First time through. Really great staff. My car is wrapped and I usually get it hand washed but with the crazy weather I just needed a quick something. They were able to do a touch less wash more or less and I have no damage. Would return again if needed.

At first I complain that my car after going true wash comes out whit Waite spots. They told it wasnt there. Etc...I pay $120 to I guy to take off spot. When I took my car again to car wash it came again whit white spots. I complain but they dont want to acepted. Im paying $45 a month to get white spots on my car 😡

I visit Total Package Car Wash (TPCW) periodically. I have found that for the cost of a single wash, $10, I could avoid dragging out my wash gear saving me $10 worth of my time. Today I visited TPCW arriving at 8am. I had my vehicle washed, vacuumed, dried and cleaned, inside and out by 9am. The wash takes 3 minutes. The rest of the time I used to detail my vehicle. TPCW recycles their softened water, and utilize neospline rotating brushes that dont damage the paint finish. TPCW uses chemicals in the wash that dont leave a residue. One can get a single wash (or more) and if desired, utilize the included vacuums, clean drying towels, mat cleaning machines, compressed air and glass cleaner to complete the cleaning of ones vehicle. Outstanding team attitude by the employees. Monitors who are readily walking the property to ensure the equipment is functioning properly and customers are utilizing it properly. Emptying trash receptacles and answering any questions, if needed. This is the first of two locations. One coming soon to Cape Coral, FL. Saves me time and hassle! $10 allows me to clean my vehicle in less than an hour! Wishing this business much success! For those desiring more frequent vehicle cleanings, monthly memberships are available and more detailed applications can be purchased for additional fees.

Brandon and Jacob are WONDERFUL employees and AWESOME young men. I didn’t get the young lady who directed me through the car wash but she had the biggest smile on her face in spite of the gruesome heat. Keep up the professional service.

Great car wash. The free vacs are under shade and powerful. Separate vacs on both sides of your car. Free towels and glass cleaner. Powerful air hose to blow debris out of crevices. Only problem I had was tire scrubber didnt clean entire rims but the free towels finished the job. My new car wash and I highly recommend it.

Love this place! They have a prewash designated area that really helps to get the hard to reach areas and target those pesky bugs before actually going through the wash, the suction on the vacuums are great, compressed air for detailing, & mat wash stations.

Everything was fine but i didnt like the lasers in the actual car wash. It was a bit much for me but everything else was nice. They have a machine that does your mats, free window cleaner, and towels. The employee even opened the vacuum thing up because i thought i vacuumed up a charger.

What an experience. Best $20 wash in town. But you do the vacuuming and detail work they supply windshield cleaner, detail rags, air for tires. Hand sanitizer.Put the actual wash is like a lazer light show complete with a funny short acid trip.No Im not a druggie, I just grew up in the 60s.

Quite honesty the best car wash I’ve been to! When you come in, there is a DIY scrub brush section so you can get all the built up bugs and dirt off. There’s a big long brush, a handheld, and a sponge… no part of your car could be missed. Then you pull around to pay, I chose the $20 wash. The team at the kiosk and to set up up inside the wash is super friendly! The wash is powerful with great water pressure in addition to good brushes! After the wash there’s free self service vacuums that are super powerful! There are also clean towels to use to dry the car off in addition to an air hose to get water out of any small parts. By far, an amazing car wash experience!

There was an employee that walked all areas at least every 15 minutes cleaning the garbage cans and picking up any trash and changing out washes and sanitizing vacuum hoses, etc. I was very impressed to say the least but I think I was most impressed at how well the car wash did especially on my tires!!! It is a great place to wash your vehicle. It is clean the equipment is always working. The hand towels are always stocked for use. The employees are working to keep everything in order.

This is one of the best mechanical car washes I have ever used. Im sure others offer the same services, but I prefer Total Package due to the location. The carpet cleaner was new to me, and I love using it. And my 8 y/o niece loves riding through with me, because of all the different colors.

I love this car wash. It has free vacuums, floor mat cleaning machines and a great precleaning station to get all the bugs off the front of your car. I have a monthly subscription for unlimited washes. Its a great deal and the employees are super friendly and helpful!

Still one of the best carwashes around. Only negative is I have an suv and it never gets the back of my vehicle well. Today even our pooch enjoyed. Lol

I loved it. Has a pre wash I highly recommend for those bugs guts. 3 car wash options starting at $10, $15 & $20. Then when you are done with the wash you have a free vacuum & glass cleaner with towels. All you really need to get is interior cleaner and you are all set.

Fully automatic. Had tree sap on the car and it was completely cleaned off.

