Disappointed with the quality of clean I received on my truck. I paid for platinum ($20) for exterior only. I recently drove 12 hrs over two days, so my truck was very dirty and had a lot of bugs on the front. As I exited the wash tunnel, I was told the wash was complete and I could leave. No one cleaned the grill, dried it off, or cleaned the tires.When I pulled over to look at the front, bugs still covered the front of my truck, smashed bug juice was still on the windshield, and the tailgate was only 1/2 clean.I called to ask about what was included with the $20 wash. The young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and explained the $20 doesn’t include anything more than going through the car wash.Really disappointing. This is what I thought a “base” clean would do.😕

Every time I go to this place I have a issue with getting one of my company’s cars washed. I have a commercial account but yet every time we have an issue. You can’t get them on the phone to talk about the problem you’re having they don’t have anybody manning their phones. This will be my last time there there are many other car wash companies in the area I would rather use than deal with these people anymore.

Great bang for your buck, honestly. Ive been going to this car wash for about ten or eleven years- since before it became Mister Car Wash. Service is quick but thorough if you opt for an interior detail. If you decide to just drive through the wash, its a really neat light show. My kids really enjoy it. Overall I cant think of anything negative to say besides that I wish it was closer to me haha.

Looking at other reviews its obvious management only reaches out if you have a positive experience and dont care about the negative ones even with photos. Dont pay for the premium because theres nothing premium about it. Maybe members get better care idk.I went here yesterday to do an interior and exterior wash. It was not worth the $39 I paid and was something I couldve done at home for free.Theres many spots on the interior that were not taken care of as seen in the photos, just very basic spots that I was able to afterwards wipe off with minimal effort with hand sanitizer and a rag.Spots not vacuumed as seen in the photos.Now the rugs and seats look great, and the smoke smell plaguing my car from when I quit smoking in October is gone but disappointed that I paid so much and got so little out of this serviceFor the exterior wash was good but the windshield didnt have a lot of car and was left with lots of water spots. Im short so doing the windshield myself is the hardest part and what I mainly get an exterior wash for.Customer service was nice and the workers were very friendly and courteous. Just disappointed they dont take a little more time. Id rather wait longer and have it done right but the whole thing took maybe ten minutes tops.Finally the worst part for me was they left one of the rags in my car. so thanks for the free rag I guess.

I have had a membership there for 2 years the first 18 months I was happy with the cleaning. The last 6 months the quality has declined. I am considering canceling my membership. The workers are lazy and just try to push the cars through the line. I pay to have all of my truck cleaned not just some spots. I will give it another month and see if things change.

I just paid $ 34 for a full cleaning and look at how well it cleaned not counting the trunk door that they never opened to clean, until they gave it to me and I opened it for them to see that it was black. I understand the continuous work, but it is also hard for me to earn the money they do not give it to me. Many staff but working mechanically and it is the same to pay $ 20 than to pay $ 34. The function does not change.

$35 for this... they didnt touch the wheels, in the pictures attached, they missed blatant spots and walked off. Once I did get someones attention, he tried to use a dirty rag to try and wipe off the dried dirt on the paint. Not worth the wait or the money.

One of the best locations I’ve been to! I’ve never left a location feeling like they did anything less than a perfect job. But, This location just goes a step above! They’re very busy, but well staffed and you’ll leave with a clean and shiny car. I have the platinum unlimited plan, I go to the car wash twice a week and add a detail once a month. Always impressed by the service, the attitudes, and the cleanliness.

I have been trying to call this place for a week now to get an appointment to have my car detailed. They refuse to answer the phone and the voicemail box is full. Go figure. And if people want to complain that business is off. Wonder why?

