Sonny is incredible with pedicures! He takes his time, is a perfectionist and is always so super friendly! Tracy is the best for dip nails! Actually, the best I have ever had! They last a long time and are always beautifully done! Highly recommend!!

Absolute 10/10 on service they are extremely polite and very good at what they do. I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment if you have the time cause like every where else in our Community they are slightly short handed but are willing to work you in. I highly recommend L’amour💅

Not bad, but not the best Ive been to. Not all my nails were polished and shiny. The top coat chipped easily. And it was powder nails.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon from the time I walked in until I departed. Sunny did my pedicure and it was quality work that I received from him. He didnt rush nor did he make me feel like I was just another customer. This was the best pedicure I have received to date and will continue to go back. I almost feel asleep😴 it was so good.

What I asked for versus what I got...I have been coming to Lilly for 4 years, and I am very disappointed in the service I received for my last visit. Because I work in the service industry, when it comes to service I am very passive when getting any service. If I don’t like something I don’t like confrontation and I don’t want to seem rude, so I just leave without liking the service I was provided. This is something I admit is my fault and I need to work on. A powder set is usually $45 if you get extra things I know they charge extra. However, I was utterly surprised at when I checked out my total was $90 for nails and eyebrows. I was charged an extra $35 for my nails without warning or notice, so that I may have the opportunity to accept or decline the service and service fee if it was out of my price range. Despite the fact that I HATED my nails I paid and tipped and left the nail shop unsatisfied. I tried to grow to love my nails but every time I looked at them it hated them and the more I looked at the picture the more my anxiety grew. After getting advice from friends....I mustered up the courage to return to the shop the next day and ask her to redo them for me. I wasn’t expecting her to do them for free, but I wanted to know what she would charge me to redo them. I had powder so she had to soak them off. She set me up a bowl to soak and left the shop. I asked the receptionist to ask Lilly how much she would charge to redo my nails. She advised me that Lilly left the shop and told the receptionist to tell me that she didn’t feel comfortable doing my nails. As I stated before I wasn’t rude to her I actually was nervous to tell her I hated my nails because they took 3 hours to do. The receptionist explained that she didn’t feel comfortable because she didn’t want me to be unsatisfied again. I told the receptionist Lilly has done my nails for a long time and she is human, she’s not going to get it right every time, but I am giving her the opportunity to make it right. After a four year business relationship Lilly refused to exhibit professionalism to have a conversation with me, instead she left the nail shop and talked to me through her receptionist. I spent $80 on nails that are now soaked off. I’m highly disappointed and offended. I will never return again.Reply: There’s only 4 people working in the establishment. You know exactly who I am and you know exactly what I am referring to. Please stop with the attempted public relations front. The time to make it right would have been yesterday before Lilly (the owner) completely left the shop to avoid me after I was nothing but respectful, I just didn’t like my nails. Do I not have a right to my own opinion of my $80 nails? Further more if you wanted to reach me you have my contact number and communicated with me on Facebook 2 days ago to book my appointment. I went Milanie Nails on Nelson in Lake Charles after leaving your nail salon and received a $65 ombré power set with 2 designs. Much better establishment, cheaper price, better quality of service. Thanks but no thanks.

Best foot massage in town

Waited two hours to finally get sat down and once we did it took another two and a half hours to do my nails. Once I waited two hours they changed their mind on the price by $20 they had originally told me when I entered the building. When I questioned why the price would be raised just because he told me the wrong price after I waited four hours he was very rude and yelled at me. Used to love this place but will no longer come here.After getting the response as seen below from Lamour I can honestly say every word of their response was fabricated, I am not one to publicly bash another business of any sort but when this experience happened to me and my sweet Grandmother I wanted to expose the truth about this place. The male worker yelled at me after I questioned the price change. He told me that he knew he told me the wrong price but after waiting for two hours and then called his boss just to confirm that he was wrong and the price was actually 20 dollars more. 60 dollars was actually never mentioned it was 70 so thats also false. He continued to go about the salon yelling and pitching a fit to the other worker in front of all the costumers, Unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for whoever owns the salon. While he was gone all the the other costumers waiting completely agreed with me and were just frustrated, if not more, with the wait time. The times I stated were completely true, in fact I was off by 30 minutes so I was actually there for 5 hours, so I am sorry that the time difference you were referring to was wrong, I was there longer, Which isnt hard to believe since there was only two (and then midway 3) workers there and one of them only did toes... It took so long to do my nails because I was switched workers in the middle of doing my nails and most of the time the workers were not able to find anything they needed due to a very messy work place. But that also could have been the problem of the male worker from Houston that only come over and works there when they are understaffed or in need of help, so it doesnt surprise me that he had no idea where any of it was and called his boss for every problem he came across. I just want the public to be able to get the honest truth.Also, the male worker from before worked on my grandmother and accidentally clipped her nail too short so he gave her a tip on that one nail. She repeatedly told him to please not do that, he decided to do it anyways. The only thing good that came this awful day at the salon was the work from my second worker, Tracy, I think her name was. She understood my situation. She felt bad for the way I had been treated and apologized on the rude mans behalf. To sum up, unless you want to be yelled at by unprofessional workers who are trying to scam you out of your money, and petty much spend your entire day at this salon. STAY CLEAR OF IT

