Came to get my tires replaced. Everyone was very nice and they were also transparent about pricing. I was able to get an estimate of the pricing on their website and the actual price was very close to the estimate. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future

I had a slow leak in one of the tires on my car. I took it to Just Tires and Rob greeted me at the counter with a big smile and a well take care of you attitude. They checked me in, took my car immediately into the garage and called me an hour later to say it was all taken care of!This isnt my first time here, all the guys I have dealt with in the past have been courteous and attentive. 5 stars for being open till 6pm on Saturday of memorial day weekend 2021. Having 4 great goodyear tires the size I needed there at 4:30pm. that afternoon, and willing to install them at that late hour immediately. They cost a lot less then I thought they would. I was desperate to have them installed, but there was still a discount and a rebate. Now to top it all off, I always hand check the torque of the log nuts, and I have in the past with different tire shops found them to be over torqued ALL THE TIME. These guys go the torque spot on. Wonderful experience here! I had a problem with my tire and I chose this establishment because of the proximity to my work. I did not have an appointment and was seen very quickly. Rob, the manager, was quick to diagnose the problem and was honest with coming up with a solution to get me on my way. So I frequently do my oil change and tires at this place but last time I went about half a year ago, I scheduled for a fully synthetic oil change. As I was checking out, I noticed that instead of putting synthetic oil, they put regular. So I told the guy I scheduled for fully synthetic and he became extremely rude and angry saying “you got regular last time”. So they redo the oil change and charge me for the synthetic price. I go home and I let my engine cool down. I check my oil level and there was no oil marked on my dipstick. Do not go to this place. I’ve been here and they usually do a good job but this time they messed up and they even blamed it on the customer plus they didn’t even put oil in my car. I went ahead and did the whole oil change myself.

Rob was very helpful, I came in to get my two front wheels balanced that Zees Tires had NOT balanced and I was told of another issue my car had. I wasnt positive what it was but now I do. The work was also done very quickly by the mechanic with glasses (I wish I knew his name) who was great.Definitely recommend bringing your car here.

Son went to get tire looked at and was told if they work on tire, he wouldnt get off on time. Store close at 5 but came in about 345pm. Disappointing attitude.

Great customer service and great price. We had a blowout on our truck while pulling a camper on New Jersey turnpike and made over 7 calls to tire places to find our size tires and someone to help. Just tires is the only one that was willing to help us find the tires. They even went out got the tires from another location and put them on all while allowing us to setup camp in their parking lot with 2 kids and 2 dogs. My granddaughter and l took her 2015 vehicle in today with an appointment. her technical services Rep. Anthony, whom after a short time had passed, I found to be honest person. when time to pay the bill, we dealt with Manger Rob, my granddaughter questioned a $4.50 shop supply charge my granddaughter explained to Rob they did an oil change.only .after going back and forth Rob agreed to remove the shop supply charge. What shop supplies were used???my granddaughter is only 17 years of age, l am very happy she questioned the charge in a very professional manner. five ⭐ for Anthony

They provide good service, I went there for a car alignment, they check the car and they saw that the car have some stuff that need to be adjusted they let me know about it. But they didnt charge me not even a penny. Cause one time that happened to me from another shop and they did charge me the full price without getting the alignment done. Thanks guys I appreciate it.

They inspected my tire, filled it up with air and told me I owed nothing.They had just worked on my tire for a half an hour, surely they should charge me. Nope!“Let me pay you!” I insisted.“No, we are glad we can help!”Then two days ago, driving thru the bank teller lane I drove up and over the island. My car’s tires took the blow and I could not keep air in them.I called Just Tires and asked if they could order tires for my car because my driver-side tires won’t keep air.They ordered tires and I set up an appointment.“Ms. Mansor, we found a nail in your tire and fixed it. You have a lot of tread and don’t need new tires. Could you please sign off here?” He pointed to a space next to $0.00 due.“Sir, I must pay!”“No, we are glad we can help!”What business does this? Honest! Reliable! Helpful! Friendly! Kind!I could probably go on forever but I’ll spare you.PLEASE GO THERE! You will not be disappointed! Got such a good deal on quality tires and alignment! Plus oil change. Didnt try to sell me any extra not truly needed stuff, but gave me advice and quotes on what will be needed soon. In and out easy experience. I feel safer in my car now and big ups and thanks to Rob and Bill!

I went to Just Tires to change out all 4 of my tires. I scheduled an apointment a couple days ago and they had everything ready for me when I came in today. Unfourtantely, we got the wrong tire size... totally not their fault! I was unaware that my car had smaller rims as this was my first time getting new tires for it. They gave me a couple options and were still able to change my tires same day! Just took an extra 30 minutes. They also ended up being cheaper for me, score! The team was great and now I feel much better driving with new tires. Thanks!

