They were so nice and wonderful. I got a signature pedicure and paid $45. It was well worth it, they do a foot mask. I chose the green tea and honey, it smelled wonderful.Very nice and cheerful. I will be coming back without a doubt.

Lee and Joe do my nails most often and I always enjoy it. I love the color selection and the new types of polish they get in. I usually try something new each time. Pedicures are my favorite and you get a full service for what you pay. If you’re feeling adventurous you should ask for the “apple sauce” type of pedicure. It fills the tub with a great fragrance and feels weird but in a good way. Everyone there is super sweet.

Always professional and treat you like family. My wife and her family go there and are always amazed with the outcome. Quality of product and professionalism will always make her come back. Great job Spring Nails!!!!!!

Do not expect much from this business. Although they are nice for the most part, they specialize in low quality work and don’t strive to satisfy anyone other than the same regulars who are used to their tacky art. I walked away with poorly done, bubbled, uneven, and extremely curved nails and when I complained, I was invited back to have it fixed, but was accused of being rude and talked down to for the entire experience. If you are looking for a place that is up to today’s trends or is capable of doing anything other than basic nails do not go here.

I have been to many different nail salons in lafayette and Spring nails has been the best so far. Its super affordable and such professional work. This will be my go to pedicure place from now on!

I was there at 5 and they vlose at 630. The guy rushed through my nails, my nails arent even at all, and the cuticles didnt even get the care they needed. I will not be going back to this salon.

I called for an appointment for my son and I to receive two basic pedicures and acrylics for myself, at 11:15am on a Friday. I’m 30 minutes away and was told they had immediate availability, so we went straight there. My son and I arrive there at 12:15pm. We waited 45 minutes before our pedicures were started. We did not leave there until 4:20pm for two basic pedicures and one set of acrylics. Very nice staff and fun, but there was no reason we should have been there as long as we were. It was apparent to me upon arriving that there was not immediate availability. While waiting to have my nails done there were several ladies who came in after me that were taken care of first.

Got my nails done and 2 days later the polish is coming off and it’s gel polish and I’m missing 3 nails will never go back and I tipped the guy wish I could get that back they suck don’t go here!!!

They werent that bad. They were nice people. They gave me what I wanted but. There were a few nails that were crooked and they were slightly bumpy. They didnt cute my cuticle or sand down my nails so they were even and they were too thick

Ive been here several times, however I wont go back. Two weeks ago I went in for gel nails with a very close friend. We each gel nails done. Three days after my nails were done : / manicure, one of the nails came completely off. I went back in on day four and the one nail was re-done. At two weeks 6 other gel nails have completely came off! I went in and was told that gel nails only last two weeks my friends nails still look great, shes had growth but no peeling of the gel coat of any of her nails. Having had my nails done many times, and having them last 3 to 4 weeks, this was without doubt a disappointment! When I went in (with my receipt) I was told gel nails only last 2 weeks. I will be visiting another salon next time...

I stopped in on a Saturday morning on a whim. I have used the same tech for years, but recently moved to the area and discovered that no one uses the product that Ive been using. I decided to give the powder fill a try and I am not disappointed! Annie did a beautiful job on my nails, although the guh who painted them afterward was a little sloppy, hence the 4 star rating. I will go back, though. Very reasonable prices and its obviously a popular place! I was a walk in, no waiting.Tons of color choices, too!

Never had a full set started here but always go here for fills. Probably one of the cheapest places around Lafayette ($25 for fill with gel). I posted a pic, the blue silver and gray nails. Always so friendly and usually get seated as soon as I sign in. Love this place!

Such varying quality. My mom got her nails done here and they were perfect, and she was so happy. We went Tuesday and we hate them. She has all different lengths and they arent straight. My girl didnt get close to the cuticle at all so I look like its been a week. Its just too risky to go and hope youll be there on a good day.

TERRIBLE. I went in for a mani/pedi and my pedicure was GREAT! But my manicure was horrible. She cut my nails way too short and I asked her to fix them and she wouldn’t! And she didn’t even buff my nails, trim my cuticles or give me a hand massage afterwards. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU $40 FOR?! Will not be going back.

There was paint outside the lines my full set nails are glued on crooked and they dont even fit my nails! My nails looked like they were growing out immediately after getting them done she didnt even touch my cuticles.I have never even had a bad nail experience until I came to this place! I would go ANYWHERE but here!!My nails dont even look this bad if I do them myself for free!

I have been going to Spring Nails for almost 3 years now. Prior to them I tried several other salons in this area, none made me feel as welcomed. They have a huge variety of different gels, and they have one nail assistant that is amazing with designs. I agree that there have been a few times I felt rushed, or the tech has a bad day and didnt get it done right, but lets be honest, that can happen everywhere, especially when you show up on a Friday or Saturday during the busy times. I find if I make an appointment during the week or go in the morning on the weekend your fine. If I do get a bad nail, I will either keep them and let him know next time, or Come in when he isnt busy and have him fix them and he has done it always for free.I have 3 daughters and 3 friends so far that go there and have always felt at ease, able to get what I want and great customer service, especially if I have issues, concerns or whatever! I even had a gift certificate that was over a year old he accepted for me! I recommend them to anyone.

Moved to Lafayette from north side of Indy - visited salon on 10/1. Very clean, good selection of gel color, quiet atmosphere, very happy with my nails and artwork, and price is in-line with what I was paying in Indy. Looking forward to my next visit to Spring Nails.

They cut my nails and gave me acrylics when I specifically said (and wrote) that I wanted a regular manicure! Not only that, but the acrylics I got were put on too thick and crooked. Not going back.

Horrible service. The owner was on his phone making calls. Hurt one finger then made another one bleed. Then tried to tell me I did it when I washed my hands. My nails look awful and theyre all crooked. Extremely unhappy and will not revisit the Little Shop of Horrors.

I went to this nail salon because it was recommended by a few reviews. Big mistake.I brought a photo of what I wanted -- sport length full set of acrylic nails with a thin airbrush lace French tip. I was assured that the tech, Trang, could do it. This was my wedding manicure!First, she wouldnt cut them down short enough; took three attempts before she got them to the length that I wanted.Next, she really gooped on the acrylic -- these were the thickest nails Id ever seen; nearly bubble nails. I kept telling her that they were too thick, but she would barely shave them down and ended up skinning my fingers at the nail beds twice.When she started applying gel polish, I asked her for the airbrush. She told me that they didnt airbrush. I was getting mad.She made thick, super deep arched, stark white tips that I repeatedly asked her to fix, but she seemed incapable. She just kept doing the same thing over and over. I told her that the nails looked bad and nowhere near the natural look in the photo that I showed her. Her remedy was to paint on a sparkly pink polish over the mess.She then went to work on the design that I wanted. Not the thin lace French tips I wanted on each nail, but a white flower on my ring fingers only highlighted with silver glitter. No amount of trying to get her to understand that this was NOT what I wanted seemed to get through to her.I paid $40 for the ugliest, thickest, disappointing manicure ever. I will never return to their salon and will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Horrible costumer service and very unclean/rundown facility. My usual nail salon was crazy packed this morning. So I came here to just get my acrylics removed, I left there still having acrylic on most of my nails. Very disappointed.

They were in such a rush to get my nails done to get to the next person that he had his daughter or some young girl paint my nails. They looked horrible. Ill never go back.
