The management team here is AMAZING! Stacey and her team really takes pride in the community and are always professional and shows care and concern. They stay onto of everything. Thank you for making these 4 years a safe, nice, calm community that we could come home too.

I have been here for a few months and I will say these are the some best luxury complexes in Lafayette. The complex is very nice and well managed. Unfortunately, I won’t be renewing my lease due to the inconsiderate, overweight people living above me. I moved here because it’s quiet, allowing me to get school work done. My neighbors have made that nearly impossible with the constant noise; thumping, stomping, and banging all day. It’s difficult to find a quiet place inside the apartment to get work done. Even at night since my room is so quiet, I hear stomping. I wake up angry due to my sleep being disrupted and having so much work to get done. Focusing on a task is made harder everyday because of the constant noise. For any future residents, you will love it here if your neighbors are considerate.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Andrée answered about 100 questions of mine over the two month period while I waited for my apartment to be free.

I thank GOD for the opportunity to live in such a wonderful apartment community! I am a single father who is humbled by all of the help the wonderful staff has provided me when searching for a place to call home for my child and myself. Professional, Courteous, and Understanding are just a few words that describe the great management team here at Plantation Crossing. They truly make you feel like you are at home, the beautiful grounds make you actually feel like you are living at a resort. You won’t find many apartments here in the Lafayette area with as many great amenities and personalized home features that you find here. Games, events, live music, food trucks, are just some of the fun things that are put on monthly here, and not to mention it’s a pandemic going on this year and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure everyone here is safe and sound during these activities. That’s including the check in procedure at the relaxing swimming pool! I’m a parent so security is priority number 1, I’ve never had one moment where I didn’t feel that both my child and myself were not safe. Noise, yes all apartments have noise let’s be real, or 100 about it as some may say, but I can tell you this, with the reinforced concrete and walls here I can count on one hand how many times I may have heard my neighbors. I have no issue with bugs or pest hence the free pest control here and if I have a work order issue, it is fixed either the same day or it is fixed quite early of the very next work day. The neighbors here are very courteous and friendly and everyone treats each other with respect no matter race or gender. Did I mention all of the places to shop at and restaurants to eat at that we are close to here! The monthly rent rates meet industry standards and are great for all that is included with your home!I’m glad I chose this community and wouldn’t choose any other place to live here in Lafayette! Most people leave negative reviews because for 1 they aren’t real residents of the community or 2, they had a small minor issue that could have been resolved with communicating calmly and better with someone. Patience is key in all aspects of life. With every request I have had, the management team here has fulfilled them and has done so with a smile....EVERYTIME! Shout out to Mrs. Stacy, Mrs. Gabi, and Mrs. Rebecca and to all of the crew that make this community truly feel like home!Take it from someone who has lived several places in the US and in the Acadiana area, Plantation Crossing is one of the BEST around! 🤙🏾

I lived here for two years while getting my Masters Degree. I moved from Tennessee (over 10 hours away) and the management was so welcoming. They knew me by name and were always so helpful. Maintenance was very responsive. Would be in to fix any issues the next day. Facilities (gym, pool, landscaping, etc) are kept VERY clean and well managed. I never had any issues with bugs, noise, or otherwise. Absolutely nothing negative to say. 10/10 recommend

After renting a townhome owned by a landlord who had no interest in cleaning up or repairing her property, I was left with having to move for the 3rd time in 4 months and finding a new place in less than 30 days. After researching, viewing, calling and considering the 1 bedrooms that were available in the area, I chose Plantation Crossing because of the location, amenities, size of the apartments and the monthly rent being reasonably priced compared to others nearby. I’ve been more than impressed with the staff who works so hard to manage a complex of this size, ensure all of the amenities are in working order, and the properties have a pristine level of cleanliness! After my last experience, I have the utmost respect and gratitude for all of them and their tireless efforts in keeping up a complex of this size. They all are a class act, especially Rebecca who helped to make the transition to my new home much smoother and less stressful than previous moves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The staff is well-trained and extremely helpful and kind. They have monthly giveaways and have community events every now and then that support local businesses. Maintenance issues are quick to be resolved as well.

We moved in last month. Everyone here is friendly. The maintenance crew is outstanding. All employees are friendly and helpful. My son loves the pool and my wife is taking advantage of the workout equipment, tanning, and sauna.Pretty quiet here have not heard any loud noises. There are two ponds to enjoy, pet friendly spaces, and a full park/dog park just down the road.

Great quiet apartment complex. The staff is very friendly always welcomes you with a big smile and will take care of you. They are always planning fun events for their residents. But the best part they always have fresh cookies every morning which my daughter loves 🤣

I loved Plantation Crossing! The apartments were very cute and spacious for the price and the grounds were beautiful. The ladies in the office were always incredibly helpful too!

The amenities they so say have are more closed than open especially during the summer time. The management doesnt even answer the phone during their open hours. The price is not worth it. Disappointed

Ive lived here since moving to Lafayette over 6 years ago. This was the first apartment complex after visiting several complexes that I felt comfortable with management. Not pushy. Check. They were and still are nice, friendly, and always with smiles. Would you like a freshly baked cookie? Check. Its a pretty good sign when you still see your management team year after year; and knowing that helps me indirectly with my rent (its only been increased one time in 6 years; cant say the same about the neighboring apartment complex down the street though...). The complex is quiet, spacious, and private (units were built at different angles from one another so that youll never feel like youre awkwardly pretending to not invade your neighbors privacy when you both are relaxing on your patios simultaneously). The grounds are vast with trees and shrubbery, surrounding a central pond with its ever calming water geysers. Open your patio door to experience its effect.Fish to fish in the pond. Fruit to pluck from the trees. Check and check. Come live here. Youll stay for awhile. Promise.