Not exactly what I paid for...car was still dirty after premium wash... didnt touch the wheels/tires... interior was still dirty... didnt empty the ash tray... didnt even open the trunk... completely ripped me off..then got an attitude when I complained...they do not know the definition of the word detailing...what they do is called a lick and a promise in the auto detail business...just dont waste you money...they do horrible things... not work...* consumer be ware*ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK...THEY BREAK IT...YOU PAY FOR IT...THEY DENIED THEY BROKE IT...ITS THE FLIM FLAM CARWASH...

Got the Platinum wash and took it back to them they left dirt on the side of my truck sand in the floor dirt in the conceal and in the boot around the shifter and even after I took it back I still have dirt around my shifter and conceal and mud on the running boards. I wont go back to them anymore.

I paid 30.00 for #1 and interior clean and Jasmine air freshener. Even prepaid a $3.00 tip. So disappointed!!!!!!! The interior was dusty and windshield had spots. Not even the free air freshener. If I was not in a hurry I would have complained once I got into my vehicle. Of course I had to re adjust my seat and side view mirror. I do not come here often. Last time similar experience. Lesson learned I will not go back again.

These guys know how to make a car shine! Quick service at a great price, Ive got the $30/month membership which is unlimited outside and $10 for inside detail. Living under oak trees and working out at a chemical plant, the membership is a *must have*. Anyways, in and out within probably 2-3 minutes every time.

Not a good work, even after waxing my car had water marks. Inside detailing, they cleaned a portion, left a portion of it. Sloppy work done. When I showed it to the manager, the manager said this is basic detailing and you have to go for a $200-300 for those details.Oh you should have seen the way the guy was waxing the car, Spraying some wax here and there and wiping it with a microfiber.

Very disappointed, poor customer service, not sure if there is new management but wow never go there again, they are expensive and quality has never been great. But after today never again, be warned manager is rude and i would say unpleasant unprofessional.

Passed this place the other day and figured I’d try it out. I paid $30 for a car wash and interior clean. Let’s just say I could do better myself. There’s still dog hair on all my mats and they never even cleaned out my cup holders...there were gum wrappers still in my back seat. Not worth the price honestly. They were very friendly though.

Horrible, paid platinum and 5 tip, they did not clean or vacume anything they just ran the outside cleaning and i have not even inspected that, they did a total detail clean up in 10 m8ns with the exterior wash!! I never leave reviews but this place does straighy up theft..horrible nasty job.if i could i woukd post pictures. Console not wiped, anythi g wiped all dirty, how can you have a cleaning place and not clean, or a detail place and not detail?.. horrible nasty job.

Not to sound cheap but to pay the minimum base option which is $20 and still have to go home and re vacuum and wipe down the interior seems a bit like I paid someone to clean the car myself. Js...

For the most part, they do a really good job. Could do a better job with wheels for the $30+ price, but maybe thats just my OCD! Been using this location for years and will continue. Hats off to them for sweating it out cleaning those rides. Thank you!

Its been rather frustrating trying to use this facility. The 2 times I have been there werent good experiences. The first their hours were wrong and closed and hour earlier. The 2nd time I was about 5 minutes before closing time and they clearly had been closed a while despite 6 being closing time. While I tried to turn around 4 other cars drove in. I cant imagine why they would close at 6 pm. There is clearly enough business to back about at least an hour to 1.5 hours open. Most of the other chain stores are open to 7 or 7:30. This is a rather populated area and I pay for a monthly plan to get car washes. Its definitely not a company I will continue using based on the inconvenience of trying to get there before 6. Ive put in a complaint through Corporate and will likely switch facilities. There are a million car washes being put in right now so my suggestion is to extend your hours since there is plenty of daylight being after Spring daylight savings time.

Not worth $30. If you own a truck and drive on dirt roads daily, do not come here. It came out about as good as a drive through wash. Interior was done poorly and they stole a $200 pair of oakley sunglasses out of my truck. Save the money and do it at your house.

Just did a one time $35 special wash. Did okay. Mediocre. Just did another look and noticed area where hand brake was not even cleaned or even wiped. Food particles and wrappers were there. Very disappointed now. Went back to change it from 3 stars to 2 stars. They really need to improve and I can tell the workers were very busy so everything was timed and just not thorough enough.

