Good experience during booking. Downhill after that. We have rented this unit in the past from another agency. Unfortunately there were a couple of big issues when we got to the unit. The number one problem being that the pool is only available for 30 minutes per unit (per day) you must sign up in the laundry room. The times were almost completely taken for the whole week. Also the deck furniture is gone (apparently it’s on order to be replaced) the main amenities are gone! This should have been disclosed. I certainly would have booked a different property. This is how they are dealing with Covid protocols. Other properties are far less restrictive and are using social distancing and the honor system outside.I have tried repeatedly to contact the property management company. I’m still waiting to hear back . We got here on Monday and it’s now Thursday. The unit doesn’t have a binder with instructions on using the TV (there are 3 remote controls and it’s not working)This management company is ignoring me. I would definitely not book through them again.It’s a bummer, the former management company was awesome.

We were more than impressed with the condo we rented at The Whaler. It totally met or exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, quality and surpassed the website photos. The grounds, pool and other amenities were always immaculate. We found the front desk and concierge staff very friendly and helpful. The little things like coffee, ice tea and water available in the lobby and at the pool were a nice little bonus. For us, the value was definitely there combined with everything else made for a great vacation experience. We will return next year with friends.

Awesome customer service both before and during our visit to Maui. The paperwork on the front end is a bit laborious, but Michelle and her team have been great with email & phone communication, allowing us to ship items to their office ahead of our arrival, and helping us quickly upon arrival with a lock issue. The condo description of our unit on their website was very accurate and stocked with more than the basic amenities (wish we could review the condo itself as it’s been great).

We loved our stay at The Whaler. This is, by far, the best location on Kaanapali beach. We were right next to Whalers Village for easy access to shopping, the ABC store, and great restaurants. The unit was HUGE! It included everything we could possibly need in the kitchen for dining in. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was, too. We enjoyed mornings on the lanai and easy access to the beach. The first floor location was great. The Whaler itself doesnt have nearly enough chairs/lounges for everyone who wants one for the beach so it was nice to find the unit included extra beach chairs (although, I would suggest an upgrade to these). The booking process was easy. The check-in was polite and quick. Absolutely recommend this unit. We will definitely return!

I used Maui Beachfront rentals to book a stay at the end of June 2021 for Kaanapali Alii Resort. I have stayed at this resort in the past and absolutely love it. However, since I used this 3rd party vendor to book this condo, it was bloody awful! I tried 3 days in a row to get a hold of their customer service. All I wanted was an extra blanket. I originally thought I could call the resort directly, but since this was booked through Maui Beachfront Rentals I could not and I had to use their service. Needless to say, they never returned my call or even checked in to see if everything was okay with the Condo. There was no housekeeping during our stay and with all the extra fees and lack of customer service, I will never book through them again.Lesson learned.Good thing I didnt need anything more urgent.Kaanapali Alii is a beautiful resort, but the private owners should be aware of using this third party service and their lack of attention to the renters, especially if the resort will not honor any requests on behalf of the condo owner.

Our unit was AMAZING! The Whaler is a great place to stay and close to everything! The beach access is great! Saw so many whales from our Lanai. Clean and spacious unit, master bed was comfy. The only cons were the sofa bed needs a memory foam mattress or something to add more comfrot (can feel the springs) and the communication. Im not sure why but I contacted Maui Beachfront rentals by phone once before we left and once while we were there and NEVER received a call back. Would of been nice for someone to address my concern or at least let me know they received my message. Other than that the booking process is easy and the unit was great! We will definitely be back!

We just returned from 2 weeks in Maui over the Christmas and New Year holiday. Maui Beachfront Rentals was amazing navigating through uncertain travel times in the COVID pandemic. Their policies were flexible and VERY reasonable. We stayed a Kahana Reef #212 and loved the unit. We arrived after a long day of travel and navigating through the airport check-in and found the sleeper sofa did not have linens. After an after hours call, Maui Beachfront rentals had linens delivered very quickly. It is rare to work with a company that is so reasonable, so pleasant to deal with, so customer driven and so responsive. I would highly recommend renting through them and our rental unit specifically.

What a beautiful condo! The furniture, bathroom and kitchen are all new and up to date. The private beach area was a great place to just sit back and relax. A 5 min walk and your at a couple of restaurants and convenience store. The owners have done a great job with suggestions on where to visit on the island. My wife can only talk about when we are going back to #310 and enjoy morning coffee viewing the ocean from the Lani!!!Can’t forget to mention the grill, had a great time grilling steaks and having dinner right on the beach!!!Again great place can’t wait to stay there again!!!

What a beautiful, well maintained complex. We have stayed in unit 310 multiple times. Its beautifully decorated and I love the walk in shower.What a view! I could stay on the lanai all day. On one visit we were able to watch the whales from the lanai.

