The light show is cool but it says free vacuums but I had to pay $4 to vacuum my car.There was also 3-4 cars blasting Spanish music and my autistic 5 year old was having a real hard time functioning. There was also an employee there letting them behave this way. I’ll be going to a different car wash for now on.Edit: How did you know what day and what time I was there? You guys only have one employee? I doubt that. Lol. Nice.

Sometimes the car dont get real clean but for a quick clean and if you maintain your car clean most of the time Ill work

Would have been a little better if 3 of the bays was not held up with people doing full details on their vehicles.. they should have pulled to the side and other use the services..

Really like this carwash. Always clean and the touch less is the way to go if youre in a hurry.

Its 10/10 my only complaint is the people that go hang out for no reason and just occupy all the vacumm spots that are free with purchase. Also those who use the vacumm spots and just stay there for an hour with no respect of others trying to use it. Owners are awesome though and the place is always well maintained.

Great place to wash car with multiple options. It has two self drive thru one no touch and the other soft touch car wash. It has about 4 hand washing spots all working with soap and pressure gun. There are about 8 vacuums spots. Also there is a vending machine with small cleaning supplies incase you forgot something. Place looks nice and clean. Everyone is minding their own.

Quiet place to wash your car

I finally found a touch free car wash and free vacuuming. It did a good job as well.

The car wash by itself is AMAZING. I just wish there werent people there blasting ridiculously loud music. I LOVE the air drying feature though! No more spots and the free vacuum is the icing on the cake!

I work nights so I love that I can swipe my debit card at 4 am and wash my truck. Pressure washer works well and as long as you clean out the brush with the pressure washer first, it really produces a lot of thick foam. Great place

Vacuum should accept debit or credit cards just like the car wash

Accidentally misread directions for the credit card portion of self-service bay and left the machine running for too long when I thought I had stopped it. Didn’t notice until I check my bank account. I contacted the owner, and even though it was my fault, he researched it very promptly and refunded me the unused portion. Thanks for great customer service!

OMG!!! AMAZING Touchless car wash!My van is outside all the time. Its been at least 2 months since i washed it. Dont want to take van thru regular car wash, so i decided to try this touchless option.Van got clean, including wheels (brake dust galore). This is my new way to get van clean.Bring your tunes and enjoy the laser light show! Amazing experience.Not like the cheap washers at gas station.

I come here every time I need my car clean. Its only $3 for a basic wash and all day vacuum. The vacuums are easily accessible to any and everybody at no cost. BUT it does say that you need to pay for the wash before you leave. Ive never taken advantage of the opportunity to use it for free because the wash is ONLY $3. And car always needs a wash.

Convenient. I was in town for a Church event and hadnt washed the car. So I stopped in and 20 minutes later I have a cleaner car. Its automatic so tires didnt get the attention they need but it looked so much better.

They charged me $15 on my bank card just to wash my car... Way too much even with the free vacuum

This is the best car wash in Lakeland. You can even use your credit card which is great instead of having to get lots of change.

For the price is great and if you got the car wash they also let you do a free vacuum so I would say that was outstanding.

Convenient, but the timers on the equipment are sketchy and some of the shampoo hoses dont even work.

I always use this car wash it is very convenient, never had a bad experience until today, March 11-2018.I was approached by a gentlemen about being in a bay to long, because there was other people waiting to use it. There was acually no one waiting but I did as he asked me too do and finished drying my car in the blazing heat.I believe the gentlemen was part of management at tnt car wash. They just care about running people through to make money and not the customer. Free vacumes or or not I would never return.

Went there to rinse off my truck and trailer.They had collected some leaves and acorns in it.930pm a man approached my truck cursing me and shouting at me.I mean out of the blue, very dangerous and confrontational.The debris I was spraying off was not a lot at all.It was maybe a 5 gal bucket full of debris.There is no posted sign about washing off debris, mud, etc...So if the owner does not want that to happen hr should post signs in the bays...It is a car wash, lol. Not there to wonder at the marvel of his establishment.Anyways this person claimed I was breaking the law?I said what law? He started to take my picture and walk closer to meWith something in his hand? I was about to protect myself because at this pointI was fearing for my safety. He said he was calling police, and I said ok.I have done nothing wrong. So I waited for 20 minutes till the LEO showed up.The Polk County Deputies showed up, ran me through NCIC.Gave me my identification back. Got my statement and went to talk to him.They said I was being trespassed. Lol🤣I said ok, and asked what laws I broke? They laughed and said none.They also said this guy was a tool and I should avoid coming here.He is a known entity with the Sherrifs Department.So if you want the police called on you, this is your place. 👍The owner is a bitter person and very dangerous. Approaching strangers in theDark and curing them, acting like a lunatic.Curing me first thing? Psycho !It was captured on one of the many cameras he has.He must sit at home watching the cameras all night?Dangerous, unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant.I hope you realize what goes around comes around.If you do not want people to use your business for its intended purpose, sell it and move on.My .02$ cents is to stay away from this person and his business.I will tell at least 100 people about this dangerous man and his establishment.Psycho.

They need to fix the money machine out front...wouldnt take $1 bills so I couldnt get the top of the line wash and wax for my vehicle.