You cant beat the price for a full inside and outside clean for $34. Cleaning inside is excellent, not a full detailing, but certainly a good cleaning. Staff are always very friendly and fast.

This most recent visit they did a fantastic job on my car. Almost felt like it was a mini detail on the inside. In previous visits the last few years it was just okay. So I’ll be going back and hoping this high standard continues!

I got platinum package, $32.00 and it looks like it was just ran through a gas station car wash. I have attached photos to show, it looks untouched. Even the windows. I also attached the receipt showing the time matches the photos. Poor workmanship.

Wiping down your leather seats is considered detail work at a rate of $90.Pushy salespeople really want you to subscribe to the car wash.Mediocre work at best, but there aren’t any great, local alternatives.

Took our car in for the top package. Waited outside and watched them do the exterior. Noticed several things that were not clean. We were called over and told it’s ready. The back had not been vacuumed, wheels and rims were dirty, entire sections were still dirty on the body. When we pointed this out another staff member told us “it’s not finished you shouldn’t be over here”. Yet we had been called over. For the cost, the service is not worth it.

Its a pretty popular place so be prepared to spend about an hour or so here when its busy. So far this is the most convenient car wash and detail spot in Lakeland that Ive found. The workers there are all pretty nice and do a good job at working quickly. When I was there it was about 93° outside so have to give credit to the employees for being out there and working hard in the sun. That being said, I did unfortunately have some issues that didnt make this feel like it was totally worth my money. For one, there were still some dead love bugs on my car and bird poop on top, but by far the biggest issue was the cargo area of my vehicle was completely missed. This is really unfortunate as its a pretty big area in the interior so Im a bit surprised nobody thought to take care of that area. I didnt catch this till I got home so if you go here make sure you inspect your vehicle before driving off or else youll end up like me and have to vacuum out all the dog hair yourself. Pretty dissapointing considering I bought the top package.. other than that, the rest of the interior looked pretty good

We had our truck washed and they did an excellent job cleaning inside and out. They also did the job quickly so we didnt have a long wait.

Do not go to this location. They barely touch the carpet with vacuum if at all.

DO NOT give these people your business! I took my vehicle there and paid for the top interior/exterior wash available. Before getting out of my car I grabbed my wafer bottle and lose change out of my cup hold so they could vacuum it out. After the 2 men were done wiping everything down they called me over and said it was ready to go. I got in, drove about 5 minutes down the road when I went to put my water bottle back in my cup holder, my bottle literally fell right through my console. They broke my cup holders so bad that they had been snapped in half and were down inside my car, not even suspended anymore. I immediately called and could not get a manager to come to the phone. Several hours later I received a call, told him what happened and he said to bring it back up there for him to take a look. I did, they snapped some pictures and assured me they would be in touch the next day. No one called me back I had to follow up and when I did I was told that they would not be doing ANYTHING to fix the problem. He said that he spoke to the gentleman who worked on my car and he said he didn’t do it, that my cup holders were destroyed beforehand. So not only did I pay full price to get my car damaged but then to make matters worse I was then pretty much called a liar and left to pay for the damage Mister Car Wash did to my 2018 Expedition! I have never in my life dealt with such a lack of customer care. If you dare use this car wash I suggest taking pictures inside and out before bc they will expect you to prove that damage was done somehow! This issue was brought to the attention of the General manager all the way up to the regional manager and no one was willing to do a thing. Not replace the cup holder nor did they even offer to give me my money back after damaging my vehicle severely! The worst part isn’t even that they refused to make it right, it is the fact that bc I had no proof they called me a liar. To top everything off, the wash itself was mediocre and definitely not worth my money in the first place. I could’ve done a better job myself at home!

I always took my car there .. never had a problem until today.. not washed properly in or out & windows and I notice a small paint chip on my right door corner very disappointed overall .

