Awful job done with my manicure. I had an older tech and she sloppily painted my nails. They are all lumpy and I asked her if she would smooth them out and make them cleaner looking and she still continued to screw them up. Didn’t even pay attention when she was filing them either. They are not the shape I asked for and when I told her I hated the she said “well you picked the color”. No ma’am the color is fine, your work is god awful.

The service could be better. Ordered a pedicure and was rushed through it and not provided all service that should have been done. They are always in a hurry for the next client.

I went here to get my nails done for homecoming and the lady that did my nails didn’t do a good job at all. She didn’t do my whole nail in the shilac stuff. And she did my hands two different nail shapes. And she didn’t paint my nails all the way. She also didn’t push back my cuticles. I told her about the paint and she looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t notice the nail shapes being wrong until I got home and it was too late to fix. Now I am going to have pay even more money to get them fixed. I am NOT coming here again.

I decided to try this place out because the service at the mall had steadily declined. Im very happy with my experience and the price. Very friendly staff and theyre very kind. This is my go to place from now on.

Terrible and notice most recent reviews are Negative! I have had several pedicures and nails done here. I keep giving them another chance but it seems to be getting worse. When you get the regular pedicure they spend NO TIME on you and dont even cover the whole toenail with polish. I have brought this to their attention and they do the same next time. Id rather do my own than to pay them for the quality of service I get. They are very nice just not efficient.

I asked for a shorter stiletto tip and he cut them so short and only rounded them so they look awful! If i could post pictures i would but i wouldnt recommend this nail salon if you like to have the stiletto tip.

I used to spend some time here and their english isnt so great so if you want them to give you what you want, be specific but use small simple terms with them so they can easily understand, remember these people have only been in america for a couple years
