I got a facial and pedicure. I am fairly particular about my facials and this one was fantastic. I loved the the way my skin looked and felt after. The products smell wonderful and the overall experience was very relaxing. I would highly recommend!

I wanted to love this place, but my waxing results were not good. I have been getting waxed for over 15 years and am well versed in before and aftercare procedures. However, I have never experienced so many issues after a wax.Pros: the staff was friendly, and the premises were clean and inviting. Booking was easy.Cons: I think this is a combination of the wax and technique is the issue. The wax was very sticky and did not dry firmly; the estheticians gloves were getting stuck together throughout the process. Since the wax never hardens appropriately, she couldnt get a smooth pull. Since she struggled to grip the wax, she could not keep my skin pulled taunted enough while she was removing it. Double whammy, ouch! I was left with bruises, follicle bumps, and several ingrown hairs. Since the wax didnt adhere well, many hairs were missed making the service feel incomplete.This is a cute place and I hope their nail services are better; but I cant recommend the waxing services.

I had a lam and brow tint here with Savannah! She was so sweet and professional. My eyebrows have ever been really light and hard to shape. My new brows are thick and shaped beautifully! The Ten Spots owner, Brenda really cares about the quality and cleanliness of the salon!

I went in for a very basic mani/pedi. The staff and owner are very friendly, accommodating and respectful. The nail technician was very competent and gentle. I loved that she didnt constantly talk while working on my nails.

Had a fantastic first experience here! Kayla was so friendly, quick, and efficient. If I could have a wax that was as pain free as possible, I would say this was it! I felt completely at ease and welcomed from the moment I walked in to when I left. I will definitely be coming back!

I had the brow tint and wax by Izzy. Fabulous! I am an older client and have not had a brow treatment before so I was a little hesitant. It made a world of difference. It colored the grey hairs and gave me an overall more youthful appearance. So happy that I went to Ten Spot. I will say that it may take a couple hours for you to get used to your new coifed brows if this is your first time. It is just a bit of a change. However, I asked several of my friends and they said that they did not really notice that I had my brows tinted, just that I look better. Yeah!

The Ten Spot is always very professional and clean. I always enjoy going as the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had several facilas, which I love. I had the waxing service, underarm, bikini and lower leg. All was pretty good, except I hate it when you get waxed and the first thing you notice when you are on the beach for the first time is a strip of hair that was missed. A little better attention to detail was needed in this instance, but usually great service, attention and atmosphere.

I truly wish I had better things to say, as I had SUCH high hopes from seeing other reviews! First of all, the PROS: The salon was well organized and designed. There is a lot of space for services to be performed and it seems like they offer everything. There is a littler retail section at the front and although I didnt need anything, they carried high quality products I have seen offered other great places. Check-in and check-out was easy and fully masked. CONS: I have been waxing for about 20 years and have never had so much discomfort, blood blistering, or lack of discussion about what I wanted. It took appx. 3 days for my resultant blood blistering (maybe its actually dark bruising?) to disappear. I knew something was wrong when my esthetician didnt pull skin taut in one waxing area, and then it hurt very, very badly. Ive had much more extreme (if you will) waxing done, and this was the most painful and most wounding. My estheticians bed side manner was just fine, but she seemed unaware of what kind of attention may be needed with waxing both in terms of technique and discussion. Once she moved to my brows, we did not discuss AT ALL what shape I like/typically have/would like to see/felt good about. She didnt even say something like Ok, now I will wax your brows. I was still covered in a courtesy towel below the belt and all she did was start waxing at my brows. She was aware of her suddenness as she did say Oh sorry... when I startled a little from feeling the wax on my face suddenly. My brows look fine, but they are no where near how I usually have them done (a natural, full shape). They are thin and straighter (similar to my brows... in middle school). She handed me a mirror at the end, as is typical, but what do you say at that point? I want my eyebrows back? They are symmetrical. There were only 3-5 stray hairs I tweezed once I got home. There werent blood blisters on my face... but this was just such a different experience than I expected and have come to expect after years of waxing. I do hope that this business can provide more guidance/training/follow-up with their estheticians as there seems to be a great deal of potential. For now, however, I cant recommend this business for anything but some retail shopping at the store front.

The physical space is bright modern and clean. The attitude of each staff person is happy friendly, kind and helpful. The nail tec was engaging and took her time. She was careful that the polish on my nails and toes was perfect.Best mani pedi experience ever, and Im old so that says ALOT!

I was extremely impressed with this new salon and welcome it with open arms. It may be a few more dollars than what I am used to paying but in the end dont you get what you pay for? My nails were singing after my manicure. Finally a salon that soaks your nails in warm water and a nail tech that doesnt rush through but really takes the time and care. Cleaning the cuticles with perfect precision and getting them back to where they belong. I havent had an experience like this in over twenty years. I decided to book a lash lift and tint as a birthday present to myself. I was very excited, but unfortunately I walked out with my lashes not looking at all lifted. Very disappointed. I didn’t know what to say. $115 later and no change. A huge disappointment :(On a positive note, the staff was very nice and the establishment was very clean and well designed. The booking processing is also very easy.
