This was an amazing vacation, wonderful location and the villa size and design was excellent. Luxurious, peaceful and very clean. I love how everything needed was supplied. All the appliances and things provided. The air condition and tv/cable worked perfectly. The scenery is perfect and the coral trail is in walking distance. The pool access was also a plus.Will definitely return. (Unit 23G1)

We booked our stay with Valerie Leon at Quam Properties. She was so super helpful from the initial planning, to arranging excursions to giving restaurant suggestions - and answering questions during our stay. She even tried to help when our flight was cancelled on the way home. I would 100% book again through Valerie at Quam. Highly Recommend!The Kapalua Ridge Villa 812 was wonderful! Plenty of space, clean, and a very nice and well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were large with very generous ensuite bathrooms, large closets - plus an extra full bathroom. There was a beautiful lanai with 180 degree views of the Ocean and Molokai. Outdoor hose for washing off after the beach and a designated covered Parking Spot were super helpful. We enjoyed walking the oceanside Kapalua walking trails and visited several beaches.We also stayed at Napili Lani 315. This was an ocean front condo facing - my new favorite beach! Cant say enough about this beach - gorgeous clear water, snorkeling, paddle boarding, sea turtles! Not as windy as some other beaches. The condo itself is a private condo located within the Napili Kai Beach Resort. The condo was a great location with close beach/pool/BBQ/restaurant access. There are surf shops within walking distance to rent paddle boards and snorkel gear. The only thing Id check on before rebooking this particular condo is there was some kind of sewer box(?) not too far off the lanai - which you could smell at certain times. Valerie was very responsive about this issue.

What can I say about our Anniversary trip to Maui!! It was incredible. I was surprising my wife and taking her to Maui for our 9th Anniversary. Valerie was remarkable. She helped me choose the right place, excursions, and reservations. She knocked it out of the park. I am so lucky to have had someone like her to help me with my trip. It was like having a concierge from a big hotel except she took the time to explain everything and make this trip so special. There is nowhere else I need to book with when going to Maui. If you want 5 star service, first class amenities and people that will take care of you like you are staying at a world class resort you found your place. In fact l just booked to go back! Thank you Valerie! Thank you Quam Properties!! You are The BEST!!!!

Check-In to Kapalua Bay Villa 33B3 went flawlessly, and we were amazed at the views from this property! Just an amazing unit! Everything was clean and mostly well kept. There were a few blinds that didnt open, and sliding doors were slightly difficult to slide. The hideaway bed mattress also was not very comfortable, but after notifying the office, they quickly rectified the situation and delivered a comfy mattress topper. The unit was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need, and will definitively be our choice, when we decide to visit again! Just to recap, the views from this unit are outstanding, but along with these views you also have to expect a bit more wind as you are pretty high up on the ridge. Also, Valerie took care of every detail of our visit and also helped us book some excursions. A Wonderful experience!

Our trip was amazing. The condo was an absolutely beautiful space inside and out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom space was huge, and the kitchen provided everything that we needed. The views were hands-down the best part though. We had close access to some of the best places on the island. We plan to return!

This property made our vacation an even better time! They had everything you needed. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Amazing views to wake up too every day. I would definitely come back to stay here!!

First, Quam Properties is always great to work with! We have used them multiple times to rent places in the Kapalua Bay Villas, and most recently Unit 31B3 (for a lengthy stay).The unit is spacious and bright and airy. Furnishings are well-appointed and comfortable, too. The big patio is positioned to shield you from wind and rain and is an amazing place to eat, enjoy some beverages or watch the whales or waves. The dining room table surrounded by floor to ceiling windows makes it a wonderful place, too! Huge, nice bathrooms are great after a day at the beach.

This was a beautiful, spotless property, with gorgeous views from every room, walking distance to amazing beaches, and everything one could need on hand. The management was so welcoming and accommodating and made sure we had a perfect stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Smooth process from initial inquiry to check out. The agent stayed in touch and kept us updated as the trip approached. All important details were spelled out for us. We had no issues with our rental so didn’t connect with them during our stay . The property we rented was beautiful!

The Villa was excellent and very roomy and comfortable. I took my husband there for a staycation for his Birthday. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. The pool and bbq area was excellent. I would definitely book again with this location.

Review for Kapalua Bay 29B3 managed by Quam Properties- This condo has a great location at Kapalua Bay, and the inside of the condo has a lot of potential. It would benefit from a day of deep cleaning and a handyman to fix some items to receive a 5 star review. To begin, the musty smell when you walk in the condo is disturbing. Upon further inspection, we found that this smell was coming from the washing machine which made the washing machine pretty much unusable. Being that we were depending on having a washer and dryer, I had to wash clothes so that we would have something clean to wear. I went and bought a container of bleach to run through for several washing machine cycles before putting my clothes in there. The visible black mold in the washing machine was unnerving, and I tried to scrub it out with the few materials I had. The smell and the mold continued, so I washed the bare minimum in clothes/towels as I did not want to be subjected to the mold. The window sills need help throughout the condo, and the paint/wallpaper coming off of the wall in the upstairs bathroom with dust piling up underneath was gross. The decor, rug and furniture throughout the condo and specifically in the living room was tired and dirty. I let the emergency number know about all of these things and my disappointment but was told that this was one of the nicer units and call back in the morning. I wasnt wasting any more of my vacation dealing with that, so I got the bleach and Lysol wipes and cleaned the surfaces that we would be subjected to during our stay. Overall, I would not recommend this specific unit to anyone until some major refurbishments occur. The check in/out process was easy, but I would look for another vacation rental company to deal with in the future if this is one of the nicer properties.

Absolutely the worst experience as a long term renter (I am also a property owner and landlord). Manager pressured us to move out several days early when we didn’t want to. They offered to prorate the days. We bent over backward to accommodate their request in good faith. After moving 4 days before the end of the month they claimed they never prorate, and we planned to move out anyway. No pono or Malama for their tenants. They also penny pinched the deposit even deducting a charge to mail the check. Shame on Quam properties! Avoid them at all costs!

I applied for a rental through this place and they were very unorganized. I feel like they discriminated against me because I was a single mom with children.
