I love coming to Craze Nails & Spa! It’s my go to salon. There are so many colors and styles to choose from. The salon constantly updates and gets new colors. The nail technicians are very nice and can do anything you request. The salon is super clean and have implemented precautions for covid right now. I’ve been coming to this salon for years now and I don’t plan on stopping! Mimi is a great nail tech, and so is the rest of the staff!

Been a customer for a couple of years now. I wear dip and Mi Mi does it the best. This is more of a traditional nail salon, they dont get into all the fancy stuff.

They do a pretty good job when I come in for pedicures. They always treat my daughter with a lot of love and attention. They make sure she has snacks and juice and don’t flinch at her weird nail polish combos for her hands and feet! Lol!

Lin did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time cleaning them and I didn’t feel rushed. She was so gentle that I almost fell asleep. I love my mani & pedi!!! Best time to go is Monday in my opinion.

I love this place. Every single one of them is sweet. They will always offer you water or something else to drink. I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 2 years now and I have had a great experience so far. If by any chance a nail gets damaged, they’ll fix it for you with a smile. And if you want a design, they’ll do their best to replicate the picture as much as they can.

None of the implements were sterilized. They used the same implements on every client, threw them into a basket with dirty scissors they used to unclog the pedicure bowl drain. Nail techs carried around their own filthy boxes of supplies. Cuticles not tended to. I can’t say enough about how poorly run this place is.

My 3rd time coming here and such a disappointment, made an appointment for 11am, pedi and fill. The guy rushed my toes and then I sat in the chair for 1 hr to get my nails filled 😑 🙄. Ridiculous!!

I moved here from Indiana just over a month ago. Finding a good nail tech is NOT easy but finding a great one is even harder - especially when you are as picky as I am! Went to my third place today and yes, third time is a charm!! Lynn did my pedicure and honestly I almost fell asleep! She did such a wonderful job! Lee did my nails. I use the dip powder. I COULD NOT be happier! My nails are so nice...they are smooth and even! Thank you Lynn and Lee! I’ve found my new nail place!! 😃

I went with my daughter today and just left a bit ago to get our nails done together and while I am fine with the services I received, my daughter was very unhappy with hers. She presented a design that was pretty easy which was a ying yang on just one finger in both hands but with pink and white and the tech she got didn’t put full coats and made the nails look streaky and bumpy. After 6 attempts to fix, my daughter just told her to take it off and just do pink, the tech didn’t make the edges smooth and ruined some of daughters nails in the process as she was getting gel on top of her real nails, I still paid for us both but unfortunately all the amazing reviews that we based our decision to come, left us feeling a bit disappointed and dissatisfied.

My nail lady got me in right away and started on me quickly i asked for a design and she did it just like the picture i showed her. Very clean and good service.

First time going today and Vicki did a wonderful job. She did exactly what I asked and did it beautifully. Place is clean and everyone there seems very friendly and accommodating. Will be returning!

I love getting my nails done here. Theyre super friendly and tentative to your needs. My acrylics lasted me for about a month and a half before having to get them filled. They didnt come close to falling off or breaking. My to go nail place.

I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I am one of those people who go home and find things wrong with my nails. With MiMi at Craze Nails, I never find anything wrong with them. She does such a perfect job! MiMi is the only person I will let touch my nails! They are all very nice and always take good care of me!

The ladies were really nice but my gel color started fading the next day. Also, the lady doing my pedicure was just a bit too enthusiastic with the callus remover.

When in for my first ever manicure and it was great! My nail tech was very nice and clean! When she messed up on a design, she wiped it off and started over. The results were perfect.

I came in this afternoon with my sister and my mom (who has difficulty walking, and is a bit of a particular client) and all I have to say is that this salon is wonderful in every aspect! We are all in love with our nails! Not only were the technicians careful and gentle with the manis and pedis, they even offered refreshments and helped my mom walk all around the shop whilst my sister and I were getting our stuff done. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a huge polish selection to choose from. My husband usually brings our 5 year old who tells me that the ladies working in the salon are very nice to her.

We had an appointment and I still waited 30 minutes. My daughter waited over an hour and still was not taken care of. I had acrylics on 2 of my big toes and they didn’t even begin to match. One was much bigger than the other. Definitely would not recommend!

I thought Id give this place a try. I was disappointed with the fact that they dont display prices clearly for the customers. Also dont tell you they charge an additional $15 per manicure and $15 per pedicure if you want the gel nail polish. I was surprised when initially my mani/pedi combo went from $50 to $80 just for the upgrade of nail polish which they recommended but did care to tell me it was going to be an additional $30. I could have gotten my hair washed and styled for a lot less than $80. I dont like the deceptive practices. I know with COVID19 small businesses are hurting however that doesnt justify not disclosing prices to the customers or suggesting add on services and not letting customers know the extra in cost. If they would have told me gel nails would have been another $30 I would have declined the upgrade in polish. They hit you with the price when you check out. I hate it when businesses are not upfront with the customers at the beginning. I wont be going back to this place. I dont recommend anyone getting nail services at this place. Rip off prices!!!!

Best nail salon in Lake Mary. I’ve been to a few but finally found a professional and clean one. Just make sure to book an appointment ahead of time since they’re always busy. Lynn takes her time, does an amazing job and calls you if she’s running late.

Had the best pedicure the other day! The Vietnamese Ice coffee was amazing! And they probably have one of the best, clean bathroom a nail salon can have!

This was my first experience with Craze Nails, I called to make sure I could get a last minute pedi and full set around lunch time and was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant and helpful gentleman that booked my appointment, for 6pm (on NYE!). When I arrived I was greeted by several folks and offered a water or soda, seated immediately and allowed to browse for my color options. I opted for a full set with gel and design, and a upgraded pedicure with gel French - I received quality service and everyone was very friendly towards me. I honestly cannot see anything wrong with my nails at all! I’m very impressed and will become a regular!

They are very clean! I have been coming for a while now. I am very picky with my nails and I have to say that they always do an excellent work.I usually request Lynn and I am very pleased with her pedis. But I had all of them before.

I called asked for an appointment. I was told it was last minute So they would have to be spaced out 3:30 and 3:45 .. It’s now been an hour that I’ve been left to soak in acetone and no one to do my nails when they accepted 2 walk in appointments without an issue. On top Of that he did a sloppy job . I asked for coffin shaped and they are lopsided. I asked him to fix them and he ignored me. I usually get great service here but this wasn’t worth the $45 I paid

I’ve been coming here for about two years. I don’t live in lake Mary, I only work in this area. I typically come on my lunch breaks and they always have me in and out. Super quick. I love it. They are all very sweet and Try to see me as quickly as possible. They do a great job.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years now. The staff is always very kind and the establishment is always very well kept. My nail tech Mimi is always on time and she does a great job! On a few occasions Ive had my nails done by Kayla and shes always ontime and does a great job as well! Ive also had a pedi done by Lyn, she takes her time and is very thorough. Theyre prices are reasonable, I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I tried several salons when I moved to the area and this is the best in the area. All of the nail techs are very good so you don’t have to wait for one in particular to be available. They are very thorough and efficient and the end results are beautiful.
