Great experience having them tow my vehicle. Communicated well on how long it would take and for any ETA adjustments. Came on time and provided quick service.

By far the worst experience, ive ever had. When entering the office the lady at the front desk decided to be rude and tell me that I cant clean out my car until she’s gets paid. That’s not how you greet people especially when you were just in a car accident that was not your fault plus it’s two days before Christmas. I also want to state that nobody in the office and all there employees had no mask, like we’re not in a pandemic and then theres a little girl in the office while the whole place smells like straight cigarettes sooooo disturbing . Smhhhh worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Very gross employees. Ive never felt more uncomfortable as a woman in my entire life. I was being stared at and could tell the employees were laughing making rude comments about me. I was referred to as top heavy and one employee had his phone with him and seemed to be taking pictures of me while in the building of his place of employment. Never calling this business again.

I had the best experience at Groton Auto body. The professionalism started day 1 when we walked in the door. We were in need of a family vehicle that had been in an accident with substantial front end damage to be picked up & towed to be fixed. All of our friends gave us suggestions on where to go but this place was conveniently located near us so we stopped in to see if they could help us. Lisa in the office took charge for us by having the car picked up she worked with the insurance company to get the repairs completed. We really didnt have to do anything. Lisa called to keep us in the loop with updates and when she thought the car would be ready by. It was ready when she said. When we went to pick up the car it looked exactly like it did before the accident. I am a car enthusiast so I am pretty picky about my car. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done here. My car looks brand new once again. The staff was very professional and helpful. They helped me process the claim from my accident and get a rental car for me. I only needed to give them times I was available. Very high quality performed here. I was happy to know that the owner of the shop still works on the cars himself and he takes extreme pride in his work and answered all questions I had while teaching me a bunch of things. The office staff was on point with estimated completion times, status updates, and quotes. I wish I never have to worry about any of my cars again but If I do, I will be visiting this shop again. I actually care about where I park in the parking lot now that this shop has made my car beautiful, rust and damage free once again. This is a shop that likes to remove parts to paint and not just tape off. Take the time to do it right. I would give 10 stars if I could.If anyone wants to see the quality work they performed on my car I am willing to offer my car for viewing since I want to make sure this shop stays in business in case I may need them again.

I had to get body work done to the front of my car and decided to take it to Groton Auto Body. Im extremely pleased with the work done and communication from them. I was paying out of pocket for my repairs (rather than insurance) and they were more than happy to work with me and try to keep the costs down - no unnecessary work was done to the car and they were able to keep it right at the estimate cost. I am very satisfied with the work they did to my car and will return if I ever need more body work done.

I recommend!!!! These people are great. They will go above and beyond for the perfect finish. Great price for great work. You wont be disappointed !

Rich does amazing work!

This place is just out to steal money especially from Military members. After an accident the police had the car towed there because it was in a busy intersection. Yet because my husband is stationed overseas and we are stateside they refuse to release the car to me. I even begged to get some personal items from the car namely my very expensive college textbooks, they refused stating that just because Im his wife doesnt mean Im allowed to have anything in the car or the car itself. My husband offered to call or email from his NAVY email and they refused stating that it could be anyone and requested to have a letter with a copy of his ID to ensure that it is really him.

Lisa and rich are the best, I wouldnt think of taking my car anywhere else .
