Upon initial entrance of the facility, the smell was a bit overwhelming, but the staff at this facility were were hospitable in their treatment of their customers. The pedicure was nice, though there was some lack in their communication skills, it didnt hinder their work or drive to do a thorough job.The lady spent a long hour on my nails, taking proper care to mend the pain and/or bleeding that the ingrown nails had caused me; there was no judgement nor harshness in their treatment during my visit. Truly, it was an experience to be sure. I dont know how they treat fingers and nails during a manicure, so I cant offer an insight on that aspect of nailcare, but as far as pedicures go, this place is decent for the price.(Side note, didnt get a toenail coloring either, so that was left out of my rating as well.)

Great if all you need is a basic pedicure, full set or overlay. This place works for me who just want to relax and get the standard nail for my profession. I did not give it 5 stars because the prices are inconsistent. I have noticed on several occasions the prices fluctuate for the same services between $5 and $10.

Johnny did my nails. Normally he is fantastic but he charged me over $50 for these nails... zoom in and youll see exactly what Im talkin about. All of the nails were supposed to be ombre. But in my opinion that is not $50 worth of work!

Owner Katie is not professional. She doesnt know how to shape, gel polish chips and peels off & she doesnt take ownership nor does she fix it. She is always missing out the shop. Very unprofessional.

I never leave reviews... this is actually my first bad review to ever do. It took my friend and I two hours to get dip. Not to mention, my friend needed funny bunny for a wedding and the color they put on her is not funny bunny. She was ok with it though. She just told them she needed the same color on her toes. Well... they put a completely different color on her toes. My nails are uneven and you can see through the dip powder because they didn’t dip them enough times. I posted pictures of both of our nails. I have never had such a bad experience. They were very nice, but had no idea what they were doing. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Took us over 4 hours and after seeing how badly they did my friends nails i didn’t get mine done. the lady would not listen to what she wanted and the polish was bad

I would give them 0 stars but you have to choose one got a full set Friday thwy look like they have been on for 2 weeks didnt push my cuticles back the nails Polish job and designs look like 2 year old nice done it which she may have done a better job the la happy nails never ever again will I waste a dime in this place terrible just terrible. Plus I go back to have them fixed and they do an even crappies job just horrible horrible horrible.

I went there for the 1st time last Saturday& omg NEVER will I go again & absolutely advising anyone else if yall want yall nails done right, especially doing solar nails cost $30 ..She filed my nails crooked, I kept informing her the worse it got,,I was so mad about my nails then on Tuesday my Pinky nail breaks on & middle finger nail cracks,then on Thursday my pointer finger nail breaks oh & this is my right hand, well this morning my left thumb nail breaks @ the corner !!!!!!!Omg Ive been doing my nails 22yrs.& never have I experienced this type of b/s...So I advise ppl.that knows what & how nails supposed to be done DO NOT GO @ THOS PLACE !!!!! HORRIBLE,😝😲😤😦😡😡
