

My cars never come out dry. Im not talking about a couple of spots, at least 40 to 50 % is still wet. Its the only car wash that I have to bring a towel to dry my car. I had monthly passes and cancelled them because of this. I was told by a employee that it not set up for my type of cars. I have 2 SUVS. I guess no one else who ownes a SUV goes there ?

The attendants were pleasant and were attentive to the customers needs. The first vacuum I tried didnt have much suction, so I moved another which worked fine. I would come here again.

You can clean the bugs off the front of your car, get a really good car wash and also spend as much time as you want cleaning the inside of your car as much as you want!

Very unorganized and the pressure on the vacuum are so weak though it can get the job done just dont expect much.

The vacuum cleaner does not work or it does not have good suction. Paid for a deluxe with wax job, total package is where I should have went.