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, beautifully renovated and much larger than we expected. The tile work is stunning. The view from the corner balcony was amazing - you can watch the sunset and abundant sea life. We saw whales, dolphins and turtles. The beach was perfect for boogie boarding and we rented surfboards from 808. The kids walked just south of us to surf with the locals.The only thing that was undesirable in the unit is the water and ice dispenser was moldy. Would love a later check out option as flights home are so late.I would definitely come back here again!

Beautiful condo! The views are amazing! We were very comfortable and had ample room to relax and be comfortable. The furniture is high quality and bathrooms and kitchen are new and up to date. We will definitely stay here again!

Our condo, which was a corner unit with a large wrap around balcony, was spacious and light and accommodated our family of 7. The location was great - right on the beach and conveniently located to grocery and retail stores. The only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was rather small and didnt have a shallow end - the entire pool was approximately 6 ft. deep. This was not a deal breaker for our family, because most everyone preferred to be at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Whalers. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and quiet at night. The beach was wonderful. We could walk to the left to snorkel, walk to the right to surf. Right next door to Whalers Village for shopping and delicious dining. Friendly staff, and loved the beach towel service!

My wife and I need to get away for a little R&R. Maui 2019 was our choice and it did the trick. Condo was in excellent condition complete with a desk for some occasional work and a nice perk condo provided beach chairs. We had wonderful views and received excellent service from both the Whaler and from Maui beachfront rentals during our stay.

We used Maui beachfront rentals for our stay in unit #714. This unit is in disrepair and needs deep cleaning. Had I realized this unit was also posted on VRBO and seen the reviews there we would not have rented this unit. Many of the previously reported issues still existed during our Feb/March 2020 stay. They either do not inspect units or they dont care what the unit looks like. We encountered broken lamp shades, gross build up of dirt above shower, peeling wallpaper, patio door that did not operate properly. among other issues. They acted surprised about all except patio door. Many other rentals available in this great location. Avoid unit #714.

This is a spacious two bedroom condo that also has two sleep sofas. It easily accommodated the six people in our group. The kitchen is modern with everything you would expect. There is a spacious lanai. The building is located right on Kaanapali beach so you are literally steps from the water and a very short walk to Whalers Village. The ocean view is limited so I wouldnt rent this unit for that amenity. The front desk staff is very able and accommodating. The furniture is a little dated. The initial housekeeping was good but not up to hotel standards.

Great location, incredible views, would have been 5 stars if they didnt have a 4 wide piece of plywood in the middle of a 6 wide bed. We removed the plywood and leaned against a wall. Mattress was too soft, but more comfortable than plywood.

Very professional staff with a wide variety of rental units, located all over the island, from which you can choose for your Maui holiday. Clean accommodations, well equipped, with most of the amenities of home. If you have an issue the staff is there on island to immediately take care of it. Just nice people!

We love staying at Unit 507 at Lahaina Shores and try to book our 10-day trip every year to Maui at this condo. We love the location of the facility and find everything we need at 507. The view is outstanding and offers us a full spectrum of the islands in every direction, the bay for watching whales and boats approaching and even leaving for early morning fishing ventures. The unit is centrally located in the building and easy access to all of the amenities. Walking the beach in the morning is especially enjoyable. We also love the the walk to the marina and all the shops and restaurants on Front Street are minutes away. We drive as seldom as possible, leaving the car in covered parking below, and walk whenever possible. Sitting under the Banyan tree next to the marina is always lovely, listening to music or the sound of the birds. Unit 507 provides a very comfortable stay for us, with very lovely surroundings, nicely furnished and quiet when we need to rest from our activities. Customer service from management is excellent and our needs are always addressed immediately and professionally. We highly recommend staying at Unit 507 and will continue visiting Maui at least once a year. We could stay anywhere on the Island, and choose this location and this unit. Thanks for all the great service and beauty.

Our family has owned an oceanfront condo at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach for 42 years. Over that period of time we have had a lot of experience with management companies that have handled our unit. I can say without hesitation that after being with Maui Beachfront Rentals for the last three years they have been the most effective and professional company we have dealt with. They have been very responsive to our needs as well as those of our valued guests. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to have their unit or home managed, or any visitor looking to select a beautiful property for a vacation in paradise!

Booking our condo in Maui was seamless using Maui Beachfront Rentals. Everything was as advertised and the properties they manage are all in great locations all over the Island. I will definitely book with them again, the next time Im in Maui.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. It was pretty much smack in the middle of both directions we wanted to go. We overlooked the water from our Lāna’i and the grounds were beautiful! An extra joy was watching all the sea turtles playing in the waves right there at the edge of the water.The kitchen had everything you could need and our unit had beautiful decorations and a washer and dryer, It was Fantastic!

Weve rented unit #243 Sands of Kahana two times. You cant ask for a better place to watch the sunset. Very roomy unit, remodeled and clean. Other units in this complex can be very dated and no a/c. You need a/c in the summer. Loved staying in this unit, the views are what its all about!

