The Orkin Inspector, Thomas was very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. He was patient and listened to me as well as answered all my questions. I will use him again if there is a need.

I compared prices and Orkin is a bargain! Our tech. Sheldon, called to say hed arrive at 4P, and was very punctual! He took the time to ask questions to assure the proper treatment! He sprayed inside and outside and laid down bait. I recommend Orkin!

They do a great job getting rid of bugs& then keeping them gone for an affordable price. We pay $45 a month. They treat the inside& outside of ur home& if u have an issue come up all u gotta do is call them& tell them& theyll come back out to take care of it for u.

They fully explained to us what to expect - that is; they informed us as to their actions even before their having arrived at our home - then, once at our home, the inspectors went quite in depth as to what their next moves we’re going to be (first: a meticulous inspection of property to determine square footage of areas they would be responsible for -secondly: a careful search for evidences of rodents or any matter left behind by any other creatures - and thirdly: a very thorough accounting for what was found and what would be required to resolve any undesirable findings. Once Clayton arrived (the actual technician tasked with servicing the required needs to make our property rodent and pesky-pest free) he likewise presented his observations and actions he would be carrying out in order to further contribute to making our home better sanitized. Lastly, when presented with the overall cost for services required and maintained, all agents were very informative and answered all of our questions. First off the man who came and did her inspection was great and professional. I had someone come out to do an assessment at my mother in-laws residence on 7-28-2021 for bedbugs and when I called the day before the man on the phone who got all my information because I was the one paying for it for her because she’s disabled and on a fixed income he told me it doesn’t matter how many rooms had the infestation it was how bad it was. That there wasn’t a set price for anything, that they went by how much was there he told me anywhere from $129.-$1700. and when the inspector got there told her that policy says that its $600 a room so one of your workers is telling people wrong and it needs to be corrected.

Originally I gave 5 stars. They scheduled my inspection the same day I called, an the gentleman was very nice an did a great job. After inspection we discussed treatment an he said they would call to schedule treatment. This was on 6/30, it is now 7/22 an I haven’t heard anything. So I wasted $95 for the inspection an had to go a different route to get the problem takin care of. If I run into any other problems I won’t be calling Orkin to fix it.

We live in an older house so sometimes, the occasional critter might crawl through - but not after we got with Orkin. Very professional customer service reps and technicians, do the job exactly as described and show up exactly when they say they will. Even one time when they sprayed around the house and we saw a lot of ants the next day, they immediately sent someone out at no additional cost and took care of it. We’ll continue to use them for preventative maintenance.

Very friendly but they didn’t spray certain areas I got told that they would spray and I asked if they would treat furniture said they would but didn’t it was a different guy though who came the second time so I should have communicated better. I have an unknown problem at the moment hopefully it will be solved and then I will see how things go later to be able to give 5 stars

Its that time of the year for spiders to come creeping into our home. I do not like spiders but Josh, with Orkin, has taken care of that problem thank goodness!

We were invaded by the common house fly. Although Orkin couldnt find the source of the flies, they helped us narrow it down to a few places and gave us some home remedy options for making those spaces less desirable.They also treated with baited poisons that are safe around my cats and kids to kill the existing flies.They plan to come back in a month and I am feeling confident about our prospects for eliminating this problem.

Very professional and explained everythin well. I wad told on the phone that my cost would be 41.00 per treatment every other month and was surprised to know I would be charged 41.00 each month. Didnt like that.

Orkin is a good company if you live in a neighborhood where houses are close but not for the country life. We have a lot of wasps and we were required to find the nests and then call Orkin to come and get rid of it. That was hard to do when you have a daughter severely allergic to wasps and Orkin would not look for any nests or anything until we told them to. We never had a set time for them to come out, it was at their convenience, not ours.

I have been an Orkin customer for well over 20 years. Our “Orkin guy” Dustin has serviced our home for a very long time! He has been excellent! Is very prompt, accomadating and respectful!

Although Orkin is a bit more pricey than other pest control services—if you end up having a pest control issue, the money is WELL spent. The customer service is excellent. After my home flooded this year, we started seeing black window spiders in the garage (needless to say I freaked out). We had an technician, Josh, who was EXCELLENT. He took the time to explain why the spiders were coming into our home, the steps we needed to take to prevent the spiders, and then kept coming back out every month to spray until they were gone! He set glue traps for us, and removed the old ones. He made sure that we knew the spray would not hurt our (beloved) cat, and did not laugh at us once (although I was close to tears!)! Thank you Orkin and Josh! (Also Jeremy who continued to do follow up customer service calls to make sure we were being taken care of) The Knoxville branch is great:)

I was his final visit for the day and he insisted on clearing the snow he saw onmy front steps as a courtesy after our conversation. As I am 90 years old and live alone, clearing those steps was a great kindness!
