Cottage landing is one of the best if not the best student livings i have seen. The amenities are great and the service is unmatched. They actually care about their residents unlike other student livings as many of you probably have heard of how terrible it is at campion. If your looking to lease talk to juan his service is immaculate!

Although I’m a new resident, everything has been running smoothly the staff in the front office are very helpful and are always going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Even when I found a problem they where quick to fix it only took them one day! I would highly recommend living here!

I love living here! I moved here in the fall and just renewed my lease for another year! The staff here is fantastic and they all know the residents by name! If there’s ever an issue, they are always happy to help and get things done quickly! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I live here with my 3 roommates and we love it! We really enjoy having our own house instead of an apartment and the proximity to UL is very convenient. They’ve got a really nice community area with a pool table and a fitness room that me and my roommates use almost every day! All in all a great place to live!

It has been a very easy time living at Cottage Landing. We had a few issues at the start, but management helped resolve the situation once we brought the issues to their attention. The front office has made living at CL a pleasure as they always welcome you with a smile and any help they can offer. Already signed for another year!

The cottages here are very nice. The rooms are a great size, and they have great utilities such as a washer and dryer and a dishwasher! They also offer free printing which really comes in handy! The staff are always very kind and helpful!

It was always a fun and clean time over at the cottages. The ladies at the front were always nice. The pool was not the biggest but it got the job done, the lounge area was always clean and neat when we went inside, and I always felt safe especially with the gates. Walking to campus was an option if it was a good day outside. Great to help me with my undergrad!

I absolutely would recommend to anyone to live here! It is my home away from home! I’ve met so many new people living here and the staff are some of the kindest people. I’ve lived here for 2 years and of course renewed for a third!!

Do not live here if you can help it! Cottage Landing while on the surface appears to be one of Lafayette’s top quality places to live, the reality is Cottage Landing is a scam. From the $600 per month rent to the $650 move out fee and the “one man show” of a maintenance crew, Cottage Landing is Lafayette’s best money grabbing scam. Furthermore the “management” which was recently replaced was totally absent from their residents; the only two people I had any kind of experience with was Darcy the man who appeared to work entirely by himself as a do everything maintenance man and a very kind desk worker. Other than that there was a manager who was only available 2 days out of the week and had the worst customer service attitude I have ever encountered. Furthermore I had an incident with one of the residents who threatened to kill me and egged my house, the solution was to make Darcy clean the house and give a warning and a fine to the guarantor of the resident. In short they were more concerned about making money than protecting their residents. Finally if you enjoy watching your friend’s cars get towed this is the place for you. I had about 5 separate occasions where one of my guests at my house had their car towed since Cottage Landing has the capacity for roughly 20 guests for the entire property and there was no place for their car. Cottage Landing is not a good place to live if I could go back in time I wouldn’t even consider this place as a decent or even poor living experience. I consider my experience here the absolute worst in college living. I truly hope the new management learned from the inadequate pathetic manager they fired and don’t repeat the same mistakes they had in the past.

Loved living at cottage landing. Their staff is very friendly and was always quick to answer any questions I had. The cottage style apartments make you feel at home. I’ve made many lifelong friendships living there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lived at CL for two years, best experience I’ve had living in student housing. It was so convenient living walking distance to campus, and having free printing in the clubhouse. The office staff is great, Brittany and Darcy always went above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and that the property is kept up. The events that they hosted too were always a good time!

I love being able to have an actual house, with a yard for my puppy at that! Ive been here going on a year and a half and I truly think its the best place to live off campus and definitely waaaaay more affordable than on campus living. its only about an 8 minute bike ride to campus with very safe paths through the surrounding neighborhoods. I love all the the fun parties and dog events the front office holds; they are so much fun, have awesome prizes, and are always a good mental break from studying! Love this place so much!❤

Honestly, this was the best place I could have lived while in college. The quick walk to campus was a life saver and the overall environment made everything more convenient for me. The staff is young and helpful and knows every resident on a first name basis- youre not just a tenant to them. I highly reccomend living here. It was the best decision that my roommates and I made.

Really great apartment complex! Close to campus, and an awesome team working there! Maintenance issues get handled quickly, and they have lots of giveaways and fun events for their residents!

I really only have one complaint about living here. If youre trying to beat Bobby Flay, this is not the place for you to live. The microwave vent most literally ventilates smoke from the stovetop and circulates it straight up into the smoke alarm on the other side of the kitchen, so cooking with high heat is nearly impossible. Other than that, I would say that if youre looking for a nice place to live with roommates, Cottage Landing is the best in the area. They are quick with responding and taking action when it comes to maintenance (if washer machine breaks, hair clogs the bathtub drain, etc.). Also, utilize the printing services, the pool, the pool table, the free food nights when they have them, and if youre blessed with a balcony, dont be afraid to drink your morning cup of coffee there or hang your hammock and chill. Overall a great place to live without a doubt.

Bad experience there and the staff was very unprofessional. My child couldn’t wait to get out of these apartments. Cottage Landing also requires no deposit so they can charge students astronomical move out charges. After speaking with other people we have learned that this is happening quite often!
