I have been here a few times with family members ages 6 - 76 and let me say Im happy and will continue to come back. The staff here is wonderful. They are happy chatting or working quietly. My feet feel loved instead of neglected. The space is clean and welcoming. We usually make appointments and are taken back on time. Once I walked in for a last minute pedicure and had to wait 30 minutes, no problem as there are donuts, Ice cream, soup, & fusion teas right down the sidewalk. Great location.

This place is so unprofessional and they are rude. First I walked in at 6:02pm, only for a gel pedicure. They closed at 7pm. Gel pedicure doesn’t take long since it drys quickly...under UVThey complained about not taking me and then they changed their mind.Then I sat in a chair for 45 minutes with my feet in cold water.... asked them to make it warmer. Didn’t happen.At 6:50 they started on my feet and rushed. HE didn’t we even put a top coat on my nails.I wasted my moneyI should’ve just went somewhere else. The only good thing I can say is at the place looks really pretty inside. But that’s really about it customer service sucks so bad!

Terrible experience. The first time I went, the nail tech didnt know how to do a powder French manicure so she gave me an attitude and just walked away as I sat in her chair waiting for someone else to help me. I went back another time just to have the acrylics removed because I thought that would be an easy process. The girl that did them was very young and clearly had no clue what she was doing. She even looked scared and kept asking for help. I felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. I will never go back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS PLACE! They did my nails horribly so i wanted to give them a second chance by calling to see if they can fix my clumpy nails. When i sat down the manager comes up to me looks at my nails and gives me a nasty attitude. He embarrassed me in front of the whole salon saying “your nails look fine so if you want them fixed we are going to charge you!” I felt completely disrespected so i left. They are so rude and not clean. When i went to use the restroom there was piss all over the toilet seat. Please do not go here!!!

Wow!! I had such a relaxing and exceptional experience today here at this nail spa. David did my nexgen nails perfectly, and my pedicure by Vanessa was lovely. I wish I still lived in south Florida so I could come back here more often!!

I came to this salon after my usual one kept messing up my nails, and I am so happy I found it. The salon is clean and decorated well, the atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. My go-to technician is Kayla. Her quality of work is absolutely amazing. I can literally show her a picture of what I like, and not only can she recreate them, but make them look 100x better. I always get compliments on my nails and pass out their cards to everyone who asks. This is honestly the best nail salon around.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Got a pedicure and my toes got INFECTED-and wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. Clearly not sanitary or clean if this occurred. The girl who did my mani didn’t speak any English and cut my nails super short with out asking me if I even wanted them cut. When I told her I wanted them long she didn’t understand.

I came here with my daughter to get our eyebrows arched. I was greeted by a kind receptionist and initially greeted in the eyebrow area by a very nice woman. She asked how I wanted my brows and I explained to her how I wanted both mine and my daughters. She began to do my daughters and another person came over to do mine, she also asked how I wanted my brows and I told her. Once she was done and I looked in mirror, my eyebrows had NO ARCH AT ALL. NOTHING, honestly, they looked hardly different then how I came in. I asked her to correct it and add an arch, she plucked a few hairs and was done. Still no arch. She further told me that I asked for my brows to be cleaned up, which I didn’t. She was rude and went back and forth with me about what I asked for. I didn’t get her name and I wish I would have. I do not recommend this place at all, from customer service to quality, Lux FAILS!!!!

I anticipated that this 5 star business would also have 5 star customer service but I was wrong. I don’t believe the environment was amicable and friendly. But, the quality of the service I received from Diana was impeccable! Diana was very attentive, gentle-handed, and took her time. She was also very sweet. Her work is high quality. I would still go back again.

The nail techs are unpleasant. They are always in a rush for the next customer. Remember people come to your lounge and spa for an experience not just one and done. Pay attention to your customers and take care of them.

