I would not recommend if you are used to a relaxing and cute pedicure. I came in from out of town and I needed a pedicure I normally go to king j but I did not have time to drive far.instead of saying they did not have enough time the woman rushed through my pedicure. I literally was in the chair for less than 15min and she only put one coat of polish. $30 and my feet look like my 5 year old painted them and my feet is dryer than they were when I went. Lessened learned for now on I’m going to make the time to go to king j.

Covid safety precautions are followed completely, the staff is friendly, and they do awesome work for very reasonable prices!

I made an appointment and when I got there- they were closed!!! No phone call to let me know they were closing earlier and to reschedule. who does that! Very poor customer service!!! Will NEVER go back!!! Very disappointed. I guess they don’t need my business!!!

Van is great with pedicures. However, she pass me off to another lady to do my manicure and she was awful. I haven’t done a mani/pedi since March 2020, Covid-19. This older women didn’t even cut my cuticles. I know after having a mani since March “plenty dead & dry cuticles “. They are still dry and she soak my hands in warm water only. Please don’t ruin your business this lady needs to do her job.

Clean environment. Friendly staff welcomes you at the door. The salon was buzzing but the staff took time to greet me. The gentleman who performed my service was gentle, patient and skilled. Did not feel rushed.

The staff was nice but my pedicure was a disappointment. Every single toe is a different shape and size. Every time I get a pedicure my feet are soft and smooth on the bottom. NOT this time. I spent more time waiting and soaking than the actual pedicure. There was a time when she was not even looking at my feet while she was doing my pedicure. Paint job is sloppy, and not worth $26. Will not be going back. It’s in a convenient location but it’s sad that there is no pride in their work.

They were great, I had a wedding to be at by 6:00 pm I got there at 3:30 and was out at 4:30 nails and toes done!! Fabulous!!!

First time customer. Had a horrible experience. Went there for a full acrylic set and gel polish. First person doing my nails didnt know how to polish. Had to tell her numerous times to polish the sides . When I was done I noticed two nails were messed up. One was a weird shape and the other was a numb and wasnt the same length with the others. I went back inside and told Mary about it who apparently runs the shop. She said she would fix it. She said it would take forever to soak off the nail so she said she would add acrylic to it to make it longer. Now keep in mind my nails are square but she shaped it round with the acrylic and when filed it to shape it It was narrow square while all my other nails are wide square. Doesnt match at all and the other nail that was a weird shape they really didnt do anything with but re-polish and once again this Chick that polished it didnt polish it on the sides either and was very unprofessional and was on her cell constantly talking about her boyfriend. I mean cmon now. I spent $36 for this full set to not be pleased and will have to end up going somewhere to take off all the nails and do over. Seems like no one at this shop knows how to do nails correctly or polish. Mary never checked back with me to see if I was pleased with the correction or anything. Seems like she didnt care either way. This set wasnt worth $36 yet alone $20 for that matter. Then when I was leaving the girl said since I got a glitter polish it disguised the nails. How crazy is that? Meaning that it covers the horrible job you guys did. A mess! Would never go back there. Really want a refund because thats ridiculous!

Van has been doing my nails for years. Perfect and fast every time

I went Friday to do my nails, and one of my nails broke off. So I went back Saturday to fix my nails and she charged me 16 dollars. I paid a total of 36 dollars. Sunday another one of my nails broke, she told me it would be an additional 14 dollars to fix my nails. I recommend not to go here because they dont put enough acrylic and your nails wont last a week!

After signing in and waiting for an hour for a gel polish refill, the technicians skipped over me and started refilling the lady that came in 45 minutes after me. Very irritating especially after waiting for an hour! Why have a sign in book if the staff does not bother to use it! I definitely will not be returning.

Very nice woman. Did not take long to be serviced. Very nice and cordial throughout the experience.

Poor service communication. I requested a refill $12 and nail repair $2 per nail. I had 3 nails that needed to be replaced, this equates 18$, at the end of the transaction she charged 24. 15$ for a refill because of my “nail shape” and 9 instead of 6 for the nail repair. I referred to the sign. Get your prices UPFRONT

It doesnt matter what day or time you go, its always very backed up. They are very short staffed for that salon and location . Plus the acrylic nails never last. They do a very poor job of shaping the nails and make it to where you have to come back after a few days to get a refill . I do not recommend.

Didnt get the idea that it was very clean. Tools were not autoclave, only wiped with alcohol. Wont be going back.

The male person who works there has a tone in his voice that is harsh and threatening. He speaks and addresses customer like hes giving you an order. Not friendly at all.

Awful. Very slow. When they get to you, they rush you. Worst pedicure ever! Didnt even rub lotion in. She scraped the side of my foot with the grater and took a week to recover! Sloppy work!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The women there was very mean and rough. She scraped my nails and made 2 bleed. She told me to dry my nails then left and went on to another person leaving me there for 10 min without coming back. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
