We were on the road going from Morgan City to Sulphur. We discovered a bad tire upon stopping in Lafayette. We looked up this place. They had great customer service and replaced 4 tires on our camper with no problem. Price was decent and service was great! They saved the day!

Had oil changed here befor a long drive and they stripped the oil drain plug without informing me of the issue. Made claim with their insurance and they said vehicle had prior issues and I was informed with inspection sheet to prove they told me. Never seen the inspection sheet at all and it doesnt even have my information on it. Now Im out half a grand for my repairs and am lucky the truck didnt blow up on me on the way home. To all who use their services from here on please make sure you have a fully filled out inspection page befor leaving the property to avoid having the same issue happening to you. Cause apparently they dont even get your vin number or tag number while they have you vehicle. Manager at the time was named MartinTldr: had to pay $500 cause they stripped oil plug and didnt let me know.

I found the shop online and decided to go since it was close and had decent reviews. I was serviced as soon as I arrived (on a Tuesday around 9am) and the staff was so accommodating. Tony there helped me out tremendously, from prices to making sure I got what I needed to taken care of. Just good people doing good honest jobs. I’m definitely making this my one stop for car care needs, they do very well. Ask for Tony!

Got a screw in my tire, so had a plug put in till I could patch it. Went to Tire Choice (they were the 2nd place I went, in the pouring rain) to patch my tire. Tire was still on my car. They took tire off the car & patched the tire & put the tire back on the car. When they were done, the guy was gracious to not charge me for all they did, I was greatful. That was a total blessing. Thanks Tire Choice.

NEVER GO HERE, EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. On Good Friday, I realized that my front driver’s side tire was losing air. After filling my tire with air, I made my way to a trusted tire place only to realize it was Good Friday and they were closed. After a quick google search, I came upon T-Boy’s tire. I drove up, spoke to the man at the counter, and he and another mechanic checked my tire. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched as there were multiple nails in the tire, including one in the side wall (their diagnosis). Additionally, they did not have the tire I needed, but assured me they could retrieve the tire from another location. I left the tire and rim with them overnight and they put my spare on for me for the time being. The next day, I arrive and pay $180 for the tire and leave. NOT ONLY did they carelessly damage my rim because of their sloppy work (this is a brand new car and rim), but they had a field day with the car and removed microchips they had absolutely no business or reason for touching (and just left them on my passenger seat) AND lost my lug-nuts. Instead of replacing them or informing me of this, they assumed I would be so oblivious and stupid that I would not notice that they removed the microchips and one lug-nut from each remaining tire to put on the one they replaced!!! I returned and the (different) guy at the counter said the employees from that day were “out” so he had no idea where to insert my chips the workers had previously removed (mysteriously, he initially spoke to the workers from that day then later told me he couldn’t speak to them). Avoid these sloppy idiots at all costs!

Excellent service, these guys diagnosed a serious steering problem with my vehicle. This steering problem should have been addressed, or at a minimum, brought to my attention by one of the big chain mechanic shops but never was. Tire Choice identified the issue and communicated it with me immediately. Lesson learned. Will never bring my vehicles to any other shop.

BUYER BEWARE: We took the van to T-Boys on Congress to get it aligned. First of all, the sign at the road said they had an alignment special for $59.95. When we called them they said there was no such special or sign. It was apparently at the other location, which didnt even have an alignment rack. Yeah...so that was number 1 strike. Then they told us we couldnt get it aligned because the rack & pinion needed replacing, as well as the lower left control arm. It would cost us $1100 to get this done. So, we took it to OUR mechanic. He checked it out, and there was NOTHING wrong with either part they were claiming needed replacement. Basically, they couldve not done a thing to the van, because the parts were good & charged us as if they did the work making an $1100 profit! I dont recommend anyone going to these people. We also saw on Google that there were a couple other people that had bad experiences with them. This was our first time there, and we will NEVER be back again, I assure you.

I came in to have my lower control arms replaced. They replaced them and then did an alignment for about $330 even though I brought my own parts. Then they told me my rack and pinion also needed to be replaced and it would cost $700. When I asked what was wrong with it, he said it looks bad. Turns out, I can have it replaced for less than $500 and it certainly doesnt have to be replaced any time soon. The day after I got my car back, my alignment was shot. It progressively got worse and I just put it off as maybe the rack and pinion were actually broken. Exactly one week later I brought my car back because of a really terrible noise coming from my front end. MY AXLE IS BROKEN. When I asked them if they messed with my axle to replace the lower control arms, I got a half-ass answer saying: I dont know, maybe, let me go check....no we never touched your axle. It was probably just already going bad when I asked them why they didnt notice my bad axle, they said we didnt do any diagnostic work so it could have been broken before. Tried to charge me another $250 to replace a $50 part that I know they broke.My car has never had any problems before.Lower control arms are just normal wear and tear.Axles dont just break randomly.How did they notice my rack and pinion were bad but not notice a BROKEN AXLE?Or perhaps Im wrong and by pure coincidence, my god damn axle just so happened to break the day after I got my lower control arms fixed.I have no clue how these people sleep at night not being able to own up to their own mistakes. Do not go here unless you want someone to break your car and then charge you an outrageous price to fix their own mistakes.