Beautiful place, newer equipment (love the massage chairs that actually work) nice/friendly staff, and they do an AMAZING job. Hannah was excellent ! Best pedicure I’ve ever received she took her time and had me talking about it all day at work! One of my coworkers even ended up scheduling with her the same day ! WOOOW! What an amazing experience! Kayla is the best & I highly recommend her, especially for sexy and talented nail designs & styles (like coffin, stiletto, etc.) I got Nexgen matte long coffin nails with cheetah prints and some Swarovskis (Cost $63-yikes). So I haven’t been to a salon in 4 years because I do press-ons myself and they look FAB. I was super nervous about redoing my nails at a salon, but I really missed long nails and press-ons rarely have them so I figured I’ll do them this once. I did research on the nail techs and was super nervous that my crazy dream nails wouldn’t come out like I wanted them. I found the best nail tech & fell in love with her artistry: Kayla rocks! She’s fast, skilled, and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and white with dazzle. The seats were comfortable. The station and tools were clean and new. The prices are reasonable. And the best thing-all the staff speaks English even when they chat amongst themselves. That’s a pet peeve of mine and honestly I had 100 times more of a pleasant experience just cause I didn’t feel like people were gossiping about me. They offer wine and water which always makes me feel rich 🤑 It’s a well ran salon and I’ll only visit this salon and Kayla in the future for anything I need done. Price is always changing. 1 time nexgen no tips was $45 3 weeks later nexgen no tips was $65. Poor quality to for that price you would think they did a better job. Miss the old passion nails never had a problem until it changed hands. How ever the gentle man that did my pedicure was Phenomenal

I was greeted very rudely by the man at the front desk which immediately made me very uncomfortable. The person who did my nails made three of my cuticles bleed which I have never had happen at any other establishment. I had acrylic nails done just a week ago and one of them has already broken completely in half.

This was my for time here & I must say WOW is an understatement! First the receptionist was very polite & patient as I asked questions. I’m sorry I do not know the name of the tech that did my pedi, but I will find out next time I go. Yes I’m going to be going on a regular basis now. I’m pretty reluctant in the places I get my hair and nails done at. Already found a hair salon I love and now I’m adding this place to the list. The tech was courteous, patient, gentle and took her time. You know some just take those tools and dig but I almost fell asleep! The massage chairs are the best I’ve seen. Thank you for today. I needed a self love day for sure!

Beautiful nails, i wish i took pics i will add them when i go next time though! Very beautiful location and they really care for vision you had of your nails! Highly reccomend! &they do take walk ins, 10 minute wait max. Come early a wee bit hard to find a parking since it is a busy plaza later in the day.

She cares that customers are happy with their service and she really care about her customers well being overall. Allison has a very warm heart and spirit. I followed her from another salon where she worked before. She went to Lux Salon to be closer to her home. If you are looking for a great technician and lovely, genuine person...... I called without an appointment and they got me in within 30 mins. The lady doing my nails also offered to do a pedicure and eyebrows and I complied. She didn’t realize she had an appointment scheduled after me and they were so nice to get me situated with someone else and make sure I was fully taken care of. 2nd time here and I absolutely love it. The people, their job quality, their customer service is all really great. Really refreshing to know good businesses like this still exist.

I was in town for the holidays and needing some cute new nails, I stopped in here on a whim because of the good reviews but I was highly disappointed in the manicure I received. The salon itself is clean and the receptionist was very friendly, but the nail tech I was given was very rude.First off, he told me that he could not do the nail shape I wanted. I normally get my nails a little more pointy than almond shaped, but he said if I wanted any point to my nails, I had to have them longer than they were. I know for a fact that doing a point was doable because other salons have been able to shape my nails the way I wanted with no trouble. He didnt seem willing to give me what I wanted and did not even ask me if the nail shape he made was okay.Secondly, the actual painting of my nails turned out horribly. When I went out into natural lighting, there were so many streaks and bubbles in my gel polish. It was awful, I was so upset that I went back to request it be fixed. I can let a streak or two go, but honestly every nail had a problem with it. When I went back, he said he could not see anything wrong with my nails but begrudgingly agreed to fix them. When I tried to show him all the streaks, he got upset and said that it was my fault, that the color I picked always had streaks. Ive gotten this color at other salons and had no problems.....not sure why he found it so difficult to paint my nails a dusty pink color with no streaks. I agreed to change my color preference to cater to him. When I picked the new color, he said, Im only painting ONE nail so if you dont like it, you dont make me take all the nails of AGAIN. He made me feel extremely guilty for wanting to receive a quality manicure. When I pay for a service, I want it to be done correctly and the manicure he gave me was the worst I ever received. He had such an awful attitude, I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting a manicure without streaks in it.