Not even sure how this place has decent reviews. We made an appointment with Will to get my tires put on my 08 Escalade. Everything was great until I went to drop off my car, then I was told that they can’t mount and balance them there and that I needed to call to their other store in Wilmington to find out if they can. What customer service is that? So I still ended up buying the tires there which was a mistake. None of the people working could figure out the mail in rebate for the tires. I wasted an hour there. The employees are beyond awful and do not have knowledge of anything. The lady charged this customer for a service for his car that he didn’t receive. Also made fun of his car calling it ugly? They need a new staff, this is ridiculous!! Highly don’t recommend. But I do recommend Mr. Tire, they were about to put on my tires with NO issues. Just Tires SUCK!

Either you close at 7pm when your door says or you close at 6:50pm. That irritates me when people don’t go by posted times. Meanwhile two mean sit inside shaking there heads and won’t open the door.Get some blinds if you are going sit there in the open with the door locked before 7pm.We will find another place they obviously have too much business to need ours if they need to close and sit there talking.

I went tothis shop based on what was posted and they met my expectation. This is a no frills type of place, the sales person and mechanics were nice, respectful and helpful. They showed me what my problems was prior to my approving the work - I was vervy satisfied and will return again. Oh, most importantly, the bathrooms were clean!; they offered coffee, and there is a waiting room with a television. Provided the cost of my next fix. I would refer my friends and family.

They said they plugged my girlfriend tire and in all actuality they did not.

I was there for an oil change. It was quick. I had some of their coffee while waiting and my girls used their rest-room. Not bad.

This place could get 4 stars just for their hours. Considering every other tire place is closed (or closes early) on Sundays in this state, they were available. In and out in an hour and a half. Very decent prices.

Friendly and honest service. No tricks and no upselling. I brought my car here on a Sunday. All I had to do was leave my car parked in front of the store and show them the screw in the tire, and they took care of the problem from start to finish with no further fuss.

I am very disappointed. I have purchased 2 full sets of tires and always purchase the roadside warranty. I like the employees, but using the warranty makes me feel as if Im walking into a scam now. The last few times I have tried to use it, they expect me to drop my car off and pick up hours later or make an appointment. I have a damn leak in my tire. It is a safety hazard, so I have been forced to pay out of pocket to take elsewhere. They have lost a very loyal customer and I would not recommend anyone use their shop, much less, purchase the warranty. They push the warranty work WAY back in the line.

Unprofessional wont let me speak to the manager and rude. Not trustworthy. I advise not do business here.

Took my car here for a oil change they called me two hours later and said it was leaking really bad and that there was no engine oil on the dipstick or in the engine they said they never touched the car all they did was lift the car up then put it down and said they could not touch the car The car was fine before I took it there plus when I dropped it off the girl at the front desk said that my 1993 Cadillac Eldorado did not Exist that they didnt make Eldorados till 94 this should have been my first sign. so afterwards I took it to a different mechanic they said my engine oil was only a half quart low and that there is a very small leak nothing major so I dont know what they did but they dont know what they are doing especially if they cant read a dipstick I would recommend going anywhere else.

Recently I purchased a set of tires from this location. Upon my arrival the front desk clerks were helpful in assisting me with the purchase. While waiting, the technician explained to me thata a stem valve was bad and it needed to be replaced. Also after the tires was installed a routine aligment was recommended. When leaving that afternoon, my tire pressure sensor light did not go off. I returned later that afternoon and asked the clerk if i should be alarmed and i was told it should go off. It never went off. After two weeks, one of my tires kept leaking air and i took it back to the store three times(every two weeks). On each occassion i was told that the (tpms) needed to be reset and it should go off. Again, the (tpms) indicator never went off. Recently, i went back to the store and asked if they could check it out. A helpful assistant helped me and said it could possibly some corrosion build up on the rim, but when i recieved the call, a technician said i had a puncture in my side wall. I could not believe the information that i recieved. The clerk continued to claim that they were correct when answering questions about the tire and the issue, but all i wanted to know is why was my tire losing air? His best reply was....... I really dont know, but out of the blue, i now have a puncture. Aftere 6 weeks of visits to the store every 2 weeks, my issue could not be resolved. When I bought the tires, personally i thought it was a good price, but after all the aggrivation and insult i did not make out with a deal in the long run. To remedy my issue, i decided to purchase the same tire from another well known establishment around the corner on route 13. I would not consider this establishment a conducive place to conduct any business, and i highly would not recommended them to anyone.

Very expensive. When I told them tires where 100 dollars cheaper at tire rack and showed them on web site. They said oh well we cant meet that price you should go get tires at tire rack and bring back here and well put them on for you.
