If i could give them zero i would, very unfriendly management. My place had roaches for my last two months there. I told them about and they never came to do anything. I fogged the place myself but it didn’t go away. Other issues i had with the bathroom and the kitchen and they barely come to fix anything. I wanted to stay there but they never fix anything i needed, so when my lease is up i told them that I’m leaving they wanted to charge me for not giving them a 60 days noticed, and i told them i wanted to renew but i couldn’t live in that apartment and nobody should ever ever lives there in that condition. The office wouldn’t even listen to me about it or anything and they informed the other apartment I applied for that i got a bad rental history and the other apartment declined my application.

You might as well not even bother with these people, they made it smoothe sailing at first then gave me the run around. last minute they called me to tell me the information I gave them a week ago was the wrong information, after going out the way to get the right information come move in day they called to say that I have been denied the apartment due to no rental history when I made it very clear from the beginning that this was my first time renting .. dont bother with these people they were no helpful and made all my efforts pointless in the end ..

When I lived here five years ago it really was a great place to live. I never had any issues. Not one. It was clean, and very quiet. Management was fantastic. Even got my deposit back in full. Fast forward to present day. I was trying to move back here, and the only reason I left in the first place was due to my job, and schooling being located on the other side of town. I was very shocked to see so many bad reviews on this place, and thought people were exaggerating. They were not. The apartment that I was going to be moving into was terrible. It had been tore up by the previous tenants pretty bad. Pieces of flooring missing in the kitchen, different sets of cabinet doors on one side of the kitchen from the other, and cigarette burns in the carpets and bathroom floors. The painters that were hired, got paint all over the appliances, and the paint job was horrible in general. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that caused rotting to the bottom of the cabinet. The toilet was sinking into the floor. It was very dirty, and not cleaned as promised. For the amount of money you pay to live here, appliances should be updated, it should be spic and span on the grounds, and upon moving in as well. Five years ago that would not have been acceptable. Not sure what the issue is, but they definitely need some changes. Internally, and externally. I am glad I got all my deposits back because it would have went to court if I didn’t. I was promised that everything would be fixed, and taken care of before moving in, and I truly believe they had no intention of doing that. Until things change and the ratings go up, I would steer clear.

The gates are literally always BROKEN. One day it wasn’t, & it hit my car as I was leaving out. I was not going fast AT ALL & made sure to wait until it was fully open. How ever it began to close when I wasn’t all the way through and it left a huge dent in my car. When I called they told me they were not responsible for the gates !

Wish I could give it zero stars but I posted a review on here saying how bad it is and not sure where it went but I was reading the reviews and they stated they don’t like when people go on the lawns ( like they are anything special anyways) even to move stuff out of the apartment but yet they drive there golf carts in the grass and make marks everywhere and keep driving through the same hole making it worse in front my apartment. This place is so crooked!

Lived here for almost 8 years and everything about this place is horrible. Management is terrible and rude and inconsiderate. I moved from 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and it was all the way at the end of a side walk with grass and I asked when they gave me that how I was suppose to move all my stuff the 300 feet where I couldn’t drive and they let me drive on it then when I went to move out they called the cops on me cause that’s where I had parked to load up. So I had to to carry everything I own 300 feet to my truck and trailer.

This place is a hidden gem & they have remodeled alot! Kudos to the owner for the remodeling! I was a pain at times lol but Bambi will take care of you here and so will the maintenance guys! Its like a little familia here. 😊 Anytime I had an issue they were very quick to fix it. Dont mind any of the negative reviews-due to new staff! I stayed here a year & have no complaints. Very professional & courteous. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Missing this place already.

It’s a great location, small distances to grocery stores, restaurants and schools. Bad part about it is, my family and a couple of other families around us were living with gnats. We tried everything: when we cooked meat, we took out the wrapper immediately, we put cups over the shower and sink drains when they weren’t in use, we took out the trash daily. We called maintenance and they set out apple cider vinegar in little traps and those sticky traps (which are obnoxious because everywhere you touched a trap would stick to your fingers). They told us they would spray some kind of gas in our apartment one night and let us stay in a different vacant apartment. But no, they decided to spray during the day instead of that night and not tell us. It even got to the point were we bought ammonia and poured it down the drains. After the gnat situation was solved, the top of my bedroom closet started leaking and got all my school books and my backpack soaking wet. Maintenance freaked my out when I left to go check the mail and came back and found a big chunk of ceiling in the cooler I put under the drip. So when they fixed that everything was fine. Until my alarm went off to get ready for school. I walked out of my room and the carpeting was SOAKING wet to the point you could see my footprints. In addition to that, when we flushed the toilets, they filled up with water and the tubs wouldn’t drain. You may wonder what the next problem was, well, that old oven lit up the kitchen green and blue and ruined our $17 stuffed chicken. We couldn’t even cook on the stovetop. So they came in and replaced the heating element and few WEEKS later. After that, they hiked up our rent without notice. Then more problems with the oven, you couldn’t preheat it over 200 degrees and cook anything in it longer than 5 minutes with the food burning. So they replaced a few WEEKS later. And just the other day, they turned off the water without telling any of the residents. My family is living in the ‘apartment from hell’