While we enjoyed our vacation to Maui, this condo left our group disappointed. We had a week full of issues ranging from Sand in the washer and dryer from previous guests, to service calls requiring maintenance for dryer issues and a potential leak damaging the unit below resulting in the wall being exposed and dishwasher removed to access the wall unexpectedly, and finally a random late evening fire alarm topped off our week. While the Lanai had spectacular views, the floor and furniture were dirty and stained and not welcoming. I will commend Maui Beachfront Properties for prompt replies to our concerns, and who were gracious to let us have a late check out at no charge due to the challenges we encountered. To be honest our first week we had an updated condo which was more centrally located with beachfront which was more reasonably priced.

Kahana Reef #212 - Condo is in a good location, nothing is too far away! It was clean, nicely remodeled, comfortable bed, and right on the ocean! Our 1st morning we watched the whales playing in the ocean. My husband brought his binoculars, which was a great idea. We saw lots of turtles right in front of the condo along the sea wall. What a treat! We really enjoyed our time hiking, exploring, golfing, driving, shopping, & eating! Thank you Rondo & Nikki for a wonderful place to stay. Appreciate you sharing your home with us. The condo was spacious, clean and had a partial view of the ocean. We sat on the balcony and saw the whales at a distance. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and a shopping area. We also grilled steaks and shrimp/veggie skewers one night. The grills were clean and there were plenty of grills available for use.

This is an awesome condo located in a great part of the island! The condo is located just a short walk to a 3-mile long beach (great for running or long walks!). The condo has been nicely updated and had everything we needed. The appliances are all newer and all worked great; and the kitchen is well-supplied with cookware, dishes, etc. We never had a chance to use the pool nor the BBQ, but both looked just fine. The dining set on the lanai is larger and nicer than the set in the photos. The only problem is that our trip ended too soon!

Wow - great accommodations, amazing views and a great location. Cant say more. Condo is completely remodeled with great decor and art and furniture. We did not want to leave.

The condo is ideally situated in the building. Great view of the ocean and the beautiful grounds. And when I say beautiful, I mean meticulously so. We enjoyed the lanai so much that we spent much of our time simply relaxing there.

This was a great place to stay for me, my kids and my wife. Close to all the shops, restaurants and awesome to see all the whales from up on the patio. The inside looked brand new all updated. We had a great time and will book here again for sure!

A beautiful, redone apartment. Location, location, location---fantastic view from the 10th floor---mountains and ocean and garden courtyard. We have stayed in many one bedroom/two bath units and this is definitely one of the best. Four stars because king size bed was just a little to soft of me.

Thanks so much for sharing your island home! Husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary on Maui. This was the perfect location! It’s the first unit off the elevator, which was perfect for schlepping a longboard. The resort is situated right in front of the beach where my husband was able to catch some waves before the surf schools arrived. The resort provides beach chairs starting at 8am, and the staff will carry it out to the sand for you! It is just a 5-minute stroll to Whalers Village.FYI for those that may need ambulatory assistance. On entry to the right, its one step down to the living room. On entry to the left, its one step down to the master bedroom.

We had a couple of issues upon arrival but we received a credit on our visit which was much appreciated. Please continue to keep a bath mat in the tub as it is very slippery. Some suggestions would be:Bathroom only half remodeled, tub/shower and toilet are original onesNo Ceiling Fan in bedroom which causes the air conditioning to run moreTable and Chairs on lanai are not good for seniors or children as they are very high and hard to get on and off ofNo beach equipment – this is the first unit where we had rent beach chairs in the last 7 years. This unit had beach chairs when we stayed in it 3 years ago. This is a big perk as the cost to rent is very high.No sponge in kitchen which meant excess use of paper towels.

Just returned from a week and had a wonderful stay. The room was great and felt like home, but the VIEW even better! This is definitely the view to make the trip that much better when you are just sitting on the lanai relaxing. Ive stayed in other units and I like this view the best. The Whaler is the prime location, quick walk to Black Rock & Whalers Village next door.. Everyting is just the perfect amount of close. Everything went very smoothly from booking to arrival! Maui Beachfront does a great job at managing our unit for us in Lahaina. I never have to worry about anything. We have been with them for 8 years now and have referred many owners to them. They call me when needed or time to upgrade something in the unit, which I appreciate. I have zero worry letting MBR manage our unit; our occupancy rate is high, revenues have been increasing every year, they track all other rentals to remain competitive, and I have a great relationship with them.

Whaler unit #1007 is spectacular. Beautifully appointed with everything you need. In-unit laundry allows you to pack lighter, and it doesnt feel like doing laundry when youre watching the sunset from your lanai. Pool and gym are excellent and the beach couldnt be better. Ive stayed in #1007 for the last 2 years and am already booked for 2019. Also, working with Maui Beachfront Rentals makes booking a breeze. They are very patient while you pick different dates and units until you figure out your vacation plans. Ive also used them to book unit #701, another great experience. You cant go wrong with Maui Beachfront Rentals and The Whaler in Kaanapali!