The staff is GREAT! The apartments are beautiful. Ours overlooks the big pond and we can sit on the balcony and listen to the fountain, how nice is that?! Theyre always doing fun little events at the pool at no cost to residents. Just an all around great place with good good people. We love it here (:

I was disappointed how rude the management was here. We always had problems with bugs and so many things broke within our apartment including drawers, and even our garage. We opened our garage to find someone else’s car in there and when we went to inform management about it, they made it seem like it was our fault and that we didn’t pay yet, but in fact, we did. Also, our biggest problem was that they found out that there was mold growing in the walls of the apartment we had to evacuate to another apartment. We had none of our essentials and there was many bugs inside. Then they told us that it would take longer than expected and we had to stay longer. We decided to move into a hotel because we were very uncomfortable in the apartment. It caused many problems and we eventually moved out and it was the best decision we’ve ever made.

Kym and I have been here about 5 months now and it is still just as great as when we moved in. Quiet, and clean. The staff is great. Whenever a problem arises it is taken care of right away, although there are seldom any problems. We would also like to congratulate Miss Stacey for her promotion and hope all the best for Miss Michelle.

I have been living at this apartment for some years now. This complex has been amazing to me. The staff in the office has always been attentive and helpful to me and has made me feel like a person living here rather than just an occupant. The complex is quiet and clean. Overall a great place to stay and I will be renewing my when it’s time.

The most worthless apartment complex you could ever live in. They will screw you out of your deposit every single time. We have lived here multiple times and they have not given us our deposit back every single time. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This apartment complex was nice, had a beautiful pond and plenty of parking but there were so many silverfish in my apartment. I would see them everywhere from my shower when I was showering to my kitchen, over the cabinets. The patio also had so many bugs, I couldnt keep any plants alive because of the infestations. When I would talk to the management, they would give me silverfish poison packets to hang on the walls and sometimes send pest control, but nothing every worked for my apartment. I would not want to ever stay in a place with this many bugs again.

Don’t ever live in this worthless excuses of apartments.

This is my third time living at this complex, that should tell you something. I have always been treated with great respect and the utmost kindness from all of the staff. This most recent stent has been quite a trying one in respects to a tenant with an obnoxious dog. She had no respect for her neighbors even though she was asked to please take care of the situation. I spoke to the management and they immediately were able to rectify the situation. I cannot say how much I truly appreciate being treated with wholehearted kindness and genuine concern. My hats off to the property manager, Michelle. Its because of her, and Stacy also, that I continue to live there. She had been more than helpful in any and all situations that arise. The propertys corporate branch should be proud to have a team like this. If you are looking for an apartment community with a hometown flair and uptown amenities, give Michelle and her team a call!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. The facility is very nice and staff is great. Michelle has always been very friendly and helpful when I’ve had any questions or issues.

Every other week I get a noise complaint because of my 2 year old walking around. We don’t stomp or make too much noise, but the sub floor here is so thin it disturbs others. Anytime my upstairs neighbors have their kid all I can hear is loud stomping. Do not move here if you don’t want noise complaints made against you or if you don’t want to hear loud stomping from toddlers above you.

I have lived here for the past 3 years! The amenities are awesome (the pool is definitely my favorite), the staff is so welcoming and helpful anytime I have questions, and the location is perfect. I love it here!!

I second everything Jessica said. Ive lived here for five and a half years and could not have had a better experience with the facilities and staff. As far as apartments are concerned, what more could you want? There is a pool, sauna, weight room, AND fresh coffee and cookies every morning. The location couldnt be better. The apartments are within walking distance of over a dozen restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater, and Walgreens--all while still being far enough away from the main road that you dont hear lots of traffic.Michelle and the staff have always been wonderful to me, even when it meant going out of their way to accommodate me through an unexpected and personally trying situation. When I needed help, they were there for me and with hugs besides. I dont normally review things online, but this one has been long overdue and well deserved.

Trashy. Bugs everywhere and very sub-par management, being generous. They are never consistent with information or requests. It seems as though nobody is ever on the same page about policies and its just a very unorganized atmosphere. I would never recommend this apartment complex, at least while its under this ownership.

Love the layout, pond, facilities, parking, neighbors, staff, and price. But... BUGS weve had this place bombed & sprayed plenty of times and there are still bugs everywhere inside the apartment. We will not be renewing our lease here due to the amount of silverfish & spiders in the place. Other than this complaint, id rate it five star.

Worst management and terrible ownership. Do not expect anything but your typically pushy sales team with this apartment complex. But more importantly DO NOT sign into a lease with their den. The AC can be set on 69 yet cannot manage to cool the entire unit, leaving my entire apartment at a high 77 throughout the day. Maintenance has tried to fix this issue 4 separate times to no avail. But wait- theres more. If you have a dog, I hope none of your friends do. Management does not allow visiting pets. No exceptions- unless they like you, of course. Absolutely shocked by the way a 5 year tenant is being treated.

Absolutely love living here! The management and my apartment are awesome!

They constantly would ask us if we lived there and wanted our apt. Number if we used club house or swam. My key would not unlock my mailbox and they said I would have to catch the mailman about it. That there was nothing they could do. Spent 1000 a month. They also called the kill shelter on my cat which I paid for. And he was euthanized before I could find him.
