This is the first negative review I have ever written. Last time I visited this place I arrived and was seated and started immediately. Half way through my service, some people walked in who had appointments, my service was stopped so they could start the women who made appointments. I thought this was strange. I couldn’t leave because my nails were half done. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to finish my nails. So today I made an appointment for my lunch break and was ignored for 30 minutes. I just got up and left because I couldn’t waste any more time. I thought making an appointment meant that I would not have to wait but this is not the case. Safe to say I will not be returning here.

I highly recommend Color Nails Club!!!......Amend original post...its 3 weeks later and it was obvious The nail tech was most likely not license and extremely inexperienced my hands hurt after the visit today how upsetting this was my favorite go to place not anymore

I use to LOVE this place, but today I went in NOBODY acknowledged me which was odd because they are usually friendly. When I tried to get their attention the one I was talking to ignored me and someone else lifted their head I asked how long was the wait I was told awhile. I go on to ask do you know about how long or a time from she said oh idk with the most nastiest attitude. I will never return there again.

Definitely the BEST salon n Lafayette by far! The techs & staff were so accommodating for not only myself but for my grandmother who is 84 and in a wheelchair. They ALWAYS do an AMAZING JOB! ❤ ❤ ❤ THEM! THANKS AGAIN LADIES!

My big toe was cut during pedicure and is now infected. The least they could have done was offer not to charge me. They couldn’t stop the bleeding but kept trying with this blue solution. Very painful.

I scheduled an appointment and they was not on time to see me. I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes before I was seen. One of the workers was very rude and she hollered whose next several times with an attitude.

Outstanding work and service. They have all the latest colors and techniques working. I am very satisfied with my nails every time I visit.

Love this salon! They pay attention to detail every time I go! Never disappointed! A little more expensive than other places but worth the price!

They do very good work, I went in about 45 minutes before they closed and they did a perfect job on my nails. It was the first time I’ve tried acrylic ombré nails and I loved it! I would highly recommend going here. The service was fast and I was very satisfied with my nails:)

Their attention to detail is impeccable. You may have to wait, but it is so worth it. They take pride in their work! I’ve been coming here for months.

Best place in lafayette. Super nice staff, every nail tech is exceptional (which is rare at nail shops. Usually one person is only good in one area of work) They really know what they’re doing. My shape is always perfect, acrylic even, and polish job is always beautiful. I moved to new orleans recently and sometimes i still hold out on my refills until i visit lafayette just so this place can get me right. I love Color!

Been going here for a few months, service has changed tremendously! Although I do like the work on my nails, the customer service is horrible and unacceptable! The last few times I’ve been in there, I’ve been ignored. Others who come after Dana the owner will skip me and service someone else. When I address it, she’ll say well the other tech is finishing up. If I’m next, that is who you service. Last night was the worse. I was charged additional for my length when I normally get longer. When I asked the nail tech lily why is it more than usual. She didn’t answer so I asked could she asked Dana if it was an error or maybe new prices. Dana comes and she’s like that’s the price and storms off. I’m literally in the middle of talking and she walks off. I paid and went meet her near the pedicure chair and I ask her in a nice tone is there an issue bc the last few times I’ve noticed she’ll ignore me when I’ll ask about services. She tells me well it’s rude to come talk to you while I’m with someone. Mind you in the past, she has ALWAYS spoke to others while servicing me. Then she tells me like now. You come over here while I’m with someone. I’m talking to you and it’s rude to my customer. I ask her well am I not a paying customer as well?! She just looks at me say it’s rude! I walk away, get in my car and watch her through the window, doing body gestures clearly talking about me. Well how rude and unprofessional is that?! When they first opened services were a lot better! Now it’s like they pick and choose, who they want to service with respect. You will see a decrease in service, bc I will let everyone I know how rude Dana has been on multiple occasions and not only didn’t apologize but justify that kind of behavior. Gave 1 star bc I had to, order to leave a review.

Long wait, but overall amazing nail techs and inexpensive!