There is no better place to bring your vehicle! They are very thorough! And whether they can actually do the repairs/work, they still tell you whats wrong or needs to be done! They leave out nothing! Even something as simple as a head light! And their staff is always very pleasant and very helpful, especially MARTIN AND TONY!

3 people with 1 stars? Hmmm and if you read them they make half sense.. Anyway, I brought my truck in for a vac and recharge on the ac, after I did a motor swap. They asked me first hand if I checked my seals on it, and I told them some not much at all, they offered to check them before charging me. I agreed and they were good, so they were going to do the work and then the vac wouldnt work because the high side was messed up, they called me and asked me if I wanted to get it done, I agreed to it, and they did the repair and vac and recharged it and called me back in about an hr after the previous call letting me know everything was good to go. And I havent had not one problem sense then with the ac. And it blows better and colder then the day I bought it. I love it, they were the cheapest in town and did a wonderful job. Im def going to use them for more. Thanks guys! Also they are real nice and respectful.

Ive had a good bit of work done here for a high milage car. They are knowledgeable, honest and fairly proceed when I call around to compare prices.

First, allow me to paint the scenario. My daughter attends the University of Lafayette and is in her freshmen year. We live about two hours away from the campus. My daughter called me and stated that she had hit a curb while she avoided an accident and she noticed that the side wall of the tire was strapped up. She planned on driving home this weekend, and asked if she would be okay driving on the tire that was strapped. Being two hours away and unable to inspect the tire myself, I was afraid that the tire may be damaged more that she realized. She sent me pictures, but I could not determine the extent of the damage.So as a father, my first priority is to make sure that my daughter will be safe. I was concerned if she went into a tire store, they would see that she was a young female, and automatically tell her that she needed to buy tires. I own three businesses in my community, so I contacted my tire company that handles my fleet of vehicles. I was recommended to send my daughter to T-Boys, because one of the service men at the shop I do business with, had worked there and knew the owners.When my daughter arrived at T-Boys, Mr. Tony Mark inspected the tire and assured her that she would not need to replace the tire and that she would be safe driving the vehicle. I cannot express enough, how thankful I am to have a company with honesty and integrity that I can rely upon to insure that my daughter was safe. And on top of that they did not charge her for their inspection.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AAAA+++++RESTED assured T-BOYS will get ALL of my business in the Lafayette area.A BIG THANK !!!!

I have taken 3 different vehicles here in the past 15 years and I have yet to be disappointed. As a matter of fact, I went in to discuss an issue I may be having with the wheel alignment Mr Tony Mark suggested I bring in my vehicle to check the balance of my tires and that he would do it for free to try and save me the $80 on the 4 whelk alignment. Thank god for honest mechanics like Mr Mark.

The quality of work has definitely deteriorated in recent years. Bought a new set of tires on a Saturday morning, pulled up at my house for 11:30 am and by 3 pm that afternoon I had a flat tire...down to the rim. They did attempt to make it right by changing my oil for free.

Will only fix what is broken! Cant beat the prices AND they allow you to order your parts online (which, theyll tell you exactly what you need) and theyll install. Most shops Wont do that because they want to order and Mark up again! Ive never been disappointed.

Do not bring your car to this place. My son brought his Jeep to T-Boys for an oil change and requested that all the fluids be checked because he was taking a road trip to Tampa. After the service was completed, I checked under the hood and only the oil was changed. The brake fluid was dry, windshield compartment was dry, radiator overflow was dry. T-Boys assured my son that the Jeep was ready for a long road trip and even wrote on the ticket a full check of all fluids had been checked and Jeep is ready for a road trip.I am very disappointed but it seems like I am not the only one. They got my money this time, but never again will I ever return to these crooks.Stay away from these guys, not worth your time or money. Dishonest people!

It was so bad. They cant change a tire without something wrong happening. They broke my lug nuts. I dont know how someone does that. And they wont replace their mistake or atleast own up to it. I cant not recommend ever going to them.

Had lift installed on my truck few months back at the congress st location next to the star wash car wash. A few parts were left out of install. Alignment was off horribly, and brought back next day to realign. The yruck alignment again was still off and truck tracked sideways. Once notified about the missing parts management just apologized and left it at that. I ordered them myself from rough country. I personally from experience would not recommend taking a vehicle there for lift install or alignment, other services Im unaware of because I didnt have anything else done. I gave one star due to the truck being actually drivable to another shop where the alignment was corrected.

Called and scheduled an appointment to get my boyfriends rims changed. Show up for the appointment and they tell me they can’t do it even though I explained what we needed over the phone.

Most HONEST auto repair shop in town. Great service. Would never go anywhere else.

Awful service. They take too long and dont communicate with customers. Went for a minor state inspection and instead of them telling me they could not inspect my car they took my 20.00 and put an orange sticker in my window and refuse to give me my old inspection sticker back.

Friendly staff. They did a perfect alignment and pointed out a couple things on my truck that needed attention.

Instead of informing me of the changes needed to pass state inspection they took my $20 and slapped a giant red failed tag like a horrible scarlet letter in its place!!! I had been a loyal customer for years and now this!! The heck with these guys, too many other businesses in town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
