The guy at the front is very very nice but the nail tech My didnt seem very interested and didnt come close to what I wanted and painted over to cover it. I asked for a certain color and showed a picture and she picked out a nexgen color so I didnt think twice about it. My nails were completely see-through to the point I could see the glue for the tips, a black hair in the nexgen, and a little dirt under one nail since they werent cleaned. When I said it wasnt what I asked for she said it was (it wasnt, even the customer next to me said she though my nails didnt look done and just assumed I was mid session), and covered it with gel polish which is chipping off two days later. So I paid for nexgen and got terrible nails covered with gel. Ive heard great things about the other staff though.

The gentleman who did my nails did not put oil on my cuticles, did clean under my nail or asked me to wash my hands, I had to ask another person for oil and to get him to clean under my nails 😵😵 very frustrated

I used to love this nail salon. They usually give you good service. I went during the Christmas holiday and received a NexGen sets and a pedicure. Once I made the payment I received a five dollar off coupon for the next visit. When I finally Went for my second visit I received someone new to do my nails. I don’t mind the fact that she was New and I was very patient with her. By the end of her doing my nails I was so frustrated because I was there for over two hours and my nails looked so bulky and just weirdly shaped. I had already told her about so many mistakes that she had to correct and I could no longer stay because I had to leave and pick up my children. I paid extraFor a coffin shape nail and the nails are rectangular. I attempted to use my coupon and was told by the woman in the front that it had already been used and there was nothing she could do about it. She became nasty and she had a terrible attitude as if I really used the coupon. I decided that I would not cause a scene and I will contact the manager the next morning because he was not there that day. I explained to the manager that I was charged five dollars extra for a nail shape that I did not receive and I did not get to use the five dollar coupon that was given to me. He refused to honor the coupon and refused to refund five dollars for the nail shape error.As a business owner myself I know that you can override a coupon and give the customer the five dollar discount. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. You NEVER make a customer feel like a thief specially when they have stolen stolen nothing. That is BAD business ethic. That is not how you treat the customer. Then when I told the manager this is not how you treat a customer he took his offer back to actually look at the nails that I was complaining about. Shame on you. You just lost three customers.

Went last week with my sister. Waited a long time for front desk lady to greet and acknowledge us. She had a bad attitude and we didn’t feel welcomed. I don’t think we would come back with so many nail salons with a nicer front desk staff to welcome you. Service was average but first impressions are important and the lady in the front was not a great impression. A bit condescending when she spoke her native language to her staff and staring at you with a mean face. It made us feel like she was talking about us. It’s not a good feeling when you get your nails done. It should be relaxing and feel welcomed. We did not get that feeling. It was a cold environment and staff was not personable or friendly.

I am a hair stylist and my hands are wet nearly all day 5 days a week. Seldom do my nails crack. Its only happened twice. Theres one lady who sits all the way in the back, wouldnt have her do my nails ever again. They get busy so schedule online. I think I will leave this place as my back up and switch to another.

My last experience had me very bothered, Im unhappy with how short my nails are and I paid more than usual. Usually I get a tip on one nail but I no longer needed one. So when I asked to match that nail which is not much shorter dont cut them and file them down to make them even shorter. I also always have coffin shaped nails so why are you charging me to reshape my nails after you cut them too short. Danny is good at what he does but I dont like inconsistent prices. Young man at the desk please be a little more friendly and listen to the clients because you wouldnt have a job if it werent for them. I wish you all the best, Im moving on where my money is appreciated.

Love this place. The people are so friendly and accommodating. Just had my nails done by Dang. He is amazing. So incredibly talented and knowledgeable. He took such care to perfectly sculpt my nails and listened to all of my questions and requests. Definitely will recommend this salon to all of my friends.

My manicure now lasts a good long time now that I have been coming here... Danny, Haley and Harry did great work, I pop up with some random thought and they execute it beautifully. Im a dental assistant and very hard on my hands, 3 weeks, no chipping or broken nails! Great quality products and craftmanship!

We just got to town and were looking for a decent nail shop. Despite the negative reviews, we decided to give this place a try. We walked in and asked for 2 pedicures and 2 fill ins. It was 530p and the sign indicates they close at 7. The gentlemen said he could do the pedicures but was not sure about the fill ins because he had appointments coming in and they might be closing early. Even though this is the day before Thanksgiving, we arrived well in time enough for the services. Might I add that they advertise....walk ins welcome. We jokingly said, So youre going to turn our money away. He shrugged and kept talking about his appointments. We left, wont return and would not recommend this business.

