Im an estate professional and was preparing a clients home for an estate sale. Day 2: started seeing roaches. You have to address roaches quickly, because theyre hard to get rid of, multiply quickly, and for every one youre seeing in the daylight, soon therell be hundreds behind the walls. UGH. Big T came out immediately, did a professional assessment of the entire house (including attic and basement), and got rid of the roaches in three treatments. They also are savvy enough to have made an educated guess (which turned out to be true) that the roaches actually mustve come from a nearby house (since my client hadnt had roaches before she moved out). It turned out that the house next door was a rental whose renters had just moved out a few weeks earlier and hadnt disclosed to the landlord that their house had roaches. The landlord treated the house with only a bare minimum treatment, and the roaches that survived fled that house and came to the one I was working in. After Big T postulated this theory to me, I met the NEW tenants next door, who confirmed to me that they were still dealing with roaches after moving in three weeks ago, and the landlords done nothing about it. So Big Ts knowledge, experience and professionalism were spot on. The total cost was affordable for my client. They are my go-to pest control company!
