This place is under New Management. I was surprised when I walked in to see that everything was rearranged looking more spa like. The staff is very friendly 😊 and welcoming.

Terrible customer service! Told me could do what I wanted, that she understood what I wanted, then when all is said and done. Oh we dont do that! Really? I have tried this nail shop numerous times because it is so close to my work and Ive left unsatisfied every time with cuts, smudges and poor quality nails. Dont waste your time or money!

This is the absolute worst place ever in Lake Charles do not waste your time and money they changed their name to Countryside nails same address same horrible products your nails will fall out the same day nice ppl but do not do well nails at all

Not pleased with quality of work performed on pedi and full set, nice atmosphere.

Rude. Walked in with my 2 girls, asked for a polish. Waited 30 minutes. They took 2 women that walked in (for a broken nail repair and one for a full set) ahead of us. We walked out. Wont return.

Nice atmosphere and perfect in work

One of the worst mani/pedis Ive ever gotten! I still had dead skin on my feet and my cuticles were still long. My nail polish peeled off after 2 days and you couldnt tell I had even gotten it done.It was the first time I treated myself in over a year.

Clean and service was great. Only applied one coat of polish...was kind of see through .

It took 45mins. to do a full set and pedicure, therefore some steps were missing on both service and they are pricy.

They speak korean between themselves, even anwsered personal phone while serving a customer. Gel nails were not dry by the time we were finished and had chopped nails off with no explanation. Refill had a prominent line and were not solar even though I had asked. First refill broke within a day. Never going back.

The people are nice, but my nails fell apart after about 6 days

I think they do a very nice job, havent had any problems with my nails.

Just got my nails done yesterday and two have already come off. horrible quality.
