Brad and his crew are the best mechanics I know! Lafayette has plenty of Auto repair shops but none compare to Brad’s! Brad is the most honest shop owner I know. You can feel safe and confident you will not get ripped off. They will do the job the correct way and in a reasonable price! I highly recommend this auto repair shop! I myself drive an hour to Brad’s motor marketplace just to get my vehicles serviced, so you can see how much I value his work and repair shop! They also have someone who speaks Spanish!

Ive been going here on and off for a few years now. Pretty much any time Ive gone somewhere else, Ive regretted it. Be it the owner or an employee Ive always gotten a lot of good customer service, and more importantly, accurate helpful information ontop of good service. Good news or bad news, the communication is top notch, if somethings not worth fixing, theyll tell you, and actually give good advice on various solutions to things if you want to deal with it some other way.

I started going to Brads 6 yrs ago when a dealership quoted me over $1200. to fix something to do w my spark plugs. Brad told me, in short, they were being dishonest. He’s did the work and my total bill was $374. BIG DIFFERENCE! Brads has always been courteous and patient with me. (Single lady 68 yrs old). Brads helped me when times were rough. My motor was locked and ended up needing replaced. They started on Wednesday and finished within a week! That is pretty insane for a motor replacement. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience

Ive been going to Brads for a few years bow whenever I need something done to me vehicle. They are always very friendly and helpful; even showing recorded videos of what they will work on. Their estimates for cost are very accurate and for the first time in my life and estimate they gave me was actually more than my final bill. Brad and his team were able to do the job faster than they estimated and didnt charge me for by dragging it out! All of their prices are listed on their wall and can be helpful to first timers that are unsure how things cost. Very positive experience! The only issue I can find is that due to their popularity, you will almost always have a few days wait to get your car in.

We bought a new car a few years ago and were lured into the dealership for ‘warranty’ service, it was a joke, even simple jobs required multiple visits, and the charges were outrageous. I love and trust these guys with any and all my vehicular needs! They even put a lift kit on my tractor trailer once so i stopped skinning the tread of the tires when i loaded it with rock, wood, or mulch!

I was a little apprehensive to get some warranty work done by this place since Ive never heard anything about them. I searched the internet and found positive reviews on Facebook so I did end up taking my truck in to get fixed. They said they didnt find anything wrong with the truck which I still think there is something somewhat wrong with it, but the good thing is that they didnt overcharge me for taking a look at my truck nor did they say there was something wrong that wasnt. I would definitely take my truck back to them in an instant if the time comes that it needs a repair in the future. Brads is probably one of the most honest repair shops in town.

Heard a ticking from engine when I left work Wednesday, had the oil changed hoping it was just low, not it, tickings still there. Shoot well its a rocker or something on top of head. Called Brads because its close to me and reviews were good. Told them what I was hearing, they got it in Friday, called and said yes its a rocker! Thank goodness! Quoted 2 prices both were reasonable, after the work was done it was below the quoted price YAY! When I picked the truck up on Monday I told Brad, I have to drive that truck to Cincy on Friday, today, and asked if he thought it would be fine. Without hesitation he said no worries at all. Well Ive made it home from that trip with the engine running like a sewing machine! Awesome staff, fair prices, best of all they dont try and upcharge you for stuff you dont need! This is the issue we can fix for x amount! Very pleased I went there and will return in the future if I must! Thank you Brad and staff!

I had a DIY job gone bad on my vehicle. Basically I bought a new car, and the drain plug was stripped. I opted to DIY a new oil pan and gasket. The gasket didnt seat correctly and I broke off a pan bolt.... long story short Brad solved the issue and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Real honest work. Thanks Brads!

I needed to get my 2012 Hyundai Elantra tuned up (it had 75,000 miles on it). Brad got me on their schedule within a couple days and the service was affordable, professional, and timely.