I will never go anywhere else. Lily is amazing. I have arthritis so my fingers are crooked, and they always get my nails to look perfectly straight. Love my nails every time. 😍

Had a bad experience. She couldnt do a simple spider web design. She never changed the towel out between customers. Will not be going back.

Not sure if I got a new person or what but this wasn’t a good experience. The guy couldn’t clip my toenails with the clippers for some reason so he filed them down with emery board and it took forever and hurt me. Never had that happen. Now I have an ingrown toenail on my big toe. Also, they need to go over sanitary rules there before someone shuts them down. You are supposed to open everything in a sterilized package infront of the customer. Don’t try to sneak emery board and buffers in on the customer that has been used on everyone in Moss Bluff, that’s gross. Also, you aren’t supposed to put your hands in the lotion jars or the scrub containers over and over. Use a spatula. Never again. What happened to this place?

This place is amazing! I’m so glad I finally found a decent nail salon in the moss bluff area. Tracy did an amazing job on my nails and I will officially be a regular here. ❤️

I’ve been coming here for literally 2 years now and i loveeee it! It’s not as expensive as other nail salons in Lake Charles and you get exactly what you want. Everyone is friendly and amazing. I wish I could say more but what is there to say?? Just go now! Definitely worth my money (;

Reading a few of these reviews, i had to do something about it because ive never had one bad experience!! ive been going to lamour beauty spa for over a year now, and every time i go, its always the best service & also at the most reasonable price!! miss lily always does my nails & always makes sure im satisfied with it, the entire staff is always welcoming & friendly! miss lily is always gentle and does everything she can to make sure my nails are at the strongest they possibly can be. although, i will say there are times where i have to wait to be seen, but i think the wait is absolutely worth it!! i always get acrylics, and they are pretty long & they usually last me about 2 weeks, sometimes even 3. i have a full set in right now & its been over a week since then & none of them have chipped, lifted, or broke!! im a high school student with a part time job & i personally think i use my hands quite often and im not the most careful with them either... they are understaffed, but all of them truly care for you!! i recommend 10/10 coming to lamour beauty spa!!

Perfect set of nails! Extremely pleased. I often end up leaving salons that Im new to having to make adjustments to my nails once Im home. Not this time! Perfect symmetry- which can be especially challenging when doing a coffin shape. They had an awesome selection of colors and offer various types of nail art. I will definitely be going back! Prices are shockingly competitive for the quality of the work too. They were pretty busy so it might be helpful to call ahead to check the wait or book an appt if you are on a timeframe.

I loved the work they did! Until the next day.... My nails had turned a different color in some spots and stayed the original color in other spots on my nails. I am not sure why or how this happened. I also had not used any chemicals or used anything that would discolor the gel nail polish. Literally unhappy that this happened. The service was great and the nails looked beautiful, however I am so unhappy with how they looked the very next morning!

Had an appointment this am at 9 for a wedding party. I booked this appointment weeks ago. When we arrived at 9 no one was there. Thats really poor customer service. I would give this place a -⭐ if possible. We waited in the parking lot until 15 after then we went to a different place in Moss Bluff. A phone call would have been sufficient being I made an appointment.

First i didnt get what i asked for and i was lied to and told that they had the color and can do the style i asked for she started my hand cut me with the filling machine then they laughed it off i then was told that i could not change the color they put on my hands without paying extra after she put the wrong color on and she did not even come close to what i asked for but she kept laughing it off and asked if i can afford it unbelievable i will not return and i want and apology for the horrible job she did