The Kaanapali Royal was a nice place for our large family of 6 and a 16 month old. We rented two condos which were within close proximity to each other. The location was terrific, close to Whalers Village and the golf course was right in our back yard beyond the lovely pool area. The condos were nicely furnished, washer/dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher and some beach things like boogie boards, snorkel gear (one set) . Both places were clean and had plenty of towels. I would recommend this to friends and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice beachfront condo on a more remote area of West Maui. Expansive 360 Views for every room (even the bathrooms!) and the furniture and condo finishes were excellent. We loved our stay and didnt want to leave!!

The best feature of this condo was the beautiful view of Haleakala. There were plenty of linens and towels. Except for the very dull knives in the kitchen and no storage space for food, the kitchen was easy to cook in and it was handy to have a washer and dryer. The shower had good pressure.But there were some cons to this rental:1. There was construction being done in the condo next door that we werent aware of so there was a lot of noise during the day, which detracted from relaxation and enjoyment of the condo. There were drywall scraps and dust in the entry hall to the condo doors as well as along the corridor outside to the elevators. Also the water was shut off our last day and we also werent aware so no showers or food prep before we left, which was very inconvenient.2. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The fan in the bedroom made a lot of noise if it was turned up beyond low speed. The wicker furniture was coming apart and some of the drawers came off the track when opened.3. At night, the lighting in the bedroom and living room was not adequate. It was pretty dark, especially near the TV area.4. There were areas of nicks on the walls, especially in the bedroom, where patches of paint had come off. It looked old and in need or repair and repainting.We wouldnt really recommend this condo to others. The location was good and the view was wonderful, but it was in need of updating and we should have been aware about the construction (complete remodel) of the condo next door and the water shut off.

I cant say enough about our experience with Maui Beachfront Rentals!!! Our condo was awesome!! It was so nice and big, perfectly clean, well situated, and the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. You guys made our vacation so much better, thank you !!! 5++++++ stars!!!

We had the opportunity to stay at The Whaler for 6 days over Christmas in 2018. It was perfect. Getting checked in was easy, parking was included, and it was so close to the beach and restaurants. The condo itself was large, had a great balcony and was equipped with everything we could possibly need--even chairs to take to the beach! There were large windows that overlooked the ocean and sunset. I honestly couldnt have been happier with a place to stay while we were in Maui. Staying at The Whaler was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location right in the heart of Napili Bay! The condo has everything you need, but who’s sitting in a condo while you’re in Maui? The unit has been updated recently and the deck overlooks the entire bay. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing! We stayed at the Napili Gardens and loved the convenience to the beach, restaurants and surfing. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, neat and quiet. We stayed in Ka’anapali Royal unit L101. Wonderful unit: spacious, clean, bright, open, and a great location. The beds and bed linens could use some upgrading to softer linens and firmer mattresses. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was fantastic! Was able to hear the ocean at night and wake up to see turtles. Pretty easy access to the ocean and a great location overall. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Maalaea Banyans was ideal for what we were looking for. Ocean view, beach access, quiet location but still close enough to shops and restaurants. Our condo had everything we needed to settle into our home away from home for 10 days. Being able to watch the sea turtles every day was an added bonus! We will certainly be returning!

Super relaxing and convenient location. Best memories are made here and nothing compares to the friends in the water, suach as Micky Finn the turtle that waved good morning to me every day. We so looked forward to waking up to the beautiful sunrise every day with a cup of joe on the lani and always a morning swim. In the words of Arnold, Ill be back.

It is a really nice, Hawaiian style flat at the beachfront. We found everything there one needs: snorkeling stuff, fully equipped kitchen, large beds, AC, ... We really enjoyed to sit on the balcony and look at the sea. We even were able to see whales from the balcony! The location is perfect in the mid of the island with short distances to almost all places to see.

Great location! Walking distance to Front Street, groceries store and the bus station that will take you anywhere on the island. The Condo has everything you need for the vacation, including Netflix TV. Would definitely recommend this Vacation home!

We loved our stay at Maui Beachfront rentals and would highly recommend the Malaleaa Banyans location to anyone staying in Maui. It was the perfect location to everything we wanted to do on the island--everything (Iao Needle resorts and beaches, Pia Town, the start of the Road to Hana etc.) was about 30 minutes away.The condo itself was beautiful—extremely clean, well decorated, well-equipped with kitchen supplies and beach chairs etc. And the view was absolutely stunning. We were so impressed with the value of this condo and would recommend booking this property for your trip!

This is the second time we have stayed in 310 at Maalaea Banyans. It is a wonderful condo and the owners are great to work with. It is updated and stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to water activity equipment. We will definitely stay at this condo on a return visit.

