Great pedicure that lasts a long time

Had a lady doing a pedi and they don’t look good at all!!! Was not very careful as she was cutting cuticles! Left me drying for over 30 minutes or so until I finally asked if I could go! I will address this with Van! Today was an awful experience!

I went to this nail salon for a girls days out and expected a nice fun filled day, however that would not be the case.The nail lady was super rude to me and I had previously had nexgen on, which she preceded rip off my real nails until they were bleeding .She could tell I was uncomfortable as I began to cry and she told me they were bleeding because I was nervous, yet it couldnt possibly be that she was ripping my real nails off one by one.Im not happy with the service and the outcome of my nails as they were uneven and lumpy.They charged me 50 dollars for plain white nails with nothing added to them, lets just say I will not be going back anytime soon.

Very,very over priced they charge you $5 for an acrylic manicure thats an extension from your original nail, then they charge you another $5 for the length, $5 for the shape and they basically force you to tip.The last time i was there i told them to take my nails off because of this extension fee, the staff was very rude every time i went and i definitely do not recommend. I only went to this salon due to the convenience (its in walking distance of my house). Ive had my fingers cut twice and as far as i know they arent very clean.

Bad very bad experience theyve not done my nails properly and charge 65 dollars for regular manicure and pedicure when I asked them why oh thats the price I truly not recommend that place to nobody.Poor quality and bad bad service

I went here for the very first time and this lady waxed mt eyebrows but now I have a burn underneath it and I have got waxed before and I did not feel it it hot but now underneath my eyes I have a burn and she did not put anything to make it heal so now Im scared that it may not heal Im so mad.

The hair stylist was great, the pedicure was great, the woman who did my manicure was ridiculous and rude. She put the wrong color on, which was a legitimate mistake.Two containers were marked with the same number. I apologized for the situation even though it wasn’t my fault. She then asked when she was done if I was going to make her change the color again. I didn’t make her change anything. I noticed it was the wrong color only one and a half nails in to it the first time. She told me not to move or she was going to cut me. She blamed me when I said something hurt. She never had me wash my hands and my hands were covered in dust when she was done. I asked if I could have some cream, she didn’t acknowledge me and then I went to another person for cream who was nice and helped me out. Honestly, being nice to people isn’t that hard. I tried hard to make simple conversation, smile and be kind, but it was met with annoyance every time. The next person she dealt with she was very nice to. Perhaps it was the way I looked or maybe she didn’t want to paint my nails or something, but it really made me uncomfortable.

Scammers. This place charges you so much money without telling you upfront. My daughter just got an acrylic fill which says $18 on their site. They did them the wrong shape the first time so she asked them to fix them. They somehow charged us $47 which is the cost of a brand new full set. $47 for a fill. What a joke. We won’t be returning. Not to mention, when I called- they didn’t care AT ALL. Rude, overpriced, and careless. Do not waste your money.

Van is the absolute best! This salon is so beautiful and very clean. Extremely great service for nails, pedicures, eyebrows and hair! Huge assortment of colors for Nexgen and Gel...including mood changing. Ive been coming here for over a year and have never been disappointed! Highly recommended!!

Terrible technicians and owner! They degrade you and talk about you under their masks. My skin has been cut as well as my own long natural nails. Don’t care about customer only $$$$$🤬🤬🤬🤬 Not the cheapest place either! Would give them 0 if I could😡

DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I go here they have made me bleed and then they blame it on my self and tell me I have moles on my fingers, which isn’t even possible. I also will make an appointment and end up getting helped a half an hour later (everytime). There are so many better places around do not go here

I was going on vacation and decided last minute I wanted to do a double french braid before leaving. I called this salon and was able to get an appointment very quickly and timely. (Although the receptionist was rude and seemed irritated with making my appointment.) Upon arriving, I was greeted and seated right away by my stylist. It took about 10-15 mins and I was done. She walked me up to the front desk where I was charged $50 dollars (FIFTY DOLLARS) for a double braid. When making my appointment I asked an estimate of cost and was told it would be around $25. When asked about pricing of $50, I was told my hair was longer than expected. I paid the $50 and left, still a little shocked at pricing, I was just grateful I was able to get my hair done, UNTIL i had got home and saw my hair. Unreal. It was sloppy and careless and not worth the money I had spent. I do not recommend this salon nor will I be back.

I walked in with a Caucasian lady and they acknowledged her more then once. I (African Americans) stood there for at least 3 mins and no one addressed me standing there. As I walked out the one lady ran out to say it was a miss understanding. I live in this area and was extremely offended and will not come back!

Horrible place, went to get legs and toes wax, have very light fine hair and the lighting is terrible there, when I came home later I saw she missed some hairs on leg and the few I had on the toes she didnt even get, went back the next day and she had a major attitude, as we were walking back to have it done I heard her say under her face mask Oh My God, then went in back room where the others are and they all looked at me. I felt like saying to her check your attitude, dingy vietnamese place and I would never go back there again. This woman should be fired, stay away from this place

Made appointment for 1, rushed to get there on time only to find out I would have to wait 30 minutes to even be seen. They do a great job, but don’t recommend it unless you have nothing else to do in your day.

1st time did and it was my worst experience ever... the lady was in so rush and was busy with phone while doing my nails. And she cut my two fingers were bleeding.. and the finishing was very very poor.. so scary i will never go back again 😭

Ive been going to SoBella for a little over 2 years now. I have always enjoyed the pleasant and very friendly attitudes of the entire staff. Harry, he owner, is always helpful and tolerates the next-gen color changes I make each visit. The time spent in the chair is relaxing and you enjoy chatting with the client and staff in the next chair. I see many regulars as we must be on the same schedule.The service is great and the price is right. Ive rcommended SoBella to my friends.

Overpriced! Got my hair done at this place and they charge you for things you didn’t even asked for or needed. My bill was over $300 Not cool! Sorry to say but first and last time.