This place is the absolute best. I had got my nails and toes done here for my dance and even despite me being late to my appt because of it being such a hectic day they got me in right away. My nail tech helped me pick out a color for my feet that went perfectly with my nails. Every single staff member there was extremely nice and loved their work. My nexgen nail set was perfect and I absolutely love this place. This will be the only place I ever go.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would.. I walked in thinking it seemed very nice and that I would leave very satisfied and that was not the case at all. Unsure of the women’s name but the women in the very last chair did my Nexgen nails and every single one is a different shape. Not to mention she cut me a few times making me bleed and you can parts where the clear coat is messed up.. She also kept asking me if I wanted a pedicure or eyebrows done as well. When I asked for square shaped she insisted I got coffin shaped - of course because it’s extra charge. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back!!!

Worst Nail Salon Ever!!! Refused to let me use my store credit (with proof of receipts that state store credit with no expiration) toward my pink and white nexgen nails. No reason. The manager, Long, just refused to. Instead he called the police, because I insisted on using my $28 store credit toward my purchase. The police told me I would have to take them to small claims court. If I had the time, I would do it just on principle. Don’t ever let them issue you a store credit for anything, because you might as well kiss your money goodbye! On top of that, the worst looking pink and white next gen set I have ever had done! Note to the manger, Long- I hope the $28 was worth the terrible review, but as everyone can see the nail salon you manage is used to getting bad reviews. Note to the owner- You may want to take a “LONG” look at who you have managing your business, because if he is stealing money from customers then he is probably stealing from you! Wish I could have left zero stars for the unethical behavior and poor quality of this low grade establishment!

I went here after a bad experience at cute nails. What a breath of fresh air. I made an appointment a few days ahead. The text me the day before with a very detailed message about my appointment as a reminder. I arrived and the place is gorgeous. AND. Theyre not Vietnamese which is few and far between these days. They immediately offered me water or coffee, told me to pick my colors and have a seat. I was take at 1:03. For a 1 appt. perfect. I waited over an hour at my other place. The girls there obviously love working there the girl who did me, Tara, has worked there for 9 years. Since they opened. I will be definitely be back!

I got my nails done here in a pinch and it was an awful experience. The employees were nice but the wait was longer than they said, the quality of salon was messy, and their prices were still comparable to other salons that are way more professional. I got a gel manicure and it has been three days and two of my nails had the gel polish completely peel off- along with several other nails chipping. The other ones are starting to lift as well. I am extremely disappointed that I not only wasted time and money but now I have to go somewhere else to have this fixed.

Second time going here (the lady that I used to go to at another facility quit/got fired). I am sooooo lucky that I found this place. Both Jae and Danny are amazing nail techs. Yesterday I brought Danny a Pinterest picture of very colorful nails, and lets just say my nails turned out better than the picture (I don’t know how that was even possible). I had to go to the ER after getting my nails done here due to an INFECTION! Instead of giving me my money back they tell me I’m trying to make money off of them. I guarantee this business won’t hold out for long because they certainly do not know how to handle it correctly or professionally.

Needed to be seen and they took me in quickly but it was because there was no one else there. The place is not the cleanest and the girl did not do a good job on my nails. Theyre all different lengths and she filed too much off the sides and they are uneven despite me asking her to fix them. Will not be going there again

They took my moms nails off so roughly while she was telling them it hurt, they kept going anyway. The pedicure was mediocre, didnt scrub my feet well at all because I didnt upgrade my package to get the wax. Never returned, customer service terrible and too pricey for poor quality service.

This was a disaster for me. One of the worst experiences of getting pampered for my birthday. I was appalled at the owner and the worker. The older woman assisted me and she destroyed my nail bed of my toe, and screwed up my eyebrows. I made a complaint to the owner and she blows me off and says your eyebrows were not full in the first place. The owner had to replace the older woman because she wasnt capable of finishing my nail polish design. My pedicure sucked!!!!!! Very disturbing experience. The owner was so unprofessional while discussing the matter. I told her I would write a bad review, her response was idc.