Love the Whaler condo 456. Perfect location, excellent value, clean, quiet, comfy bed, laundry in room a bonus. Kitchen was nice and updated with plenty of dishes for us. We didn’t cook much because of good restaurants nearby. Shower and bath were great strong water pressure. Separate sink area clean and updated. Pull out bed was not very comfortable but we expected that and my daughter could have cared less. I wouldn’t expect another adult or adult couple to like it though. Could have used another set of sheets and blanket for blow up mattress on the floor we used for our son. Front desk said we needed to call rental company as condo was not managed by the Whaler. It was after hours so I didn’t call but turned out my son only needed a light sheet as the weather was warm so we just took one off our bed. I think the blow up bed had a leak but my son didn’t care he woke up happy in a puddle of mattress and a sheet. Beach chairs were nice to have. Could use a bigger stronger umbrella or another smaller one. If it was my condo I would clean out laundry room and restock with a few new drug store coolers, boogie boards, new mattress, extra linens, plastic drink cups for the pool area etc. Pool area is small and was crowded everyday but we just went to the beach. Hot tub was great at night bigger and nicer to be in than some other resort hot tubs we’ve experienced. Maui Beachfront was professional and easy to deal with online. Everything went smoothly for us as far as renting, signing, deposit, checkin and checkout. We stayed at the Sheraton the first 5 nights and then moved to Whaler for last 4 nights of our trip and we all agreed that having a kitchen, separate room, more room in general, larger balcony, laundry, 2 TVs and a good hot tub was the better place AND the Whaler was a little less expensive than the Sheraton.

We go to Maui almost every year and usually stay in South Maui. This is our first time staying in West Maui and the Kahana Villas proved to be a really good lodging option. Easy access in and out and very close to the beach. This condo had all the necessary amenities and had very comfortable beddings, towels, and furniture. Finishes of the condo itself were a little dated but everything was clean and functional.

We rented the Maalaea Bunyan’s # 409 condo from Maui Beachfront Rentals from Dec.31-January 9th and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The condo was in a perfect middle of the island location and had a fantastic oceanfront view! Everything we needed was provided at the condo from beach chairs to coolers, beach towels, and even a beach umbrella! The rental process was very convenient too. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!!

I got great service from Maui Beachfront Rentals. They have so many units all over to choose from. We rented a lovely unit in Kahana and when we decided to extend our stay, there were able to give me a great deal on the unit! I really appreciated the extra mile they went for me, acting quickly to make sure I had uninterrupted access to my unit and no hitches in our vacation.

This place was amazing! Perfect location across from the beach and plenty of room for the whole family. Beautiful patio space and high-end appliances. We would say - it feels like home. This is about as close as a group can get to the beach in this area. Most places are made for couples traveling. I would recommend this for a family or group stay in this area. Parking is usually a pain around here, but you have guaranteed parking because its gated, and there are garages. Its a 5 minute walk to Merrimans - one of the best restaurants on the island. And less than that to Sea House which is right on the beach. Also YAY for A/C. After a hot day on the island, the cool house felt great :)

W32 minutes agoWe rented the Maalaea Bunyan’s # 204 condo from Maui Beachfront Rentals over Xmas and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience in the freshly renovated place! The condo was in a perfect middle of the island location and had a fantastic oceanfront view! Trips are a breeze from here. We had turtles just in front land whale watching from the balcony. Everything we needed was provided at the condo from beach chairs to coolers, beach towels, and even a beach umbrella! Kids enjoyed fast Wifi and pool. The rental process was very convenient too. We can recommend and would definitely rent this condo again in the future!

The view from this condo is amazing! Pictures do no to it justice. We had some issues with the toilets, shower water pressure and hot water. Lastly, it would be huge to update the living room furniture as it is not comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, and the beachfront was great for the grandkids to play in. We liked the pool, and the ability to reserve chairs to sit in. The garage was also very convenient to us. And, the concierge, especially Fuji, really helped us plan activities. And finally, the location in Kaanapali was great for walking to Whalers Village, starbuck, the Luau at the Hyatt, etc, etc. We do wish the pools had been larger, and that room 1-43 was better furnished.

The booking process was so easy with Maui Beachfront Rentals and our condo was OUTSTANDING! The entire experience was super smooth and we will definitely book through them for our next vacation!

The Maalaea Banyans are conveniently located and quietly tucked away from the crowds, noise, and traffic that plague most of Maui these days. Its also right on the water, providing excellent views. The trade winds keep it consistently cool compared to other spots. We stayed in Kihei for years until we discovered the Banyans, and we have been staying there ever since. Its the Maui experience we always wanted.

Good experience! The appartament (Maalea Banyans 209) is amazing, quiet, new furnishment, well decoreted, unforgettable ocean and island view from the lanai, jacuzzi, bbq. Maalea is a strategic place to reach all the beste place in Maui. With the Agency (Maui Beachfront Rentals) we didnt meet directy cause there was a self check in, but everything were ok, and inside the appartment all the instructions are easy defined in a book. Altought, we didnt like that, after ending booking process, we found in the invoice about 80 dollars more than the final booking price showed on website, for insurance (50 dollars) and international payment commission (30 dollars).

