Not the place to go for service or help. Fabian doesnt return phone calls and neither does Trey. Had an issue with our vehicle that we took into the service department to have checked out. Couldnt find or fix it but did find something else to the tune of approx. 650.00. Called Fabian to find out about the extended warranty we have. Was going g to call us back with info and that never happened. Called Trey for help also and no callback from him either. Took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and had the problem fixed for less than 100.00. Rohrman tried to gouge us an extra 130.00 for rotate and balance that isnt even needed for this repair. Will never use this location again for anything. There are some good locations for rohrman that offer good customer service, service department and sales management but unfortunately with our experience this is not one of them.
I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado over 3 weeks ago. I love the truck But I was promised side boards if I purchased it still havent got them Yet.I think I should at least get the side boards and Windows tinted to its only good Business

Good customer service
Had an oil consumption test on a 2014 Santa Fe. It failed the test. Hyundai put in a new engine. Vic took great care of the whole process. He made it smooth and painless. He will make a great manager.