The professionalism and attention to detail is what makes this my go to spot to get a nice mani or pedi done. the nail techs always are on point and do exactly what i envision. the ambiance is also quite nice and gives off a soothing/relaxing sensation. i especially love the rocks on the pillars and walls with the light gray, white, black, and other light modern colors complimenting them gives this place a zen and modern vibe. i love this place.

Extremely clean, attention to detail, creative, friendly and knowledgeable with fair prices. I gave free rein to be creative using a tropical theme and was pleasantly surprised. I love going to nail salons that use creativity and attention to detail with no attitude.

Always have the best experience with Ali. She pays attention to detail to get my nails perfect. When I developed a reaction to the acrylic liquid and was nervous about switching to nexgen, Ali knows how I am extremely hard on my nails. She knows exactly how to apply my nexgen manicure to my nails to have them last two weeks without any chips or breaks. Ali always takes her time, makes sure I am happy, and is the most creative when it comes to design. I never like one solid color on every nail, there is always at least one or two fun nails, and Ali lets her talent show during the holidays. I love her pedicures. Being as good as she is, it is why she does my daughters nails as well.

Ive been loyal to this salon since I was 14, but when they switched ownership everything changed. The lady that has been doing my nails left, so I switched to someone else, but Im now learning itMay be time for a new salon.I went in Saturday for a gel manicure, I showed the nail artist what I wanted (regular color with one sparkly finger) she recommended something that is really up and coming(2 regular nails one with French detail and 2 chrome) I said that looks pretty cool ok. So after being there for a little over an hour she finished, and handed me a 60 dollar bill for this gel manicure and an eye brow wax.Although a gel manicure and an eye brow wax is 40. I didnt question it and paid only to notice when I got home, my nails were messy.So I called and asked for the manager I was told he was busy and will call me back. When he called me back he told me to come in I stated I cant due to me going on vacation, he then replied with well we dont do refunds then he started getting angry. I said asked for a refund I just simply stated that I was never told there would be a 20 dollar fee for a design and that it wasnt right to scam people as well as my nails are spotty. He then went and got the nail artist who did them and passes me off to her..unprofessional and rude.

Not friendly, rough during pedicure & made me bleed. Also, be careful of the uneven tiles in the entrance. I tripped and hurt my ankle and not a single staff member asked if I was okay. They had no problem staring at me afterwards though.

First time visit. I had a powder French manicure. My nails look great. The staff was friendly. I walked in and made a 3:45 appointment on Saturday. I waited until 4:10. It took time to remove the previous powder manicure. I was done 5:35! In the future Ill schedule an appointment on a week day when were in Florida.They are very busy.

The customer service here was horrible. They sat us down and literally left us waiting for over 45 minutes as they kept seating others coming in through the door. The guy at the front had no idea what he was doing and quite honestly, didnt care. He spent all his time playing on his phone rather than being more vigilant on what was going on around him. You could also tell that this place was understaffed and their team were very unmotivated.If youre looking for a pleasant experience, you wont get it here. A huge disappointment.

Nails came out to be very nice I like them. However when it came to my pedi, it seemed like she was tired in really did not put in effort in my feet. I wanted to get my chin waxed. She was very rude to say to a customer . I can’t wax that it looks like a beard. I can’t wax that it’s like my husband hair. What !!😡 stop wait !!! Why would you say that to your customer. 🤔did not even try at all. Then she kept asking do you shave, She didn’t even try to wax anything . Let me just say it was waxable. I had to go somewhere else to get my damn chin waxed. I never had a problem getting my chin hair wax no matter how thick or how short it is. I was very displeased. I wasted 50 dollars in this nail shop in it was NOT worth it at all. I WILL NEVER come back . I hope everyone at this shop read this . For me my experience it was horrible. I will never return even if it was the last nail shop on earth . After all this was said to me I was very upset 😡. But I did not react out of character. It’s a lesson learned for me. Half service just want your money in bye. Also it’s very rude when your getting your nails done in you talking about the customer like we don’t know . If your cutting me in hurting me I’m gonna day ouch it hurts don’t feel good. No one received a tip from me. In I’m a very good tiper. If you coming to a nail shop that you normally do not go to PLEASEEE I beg you READ the comments that’s long see why they have a 1 star because they do not care about YOU . They just want your money. I wish I could give them NO star at all .