I rented a unit right on the ocean for my father thru Maui Beachfront Rentals, and I will just tell you, they made the booking process fast, comprehensible, and very pleasant. Their staff even shared with me their favorite things to do here on the island. Defiantly felt better about the arrangements I made for dad, knowing I had booked thru a company that I could speak to a Maui resident on the phone, instead of a big corporation based in some far off land.

We loved our recent stay at The Whaler #456. This condo is in the perfect spot with a stunning view along the coastline to Black Rock which has lovely calm water in which to swim. The condo itself is nicely furnished, has everything one would need for a stay, clean and updated. The Whaler is wonderfully situated right next to Whaler’s Village - so shops and restaurants right on your doorstep with a short drive to the grocery store and the town of Lahaina. The Whaler complex is beautifully kept, the grounds neat and tidy and a lovely koi pond where the kiddies can feed the fish every morning. The pool is right on the beach front, nothing fancy but sufficient if you’re not into waterfalls, slides and grotto’s etc. which some of the beachfront hotels boast of! The balconies are large, #456 has a couple of lounger chairs, a large dining table and regular chairs - so a great place to spend some “downtime.” We took Grandma a couple of years ago and she was happy to sit out there and people watch - as always a lot going on and she didn’t feel left alone when we all went swimming or on an outing. We will definitely be back next year!

Our family used Maui Beachfront Rentals to rent on Napili Bay beach and we were happy with our condo. We couldnt get my mother to leave the beach to go anywhere else she loved it so much. We told them we didnt have much for a budget and they worked with us on pricing. Michelle was great to work with and she knew her stuff! She checked on us after we arrived and made sure we knew how to reach them if we needed anything. The condo was clean (and Im clean freak!) not fancy, but had everything we needed and loved the location right on the beach. We stopped by their office on our way back to the airport and met Michelle and the rest of the crew..down to earth people. Saving for the next visit and will use them again.

We love the view, the beach, and the location near shopping. Would love to come back.

We love the location of this condo because it is on the 5th floor and gives a beautiful view of the beach and nearby Lanai. It far enough above and beyond the pool area as to be quieter in the evening and is in general a great condo as we have stayed there 3 years in a row and have booked it again for the 4th next October.

The resort itself was very nice but I am disappointed that my first day there I was awoken by jackhammers and dump trucks, even up until the week before leaving we were told you can walk right out to the beach! When in reality the entire beach was torn apart for major construction. Under normal circumstances Im sure this place lives up to its 4.5 star rating but I think it is garbage that they neglected to tell customers about major renovations.

GIRLS TRIP x5......My experience with MBR was flawless, I do not say this lightly, after years of experience renting thru previous rental agencies all over the United States I give credit where credit is due . Cleanliness of unit 243 was outstanding. I am very picky as to where I lay my head at night in fact I usually take my own sheets, which I did in my carry on. However I only used my pillow cases. All of the bedding was crisp, clean and smelled like downy. After a long 15 hr flight and a 5 hr time difference we were all exhausted, but all of us rested extremely well on the comfortable mattress’s and clean bedding . Kitchen “starter supplies” was nice to have. At 1a.m we were shuttled from airport, of course was not able to stop for supplies. We were dreading our first morning in Maui with no coffee on our lanais, but a full package of coffee was waiting. All of us ladies say thank you very much, ( myself,2 daughters,2 granddaughters 16yo). On site is a tiki restaurant, we had breakfast, ( outstanding, highly recommend, ask for Liza she gave us a lot of tourist info that was spot on) Sit ....to make our plans for the first day and was on our way . I could go on and on, but bottom line is Maui Beachfront Rentals had a great deal to do with how smooth our girls trip went. This was a once in a lifetime trip for all of us,after a tough 2 years and my husband/ girls daddy / and pawpaw, passing away Dec 2018, this was a much needed BITTER SWEET vacation. MBR helped to take a lot of typical vacation rental stress to a minimum and it was greatly appreciated. A short walk to the beach, golf right outside your lanai, a pool just steps away, twilight scuba trips at Balck Rock just below, visiting the quarter-acre banyan tree in Lahaina, shopping just a 5-minute walk...there was so much to do...8 days wasnt enough. Plenty of room inside and out for 6 of us to gather.

