UPDATE: Jim reached out to me, apologized for the communication issues, and took care of the buffer marks. I took my truck into the shop and he worked on it himself. I told him Id be happy to change my review to 5 stars, and he encouraged me to wait to make sure I was happy with the work once I saw it in the sunlight again. I got the impression that he really stands by his work and would be willing to do whatever it took to give me 5 star service. I appreciate it greatly and will return if I need any dents repaired in the future.I went to JM Dent Repair a few months back and was at first really happy with the work I received. The price was nearly 1/3 of what other places quoted me, and JM did a great job removing the dents. I drove home pretty happy and didnt think much more of it. However, a few weeks down the road, I was walking toward my truck and when the sun was hitting it, I noticed some really prominent marks all over the door panel they worked on. After doing some research, they appear to be buffer trails that I have not been able to get out. When the sun is shining on that side of the truck, it is extremely noticeable. I did call a couple of weeks after that but did not receive a call back, and then followed up with an email down the road. I was busy with work, family, etc. and wasnt going to demand anything months after it happened (I figured I should have caught it sooner and been more proactive about reaching out), but I did send some pics to try to find out what happened and see if anything could be done to remove them. I was disappointed, however, to not hear anything back at all, and I am now stuck with these marks all over the door panel. Again, the dent removal itself was great, but these marks bother me just as much as the dents did.

Stopped by JM Dent repair after a deer had ran into the side of a 2015 f250 that I had just purchased. The guys said they could do it and it was half of what the body shop estimate was. Dropped it off the next day and picked it up at the end of the day and the dent was completely gone. Great guys to work with, will return if needed again.

Wind had gotten my door twice and I could barely open it and it sounded and looked horrible! I was in and out in about 3 hours and you can’t even tell anything was ever wrong with it! They even added some paint that I didn’t request which was above and beyond. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend! Great, fast service at a great price! Thanks JM!

My wife and I brought Jim our 5 month old 2018 Honda Civic which had a run in with a shopping cart. The shopping cart hit so hard that it created a 10 inch dent on the front passenger door panel. I couldnt recommend JM more. Jack was helpful and courteous, and the end result of the work was like new at a great price. Right before I picked my car up from them, Jack called and told me that my rear tail lightbulb was no longer working. It wasnt clear if it just burned out over time or not, but without question Jack replaced the bulb and didnt charge me for it. Really great service!

Great attention to detail! He pointed out that I had some hail damage while we talking by my car at one of our business appointments....I hadnt even noticed! Had my car all taken care of shortly after that; was very satisfied and thankful that he noticed what I never did!

I had a cluster of dents on my tailgate and one smack-dab in the middle of my hood. I visited a few collision centers, but they wanted to repaint the tailgate for over a grand. I ended up finding J&M and had them bang out the dents for a fraction of the cost. They did a great job, the hood looks brand new and the tailgate shows almost no signs of what was fairly significant damage. Im confident Jim couldve made the tailgate look brand new, but Im cheap and limited the time he worked on it. Im also confident most of the exterior detailing and collision centers in the area use Jim, so save yourself some time and money and just go see J&M first.

Bought a car from Colorado only to have it arrive in less-than-described condition. Did some research and brought it to Jim through what others had said about his work locally. Even before attempting repair on some areas, he let me know up front that he would not be able to get two of the dents perfect as a disclaimer up front. He still tried to get those in question to look better than before and I was happy with them. Even pulled some that werent noticed until after he started the repair work and did not charge for them. Will definately return if I incur damage from any of my vehicles.

Awesome job fixing the hail damage on my wifes lease before we turned it in. Very honest about the situation and what it is going to take to get it fixed. The car had hood, roof, and trunk damage that was pretty bad. He had it done in 2 days and looked good as new! Would not take any of my PDR work to anyone else. Disappointed... I took my truck in be repaired. One dent on cab pillar and two together from a cart on the door. When I picked it up the pillar dent looked o.k. but the door dents are still visible and now it has a very noticable gouge in the paint that they tried to cover up with touch up paint,wet sanding and buffing. There was also a black stain on the drivers seat. Guess Ill have to take to body shop after all and spend more money.