What a great car wash! I am in Lakeland for Sun N Fun from NC and needed to clean up my vehicle. They have a great pre clean area to scrub bugs and other stuck on stuff! The wash attendants were super friendly and my car came out REALLY clean! The have great vacuums, rags, forced air for vents etc. It really was a total package and I’ll be back before I leave!

If i lived in Lakeland i would buy the monthly pass, because this was great. The laser show aspect is really cool too

For $25, includes everything, free high suction vacuum, air compressor gun ( a first for me as well ) to blow out dust from dash, air vents etc. Amazing, Awesome car wash, definitely fits its name a Total Package . Car looked show room new and it had been sitting in SD for months.SNow, dust storms etc.

Been going there since they opened, great place for a thorough car wash with all the tools to clean and vacuum the inside. State of the art wash system that the grand kids enjoy, full of colors and signs as you pass thru. Worth every penny spent.

Best car wash I have been to. Once you go through the automated wash vacuums are free to use. They supply towel to clean up inside along with window cleaner. No limited time on vacuums and area you finish up your vehicle. My husband works in construction and by end of week it needs to be cleaned. Monthly specials are good deals also.

By far one of the best car washes you can visit. The vacuums are excellent and I love that they have air guns to get those tight spaces cleaned out. The microfiber rags are always available and glass cleaner gets refilled immediately. By far the best place to get the Total Package!!! I am always pleased with te outcome of my car when I leave.

I enrolled in the monthly program which is a complete no brainer for anyone who wants to wash their car twice a month. Even without the value added services of free vacuums, microfiber dry towels, air hoses, pre wash prep areas complete with bug sponges and brushes on poles, mat washers and window cleaner, the car wash itself is a superior experience.Hopefully the owner(s) can sustain the excellence provided by continuing to provide an excellent product complete with all the current value added services on a very well maintained property.

So, I went back around to just get the rest of the junk off the hood. I got the third degree inquiry along with the manager taking my tag number. NOT GOING BACK!!

Just tried them out for first time and this place is by far the best car wash I have ever used. I prefer to hand wash so I get all the bugs and other things the drive thru wash usually misses. So the pre wash stations were great. I was able to use the provided brushes to pre wash the bugs from front of my car, and also clean my wheels. The vacuums are powerful, the mini air hose was great for dusting off the dash. And then there are the microfibre towels to dry the vehicle and or clean windows. I ended up buying the monthly plan and it will be worth every cent to be able to conveniently keep my car fresh and clean anytime I am out in Lakeland .

This is a well managed, self-service car wash with high standards for cleanliness and customer service. The only con I have is that for the $45 premium membership, I feel like the staff loading me into the cue for a wash should do the bug removal vs. me.

I dont need to say how much I love this place. The service here is next level, and the unlimited wash package is to die for. I pretty much wash my car every chance I get when Im not traveling on business.

I went to Total Package Car Wash today for the first time. Im new to Lakeland. They were running a special on monthly wash packages...1st month $5.00. I had just planned on getting a single wash. They have a prep area where you can give detail to your car in prep for the wash. The attendant at the kiosk was very helpful. The quality of the wash itself was fantastic. There was even a dryer that used hot air AND fiber towels. Then there was the post wash area. CLEAN microfiber towels, glass cleaner, floor mat washer. I was amazed. I HIGHLY and unreservedly recommend this business. I have been driving for 50 years and this was the best drive through car wash I have ever used.

This is the best car wash deal in the area. Kids love the flashing lights, and so do I. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also really like the self-serve cleaning station. You can keep your car sharp-looking for $20 per month!

Switched from the unnamed car wash miles down the road to this one today. Absolutely the best decision. They have so much more to offer then just free vacuums definitely worth the money.

I like the car wash, it does pretty good, but I dont go as much as Id like because I hate having to deal with the person at the pay station, just leave me alone and let me do it, Im not a child, I can handle choosing my wash and paying, its really annoying.

Very hard to give it five stars, if you have a car five years old or newer it is an absolute five-star experience. If its older than 5 years theyre not liable for when the car wash knocks off your mirror (as was my experience).

I purchased the most expensive wash and wax package. The rims were still dirty and the hot wax that comes with my package, sealed in the dirt that was still on the back of my trunk.😡 There was 1 towel on the towel table. Im glad I brought my own towels and cleaning supplies. I pretty much had to spot clean the bottom of the doors, the trunk, and wipe out the rims. I also noticed there was a scuff at the bottom of my door and paints top coat was missing on the right quarter panel; Of course I couldnt prove that it happened there. The vacuums had terrible suction and had to keep pushing the start button. Will not come back.