We recently stayed at the Kaanapali Alii for 6 days. The room was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The location couldnt have been more perfect. We were not too far from zip lining, snorkeling, or shopping. The resort was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I used to this company to rent a wonderful condo at the Whaler Resort this summer and I wanted to leave a review to show our thanks. We were very impressed by the Maui Beachfront Rentals. Booking was made simple and easy, and the same was true for checking in (they were even able to get us a discount on our airline tickets). The unit itself exceeded our expectations. Its kept very clean. The furniture and carpet seemed newer. It was nice to not have to go without the amenities of home, including high speed wifi, which came in very handy as I had a work emergency while on our trip, and needed a stable internet connection. The Resort was also great. The staff there was very helpful when we had questions, needed help. Overall I highly recommend using this company should you go to Maui. Theyre top notch all the way!

This review is for Napili Gardens Suite #1 (please note that Maui Beachfront Rentals were very professional and timely in their service. This review reflects only the property we stayed at).First the positives - as far as location goes, you are steps away from one of the best beaches for snorkeling/swimming on the island. You are also a short walk away from the Kapalua Coastal Trail. The only thing that could make it better would be if it was directly on the ocean/had view of the water. The property is also gated, which is nice for added security. Note that the provided garage code is what will open the gate (this wasn’t mentioned in the directions letter). The price is also half of the cost of what you would pay at the neighboring condos.However, the overall lack of attention to detail with the interior was off putting which is unfortunate because this place has such great bones to it. We observed other units in Napili Gardens to be updated and in much better condition. The interior is straight out of the early 90s and it appears no updates have been done since. Cleanliness was also a problem. When we first walked in we had to crack all the windows so the damp/musty smell of the living room carpet would dissipate. The quality of the other carpets were also quite dirty and in need of a good steam clean. Insects had collected in the bathroom lighting. The top bed sheets smelled like they were out of a dingy motel. We also had a kitchen cabinet fall right off the hinge, which had been super glued instead of nailed in. Kitchen cabinets didn’t close properly. The bath tub in the upstairs bathroom had a sliding glass door that was in poor repair, resulting in sharing the master bathroom to avoid it. A major issue for us was the fridge. When we arrived (after making a huge and expensive run to Costco) there was a sign on the fridge indicating that we must put meat in the freezer as the fridge temperature will not be at a safe temperature for a minimum of 12 hrs once food is put inside of it. Ridiculous. Replace the fridge.This property is so close to being great with some fixes to the issues noted above. We will be looking elsewhere when we return to Maui in the future.

We recently enjoyed out stay at Kahana Villa E-704. The view is wonderful. The condo was spacious and as pictured. Two bedrooms and two full baths really helped to our family with getting ready each morning. We also made use of the spacious kitchen to prepare breakfast each morning and picnic lunches for the beach. We swam in the pool several times. It was nice and warm. The hot tub was nice and warm. We did experience a few little glitches which were mostly resolved. One night there was a nice rain and the wall and floor in the second bedroom flooded. It was quite a good amount of water and we were worried. We called the emergency number provided by Maui Beachfront Rentals and the lady we talked to said thats a known problem from southern rains. She said to place towels by the water and more would be delivered the next day but we didnt see any new towels. I observed some water damage by both air conditioners in each bedroom and I fear their setup could be problematic. The other issue which was more than an annoyance than anything was the design of the master shower. The master bath is pretty but the shower has a tiny glass partition and water goes everywhere. We used towels to mop up the puddles made after each shower. These two issues were not deal breakers, though. For the price point this is a great condo and I would rent it again for my family.

Kahana Villas - E704 was great! Its all about location, location, location. We were close to Kapalua Bay for great snorkeling and Fleming Beach for great waves. Lahaina was only 10 minutes away for a stroll through the town and easy access to the ports for more snorkeling adventures. There were 5 adults in our party and E704 met all our expectations for comfort, cleanliness and a beautiful view of the ocean. With over 20 years experience in timeshare trading, I booked with Maui Beachfront Rentals in order to guarantee that we would get the week we wanted as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. And, a washer/dryer in our rental is always a plus for busy families. Everything went smoothly without one problem. We plan to do the same with Maui Beachfront Rentals in the future.

We used this company for our trip to Maui in June and we were happy with our condo and its location in town. We stayed at the Aina Nalu because we didnt want to rent a car and weve been to Maui before several times and did the Hana and volcano trip. The place was nice, clean, but no ocean-views (we kind of missed that), but the price was too good to pass up. The people at Maui Beachfront Rentals were very helpful to us in finding the right condo and helped us with suggestions on things we could do with my mom who has limited mobility. Their office was just a few minutes from the place we stayed at which made us feel good to know they were close by. We would use them again.

What a fabulous trip to Maui and one more thing accomplished on our Bucket List. Thanks in large part to Maui Beachfront Rentals (MBR). We walked in and immediately felt the comforts of home, the elegance of a resort and a view that took our breath away. We will go back to Maui with friends - this for sure. And also for sure will be that we stay at MBR. Thank you so much for making our trip a beautiful experience and a memory that will remain forever!