Horrible apartment complex. Leaks, thieves, and very money hungry. They are not helpful, and the staff is probably some of the most obnoxious people you will ever meet. They lack the business sense, and even common sense to run a successful apartment complex. Save yourself alot of time, and even more money by just walking away. This is the first apartment i have lived at since I moved to Louisiana, and Ill say its got me missing home. Drunk people partying at all hours, on ALL days. So if you have children, forget it. Ive had things stolen out of my vehicle and the even though management has cameras, they refused to help. These are NOT the people you want to do business with. Give some monkeys, paperwork, and a wrench and they could produce better customer service, as well as maintenance than these trashy employees. So yes, you should certainly skip this place. Im glad I moved out, because I couldnt bear another year in this apartment with these idiots.

Look Straight up...These are great apartments. BUT:Dont expect your deposit back unless the apartment is spick and span when you leave. They will look for anything and any way to keep your deposit. I may end up filing a civil claim against them. This has happened to several reviewers I have seen, and Im not sure why they arent showing up on the reviews anymore.Like I said, great apartments, but watch your deposit.

The space for the money is great. Theyve got a pool, an exercise room, and are walking distance from Walmart, the post office, and Veterans Park. The ladies who work in the office are really nice and actual human beings, rather than the plastic-passive-aggressive-customer-services-bots you see in most places. I cannot speak for their maintenance, as for 2 years, we never had a problem--well, except for the carpenter bees, and theyve tried to get rid of them, but still my porch is covered with saw dust stuff...

Got approved for these apartments in 2013. Seemed very friendly but a little unprofessional. Had a pool and workout facility. We moved all of our stuff in one day and while unpacking we found mold in all of the kitchen cabinets. We contacted the manager and she acted like we were over reacting. She refused to come look at the mold and simply acted like this happens all the time. The next day we went pack all of our stuff back up and went to tell her we wanted our money back. She said this is the man that will clean the mold for you and we simply said no thank you we dont want to live here. She gave us all our money back without hassle (assuming she wanted to avoid a lawsuit or a news station coming). Was highly tempted to give 1 star but Ill be slightly generous.

Moved in October 2014 and have lived here since.Pros: Location. Decent pricing for location. Havent had a problem with the staff or maintenance.Cons:Parking - No assigned parking. There are simply not enough spaces for the amount of apartments. They require you to have a parking pass in your window but dont enforce it in any way. Except at night when the guard shack wants to see it for you to get in. Also, there is guest parking that no one uses. I specifically wanted an apartment where I could back up to the door and unload groceries, music equipment, etc. Parking assignments would easily fix this problem.Old appliances - Our stove looks and cooks like it is from the 80s. If something says cook at 400 for 20 minutes, you better NOT cook it for more than 15. Otherwise, you quickly learn that your smoke alarm works. Our AC Unit is from the early 90s and does not cool well. It runs constantly to keep up and never gets below 74 during the day. We have spoken to them multiple times about this, and they claim that it works fine. This drives our electricity bill up to 150+ in the summers. Which, for an 800-900 sq ft apartment on the bottom floor, is crazy. My parents have a 1700 sq ft house and pay half of what we do in electricity.Bugs - This is not something that a lot of people can control and they do spray once a month for no extra cost. However, spiders seem to be a major problem. Maybe it is the woods next to us. Im not sure.Would I recommend someone to live here? Yes. Location and pricing are everything to me. Its close to work, close to Walmart. And compared to the prices of the other complexes I would actually consider living in, I find it to be the best all around.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The appearance of the grounds is not upkept. The staff is so RUDE. Any time I go into the office they are mad Im even in there. I was once told, well Im not even supposed to be working today when I asked for light bulbs for the bathroom vanity (which she wouldnt give me instead said she would put in a maintence request - FOR A LIGHT BULB). Maintenance is so slow and you have to wait around for them (unless you want them in your apartment when you arent there) so I asked again to just get the lightbulb to change myself and she refused all because she did not want to get up and go get the lightbulb from the closet (since she wasnt supposed to be working that day). There are no assigned parking spots, so guests often take up all the spots anywhere close to my apartment. They have a guest parking lot, but management never regulates it or checks for parking stickers. There big selling point is the security gate, but sometimes its not even closed and Ive watched the gatekeeper let any car in without asking any questions. Ive had people drop me off at night when the gatekeeper is supposed to keep track of who comes in and they just opened the gate for them without even asking one question. Half the time the gate is just propped open without anyone manning it. Honestly Ive hated my time here and Im counting the days to move out.