For what you spend for an interior and exterior wash they do a horrible job. The outside was nice and xle, but they barely touched the inside.

Payed for platinum wash for exterior and interior of my Mercedes, the guy that did my interior is the manager. It speaks in volumes if the actual manager does not deliver the quality how does he expect his employees to deliver quality. $40 later I took it home did it myself. I will not be back.

For the price they charge they need to do a lot better job I was very disappointed I paid almost $40 and you could not believe the spots and the different areas that they missed in the car and the type of car I drive is not very big its a Jetta so be very careful if you go make sure you check inside very well before you leave I will not be going back anytime soon...

I used Mister Car Wash on S Florida. I paid for a $20 car wash. The customer service was good up front.I went through the car wash that included tire shine. No more than 25% of my tire had tire shine on it. This was the case with multiple tires.I also lost a trim piece through the car wash.Very disappointing overall experience.Paid $20 to lose a trim piece on my truck plus the tires not being shined was a little upsetting.

Excellent car wash but they need to do a better job of cleaning the front window, many times I have to redo it once I get home.

Despite the many times I’ve had my vehicle FULLY DETAILED!! They continue to rush through the cleaning process leaving my vehicle not fully clean. Their staff then tries to tell me how it was cleaned and when proven wrong, they walk away from you as you’re speaking to them. They even proceed to no clean out their rags appropriately, thus leaving small scratches in your window tint and claim that it’s not their fault even though it happened from being cleaned at their facility and there are swirl scratches in the tint of my windshield that all other detail places have informed me are from a dirty rag. Do not trust your vehicle to these horrible, unprofessional people. Nothing but lying and immoral people within this company and they don’t deserve the business they have.

Spend more than 50 a month on getting my vehicle washed here and catch an attitude when i asked to have the front of my vehicle re washed because there was still bugs present. Also specifically asked to have the mud from the wheel wells and running boards pressure washed off. They failed to do this as well. My experience was less than satisfactory. I come from a long line of customer service dependant jobs and from my experience you dont run your mouth to the customer because you did a horrible job the first go around. I would recommend the manager re-evaluate his staff.

This place used to be great but I left less than satisfied. The rugs under my seat were not vacuumed and the cup holders hadn’t been touched. I returned after my service since I had spent a significant amount of money on it and they then vacuumed the rugs, but upon leaving (for the second time) I found oil-like dirt on my side door that left residue on the door / my skin. Was very disappointed with their service considering how much I spent.

The monthly payment keeps going up but the service isnt changing. Even though popcorn is no longer available due to COVID19 the price went up. No drinks are offered or anything but the price went up. Cars arent completely dried and you end up with water stains.

I was lied to......back in March the company went to an exterior wash service only due to covid and reduced the rate in half to $32.00 per month. When I pulled through the car wash finding out about the reduction of services I spoke with the manager. He stated to me that the customers that continued to pay the $32.00 Per month for the exterior only service would only have to pay the same amount of $32.00 per month when they do resume the interior and exterior services. Today after paying $32.00 per month and being supportive of the company for over 5 months during a trying time, “I pulled in thinking, what a great deal and I’m only paying $32.00 per month now for full service!” and the lady said we don’t even have you on file, then she found me by phone number letting me know after waiting since March that the promo was only good for a month at $32.00 for the full service!!! That is NOT what was communicated to me and everyone of the management staff today supported this. Account cancelled and review posted re: having been lied to. I can handle poor service, missed dirt, etc but NOT being lied to.

Have the unlimited wash membership on 5 cars. The company provides the exact service they sell you, every time. It’s a good deal with clean facilities and friendly staff. If you want your car cleaned 1 or 2 times per week it’s a great deal. Happy customer here.

Honestly the South Lakeland location is horrible. If I had the time or the ability I would do this anywhere else. Time constraints and location are the only reason I am a blah blah blah top shelf customer