We stayed at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach beginnjng on January 18th. We loved loved loved this place! The grounds are impeccable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we checked in on the evening January 18th, we were greeted by two of the nicest staff members. They took the time to share some of their favorite places and asked about our plans for the next week. Our condo was fabulous. We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and although it was more than we are used to spending, it was comparable to others in the area and worth everything we spent. The unit itself was a perfect location and very clean and updated. The unit was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and was big for 4 people. In our unit we had access to laundry facilities, beach chairs and boogie boards which was a bonus. Our favorite parts of our stay was the great beach right outside our condo, and it’s proximity to some of the best restaurants and shops at the Whaler Village! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend the Whaler!

We loved our stay at the Royal Kahana. we were in #703. The Studio Suite afforded us a beautiful view of the ocean from the Bed!! What a great way to wake up! The Studio had a good set up in the kitchen to take care of ones cooking needs. Pots, pans plates cutlery including some decent knives. A selection of handy items such as plastic wrap and basic spices left by previous guests was a welcome bonus. We left behind some foil for the next lucky visitor. The in-suit laundry is a super bonus....after a wet day in the surf. We found snorkel gear for two, a boogie board, an umbrella and I think a couple of beach chairs too! The amenities were decent. Small but cozy pool area and a nice grassy area with plenty of sun chairs to catch a few rays....the keyless entry made going in and out a breeze.Many of the beach areas are subject to erosion on Maui as was the one outside the condo, so a bit if a steep decsent into the surf.Chip, The Concierge on property hooked us up with a great price for car rental...better than online and spent a good deal of time aclimating us to the island and areas activities.This property is very well located with the #28 bus stop steps away. A $4 Day pass takes you in any direction to the popular napili bay, kapalua and kaanapali beaches, farmers market and shopping centers for groceries and gifts are also right on the bus line. One can go all the way to Lahaina.Just across the street is Whalers Convenience Store...with a good selection of fresh packaged and frozen foods as well as liquid elixers for all ages...They even had a great sale on Macadamia nuts!!The Maui Beachfront Rentals staff was stellar. Right from the start. We were subject to an online vacation rental scam and Michelle the manager was so very helpful and caring and set us up with this place at a great price. while at the condo, a couple of issues needed attending and the MBR Staff were very quick to respond and take care of things asap. We felt well taken care of.We highly recommend this place. Reasonable prices and nicely situated away from the tourist crowd if thats what you are looking for.Aloha! Have a great trip!

We rented unit 159 at the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach, Dec. 8-18. Although the weather wasnt the greatest (lots of strong wind), we had a wonderful time. The condo is comfortable and close to the beach. Being ground floor the launi was excellent! It is noisy, as it borders the Hula Grill. Morning deliveries can be noisy. They had also dug up the landscaping and trees which was noisy. My husband was amused by the workers, watching them with their equipment.The condo itself was nice, although a little dated, especially for the price. The staff is great at the Whaler, friendly and helpful. Our adult daughter slept on the hide a bed and it wasnt very comfortable. The bed in the master was great, and very comfy. My comments are for constructive use. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you need. It could use some more storage containers. We shopped at Costco when leaving the airport, but stopped at Walmart for smaller items. It was not the best. I suggest the Safeway in Lahina or the Times in Kapalua. We cooked some delicious meals at the condo, played a lot of cards, and spent a lot of time in the sun. Lights on the launi would be nice, we could have ate dinner or played cards out there!Thanks for a great vacation.

Unit 205 is agreat locat ion looking out over Napili Bay. It is right on the beach, and one could not ask for a better location. The unit is quite nice, although the range is a little dated. The refer was new, however. There are only four plates and bowls in the unit, which is okay, but with no diswasher, we had to wsah dishes betwen each meal. Also, it would be nice to have some cookware that could go into the microwave. The trundle bed was super soft, and would not be good for anyone with bsack problems, but for kids would be great.Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of stoarge for clothes. The lanai had 2 beach umbrellas, a couple of chairs and boogie boards and snorkel equipment, and we left two beach loungers on the lanai, which we hope will be there when we return next Oct.The room is a great value for the money, While the complex has no swimming pool, we swam in the ocean everyday. Lots of turtles in the bay along with a fair number of fish to see. The complex is very quiet, and has a wonderful barbeque area.We would highly recommend this unit for couples, perhaps with small kids. It is a studio unit. We were weell pleased with it, and we found the people at Maui Beachfront rentals to be more than helpful!Sincerely,Gerald Montgomery

Not to mention, during whaleseaon you can watch the mother whales with their babies, teaching thembehaviors. So fun! From the lanai, you can see miles of Maalaea Bay and across the Bay Isthe south shore and the majestic Haleakala with moon rises and cloud formations thatchange all the time. Unit #315 is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need.My husband Rory and i had a relaxed, enjoyable fun time, while we were there.We had our little three year old grand daughter visit us, and we watched theturtles come right up to the shoreline to feed on the seaweed. We will return toMaalaea Banyans unit #315 again, and enjoy another wonderful stay!Mahalo