After spending $60 for manicure, and my nail breaking 1 day later and then charging me for the repair after saying you wont(Mai) is not how you do business. Joey is rude as well, he talks with attitude to customers and doesnt really care about them and he should. No customers,No pay. I was going to go there from now on, but Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, nails by nexgen definitely doesnt provide that.

Horrible experience. I just wanted my nails done. I was asked 5 times if I wanted a pedicure. I declined. I was asked if I wanted ombré “because it’s nicer” and also $15 more. Then asked if I wanted my eyebrows done.. if I wanted any other service I will let you know!! The woman I had was rude, pulling my hand. Squeezing my fingers and cut my cuticles with the drill. After she was done she said. I’m done. Go pay. I will not be returning!!

My nails were done by MY and they looked great. However, my mothers nails were done by KATHY and they looked HIDEOUS. The nexgen was super thick among other things. We got there at 4:30 on a Weds. for a regular pedicure and nexgen nails. We were there until almost 8pm. Mind you, they started our nails as soon as we walked in. Me and my mother got the same exact thing done and I was done over an hour before her. I also got acrylic taken off my fingernails. My mother tried to get the front desk person to have someone else do her nails and he refused after the multiple complaints about the work KATHY was doing. After my mother was FINALLY done and the front desk person saw the mess of her nails he said did she want to stay so he can fix it. ABSOLUTELY NOT. We had family waiting for dinner for us, we had already been there for hours, and it was my mother’s wedding anniversary weekend. Poor customer service, seriously. Her nails was not how nexgen is supposed to look, AT ALL.

I searched and searched for a good nail salon until I found nails by Nexgen, I have been coming here ever since. Kayla is awesome!

This place has the worst customer service i have ever had. After finally being able to explain to them what i want 9 of my nails were really good. 1 was awful. When i showed it to the nail tech he gave me an attiude and said im not perfect. I explained i know that and complimented him on all of the other nails. When i asked him to fix it he said its just one nail. Then he filed it down although i told him that was not the problem. Then it was literally a half of centimeter shorter than all the other ones making it barely go over my finger tip. I offered to pay for a nail repair since i paid 45$ already i wanted them to look good. Long the manager told me no. I will absolutely never go hear again.

I booked an appointment for ombre nexgen and let me tell you I was unsatisfied! Kathy did a poor job on nails. I will not grace her chair with these hands again.

The relationship started great but turned sour. I was a regular customer and a great tipper. My last appt was Aug 4 and 2 days ltr my nails started chipping n cracking. Went in to get it fixed and was advised they were busy to come back. Went back was told to schedule a appt w my nail tech which I did. They wanted to charge me full price to fix my nails. They told me I took too long to come back when in fact they were too busy and turned me away when I did. I was disgusted with the way I was treated. Never going back there!!! Their pedicures sucked too. Paint starts to chip after a few days.

They are using liners for pedi tub and diposable files kits for each customers. Tools are sterilized with auto-clave machine. They also do good Nexgen Dipping Powder and good Eyebrows. Asking for them for the 3D Eyebrows (Micro-Blading). They are making your eyebrows look perfect in shape (Kinda expensive but it worth it)

They are lucky to even get a 1 star but it wont let me proceed until I left a star. The people there are very rude. I had purchased a package off of Groupon and going to give them a try. After I purchased I called to make an appointment the guy on the phone was going to make appointment when I told him I just purchased the pack from Groupon on them he proceeded to tell me no they wont see me. If they are not going to honor what they have on Groupon then they should remove it. They were very rude and after speaking to others about that place I now see why they are lacking business. Save your money and go somewhere else that will appreciate your business.

HORRIBLE! The owner refuses to accept the Groupon he signed up for even though there is no restrictions listed. Then he calls the cops saying I refused to pay. Showed cop my groupon and he made that JERK take the Groupon. GO TO A BETTER NAIL SALON!

I went there to treat my friend to a mani pedi I purchased for her bday. One man informed me that they do not accept groupon on Friday and Saturday. I told him thats fine and I will pay for it. But when I asked him why isnt that detail in the fine print he proceed to tell me thats their business. He was very rude about it, of course he told me he doesnt have time for me and that I should return my groupon. So my friend and I left.

They discriminate against people with disabilities. They would now allow my friend in with her service dog. This is AGAINST THE LAW! When we brought this to their attention, they didnt seem to care at all.

Did not allow a person with disabilities and health issues to have her service dog with her and refused service which is illegal.
